Godetevi la privacy di una gated community, senza le porte. Prime Hook è perfettamente posizionato dietro un rifugio della fauna selvatica. Non molte persone conoscono la nostra oasi sulla baia. Chiudere abbastanza per l'emozione, se lo vuoi. E poi tornare e godere di un falò sulla spiaggia.

First time at Prime Hook Beach. It was a great house with plenty of space for all. Quick, easy walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful property! It was very clean, spacious, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. The directions to access the beach were clear.

We enjoyed our stay…we had a 5 and 6 year old with us and the water was perfect for them …not real deep and it gave them the confidence to have fun…extremely stocked house and quiet neighborhood..we would definitely do it again

Nice place to stay. Peaceful neighborhood, spacious house. Our group of four adults and three small children had plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to the beach.
House is very well stocked. Kitchen has almost all staples you may need, along with many cleaning and laundry supplies. We appreciated the available beach chairs and outdoor shower. Our kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. Location is a bit of a drive to grocery stores, so be sure to plan accordingly. We enjoyed being away from the crowds though, and the scenic refuge views nearby sure beats the city. Two nice decks where you can watch the beautiful sunsets.
The beach was good for our young children as the waves on the bay are much smaller. While certainly not a reflection of this house, be aware there are LOTS of horseshoe crabs, many of which are dead and attract painful biting flies. Take fly repellant, which helps but didn't completely spare us. Some days, time on the beach was nearly intolerable due to the persistent attacks. Despite the nice house, this experience would give us pause on returning to this location. We did utilize the provided shovel and landscape rake to clear some of the debris.
The designated access area to the beach is also fairly small. It is challenging to contain many people within the specified boundry while avoiding setup in front of other private homes as requested.
Kimberly was very responsive to any correspondence and the home was as described. We had a good time in Prime Hook!

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and was great for our needs. The bed was uncomfortable but the rest of the house was great.

The house was a great beach location, with beach access directly across the street. The two levels of the house made it easy to have space to yourself but the common deck and living/dining/kitchen space was perfect to hang out in. The top deck was my favorite spot in the house with a nice water view! I hope to return again!

Nice family getaway for first part of Easter break. Great time walking on beach, birding, puzzling, and board gaming. Blustery and cool but great fun! We will visit again!!

We love Prime Hook Beach in the winter--it is peaceful, quiet and serene, with water views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets visible right from your windows or just across the road. This house was beautifully appointed and very welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And we loved that it is pet-friendly as well. Thanks very much.

Property was just as advertised. Quiet beach neighborhood with upper deck overlooking the ocean with great Sunrise views. Very relaxing vacation with no concerns about the property. House is set up nicely for a Family vacation or just a Husband and Wife getaway with the family dog as was our case. Full time residents across the street were very nice and welcoming.

This was our first time checking out Prime Hook Beach and it is truly a hidden gem! This house is fully stocked, convenient to the beach, clean, comfortable and even has a view! We are already planning our next trip!

We absolutely loved the house and Kim was great with all of our questions. She was at the house when my parents arrived, let them in early, and showed them around. The house is seconds from the beach and had everything you could possibly need. The house is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread around. My husband and I enjoyed having the top floor to ourselves. The beach was beautiful, we were there for a storm and Kim was nice enough to let us stay an extra night since we were rained in most of the time! We loved the beautiful clean beach and nature preserve. The dogs had a blast too! We hope to come back and stay again next year! Thanks Kim!!

We’ve stayed in Prime Hook many times over the years at lots of different rentals and this is now one of our favorites! The location is perfect - very close to the beach entrance. The owners provide everything you need to have a great beach vacation - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels,etc. We almost always had the beach to ourselves and our German Shepherd didn’t want to leave the water. Relaxing on the decks after a day at the beach was very enjoyable. The house has plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen has everything. The owners are great and were super responsive. There is a set of narrow stairs up to the door so you’ll be getting lots of exercise. Can’t wait to go back.

What an absolutely awesome place to stay, rest and recharge. The home was wonderful. The beach was better. Just a blink away from the house, gorgeous, calm, serene beach, to walk on and sit and relax. Recommended highly!

We love Prime Hook because it’s so quiet and the beach is pristine. The house was just as described, well stocked, kid friendly, updated, right across the street from the beach. The house is up on stilts so be prepared for a slight swaying motion, not unpleasant at all, just took a little getting used to. The host was responsive, the area is beautiful and we would gladly stay here again.

This is a great location. Right across from the beach access. Beach is very private. Only thing to recommend is bring bug spray because there are mosquitoes at the beach but other than that it was a wonderful trip.

This home is beautiful. We had our 2 sons, daughter in laws, grandchildren and my sons dog at the house. There was plenty of room. My granddaughter & grandson loved playing on the top level. The 3 full baths are a wonderful perk. Plus I loved the outdoor shower with hot & cold water. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer & dryer were a welcome addition. The beach was so convenient to access and perfect for my 4 and 6 year old grandchildren. They had adventures finding hermit crabs and snails. Plus we saw horseshoe crabs (rescued a couple) regular crabs, dolphins and a crane. The gentle waves and sandbars made it a perfect beach experience for them. Thank you Kim & Steve for a wonderful time!

This was our second visit to Prime Hook and our second time staying in this home. This home fits our blended family perfectly! The layout and beds/bathrooms are exactly what we need. We also love that we can bring our dogs along - they love the beach and we love having them with us. Kim is very responsive, both before and during the stay. Wonderful hosts! We look forward to returning to Prime Hook soon, maybe over the winter!

This property met all our needs and more! It was so clean. It was very well stocked. We are used to packing everything we need just in case and this house had it all. We loved the privacy each family had with separate bathroom spaces and rooms. The kids loved their own little hang out upstairs and we all enjoyed the beautiful decks. We loved the short walk to the beach and the shower. Unfortunately the storms cut our trip short this year but we are looking forward to returning next year!

GREAT location, perfect accommodations for our needs. Boys had baseball tournament and great place to come home to after games. Never been to a Northern beach but would consider again! Super awesome neighbors and host above expectations!

The place was clean and the perfect layout for in-laws, kids and hubs and I. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was so easy, even with all of the kids’ toys. We loved the decks. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The only thing that would have made this place better would have been if the view of the Nature Preserve was more highlighted because the sunsets out that way were amazing! Loved this house, would book again and recommend to others!

Great place for a low key, winter retreat, away from the New Year crowds. We came for the long New Year weekend. Nice house, easy bay beach access. Easy drive to stores, restaurants, wildlife reserves. And, we saw lots of snow geese!

Kimberly, the host, was very communicative and welcoming. She provided us a lot of info about what we would need for our stay. House was on a quiet street and beach access was only across the street and to the right. Area is very quiet and beautiful. You can see the wetlands behind the house from the windows and the two decks allow for views of the bay. Our 5 year old loved finding seashells and splashing around the beach. Our dog also enjoyed running into the water and walking around the serene streets. Rehoboth was a short drive away and Dogfishhead Brewery in Milton was a fun place to grab some food and beers. House was spacious and came with everything we needed. Wifi signal was good and our daughter loved the bunk bed. Overall everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We recently enjoyed a trip to this location with our daughter. The beach and wildlife preserve are beautiful! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate with our schedule and we delt with high winds and rain from hurricane Ian most of the time, but we made the best of it and still had a great time! One thing we learned on this trip is that houses built on stilts sway a little bit in the really high winds. The home was well maintained and a great place to stay!

Our whole family loved the quiet location and beach. This was our first trip to the bay and the gentle waves were perfect for our toddler and the 70+ members of our family. The house was lovely, very well stocked with whatever you need and functional. The view is great- as good as it gets without being beach front- and beach access is very close. Kim was wonderful to work with; we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
