Nuova casa costruita con 2 suite identici maestri di livello superiore, ciascuna con letti king size con vista sull'oceano, e bagni privati, tra cui piedi -in doccia con pavimenti in ciottoli e granito. Uno ha TV lcd. Il livello principale ha espansive miglia di visualizzazione vetro di spiaggia e mare, una sezione 17foot di vetro pieghe aperto ad un grande ponte parzialmente coperto nelle giornate miti. Pavimenti in calcestruzzo nero contrastano con legno di abete naturale e mobili in pelle. Rilassatevi tenendo in vista, mentre il riscaldamento dal camino a gas. Il livello inferiore ha una grande tv lcd con servizio via cavo ad alta definizione in una camera familiare fiancheggiato da 2 camere da letto con letti queen size, vista sul mare e bagni. Fuori la camera familiare è una grande terrazza con un grill a gas, sedie a sdraio, e un 7person vasca idromassaggio. Rilassatevi nella vasca e godere della vista sull'oceano e suoni. Il garage ha un tavolo da pingpong tavolo da gioco e anche grandi finestre a sud verso la vista sull'oceano. Wifi disponibile.

We had such an amazing time in this better than expected house. I love the 3 floors with bedroom on 2 and the living/kitchen on the middle floor. We lived the hot tub and proximity to the beach. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Phenomenon views. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of flatware for a large group. Appliances worked great. We had a wonderful stay and are planning to go back.

We had a family get together at this home in Pacific City. It was important to have an ocean view. This home is wonderful with a large deck and terrific ocean view. It's an easy walk to the beach, local coffee shop and restaurants. The bedrooms were well set up and had comfortable beds. We did have some trouble checking in as we didn’t get the email from VRBO that the hosts expected us to receive.
The check in/out key was located on a rusty propane tank and I couldn’t get the lock box to work. Luckly when we arrived the cleaning person was still at the property, so we only had a challenge when checking out.
The hot tub was nice with ocean view. The outdoor shower hadn’t been turned on. The host gave directions which we followed to get the shower working.
All in all we had a nice stay with a wonderful view. The home was very comfortable.

This was an amazing house with one of the best views in Pacific City. Our families all want to rebook next year.
A few recommendations:
- Update the pictures of the house. The current pics really don't do it justice.
- include garbage bags and dishwasher cleaning tabs. We had to go to the store for these items. Tom said that the cleaning person was suppose to leave these for us, but must have forgot.
- Could have been better cleaned more thoroughly. The cleaning lady was still there when we arrived at check in and mentioned the original cleaner didn't show up and she got there last minute. She did leave us some sweet tea and was very nice.
- the lock box didn't work for us, but thankfully the cleaner was onsite at check in to let us in and there was a spare key inside the house. Again Tom mentioned another spare key we could have use, so this was a non issue for us.

Great location with stunning views. Microwave was not working but the owner did not know. It was not a big deal. We were there for our son's wedding at the Pelican and were very busy anyway so minimal cooking. One suggestion-- a patio heater to enjoy the outdoors more in the evening. Comfortable stay.

The house itself is lovely and the views cannot be beat. The instructions to enter were clear and the amenities were adequate. The ping pong table was a nice touch. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub so cannot comment on it. It is a quick and easy walk down to the beach and shops. (Uphill going back but no one from our group had any trouble). There was a hiccup with the cleaning services in which case communication was made to the owners immediately and a resolution was found. Overall, would recommend for a large group and the location is amazing.

The pictures online don't do this house justice. Not that they're poor quality, but it is truly a lot nicer and the view is much better than you can capture in pictures. We had 4 adults and 5 children at the house. It was the perfect size for our getaway.

This wonderful spot was perfect for our ladies getaway! We loved the gorgeous home which had everything we needed to manage our meals. Ample amount of bathrooms and wonderful spots to relax. We loved the sliding glass doors so that we could bring the outdoors inside and enjoy the view. Tim was very responsive as a host and we would not hesitate to stay again.

The second we walked in, we were stunned by the spectacular view of the Oregon coast and Kiwanda beach. The home was much more impressive and spacious than the photos show. The floor plan was open with views from every room, and plenty of seating. The three floors gave us plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out and have their own privacy, This was not your typical rental property, as it had many upscale touches and design features like polished concrete floors and quartzite counters.
The location was fantastic: easy walk to coffee, bakery, brewery and beach. Overall we had a terrific time and would definitely come back again.

The house and location were great, up on a bluff overlooking the town and with great ocean views through abundant full length windows. The four bedrooms are well appointed and each room had either an en suite or dedicated bathroom, so it worked great for 6 adults. The main living area worked great for meals and having and we had fun playing ping pong in the garage. Would absolutely stay here again. The only friendly feedback I have is that getting the key and putting it back was challenging. Thank you so much to the hosts for allowing us a fantastic family vacation in your home!

Beautiful home perched right above the Headlands Lodge with impeccable views of Haystack rock. Well stocked kitchen with fireplace and panoramic doors that open up to the beautiful coastline.

Entire family was able to stay here. Clean, comfortable beds. All the kitchen amenities for the cooks in the family. Witnessed a winter storm which was quite exciting as this house is on a cliff!! Short walk down the hill to The Pelican and Stimulus Coffee. Yum! Highly recommend!

4 bedroom 4 bath home in Pacific Beach overlooking the pacific ocean and haystack rock. Large kitchen, living room, decks, and family room. 5 minute walk down the hill to Pelican Brew Pub and coffee shop, and beach. Perfect location for our family to attend our daughter's wedding.

The house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the view, the doors that opened wide to the deck, the hot tub, the ping pong table, the bedrooms, the large dining table and plenty of bathrooms! We had a wonderful time, and will rent it again in the future for our family get-togethers.

Our family had an memorable time with our stay at this home in Pacific City. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The view is AWESOME and we enjoyed the patio. The grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and going to the beach. Our sons liked the BBQ for preparation of our delicious meals. Everyone asked me to book it again when we have another family reunion. We will be back. Thank you for opening your home to our family

We really enjoyed our stay at this Pacific City property. The views were spectacular. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The large dining table was perfect for board game nights.
The location was fantastic! A short walk to a popular coffee shop, the beach and Pub. Hope to return again day!

This home was beautiful, unique, positioned perfectly for views out of
every window....and the views down the coast were out of this world. Simply mesmerizing. Location for easy walks to town and the beach really made each day enjoyable. We also found trails to the other side of the dune allowing us to have a great fire on the beach late one afternoon while hunting for crabs and watching the paragliders. Kids and adults alike relished playing in the dunes!!!! Thank you Tim and Sarah for being wonderful, attentive hosts and for sharing this amazing home with us. This was certainly one of our grandest family trips ever and we all highly recommend it.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Pacific City. The home is very high quality and the owners have done a very nice job creating this space. There were a few minor hiccups (arrived to check in at 4pm and the house cleaner told us check in was at 5, for example) but the hosts responded to inquiries via email or text promptly (within a few hours). The home is also decorated with many personal items/family photos, so we had more of the feeling of being guests in someone’s home, rather than renting a vacation home. The location was wonderful, close enough to restaurants and yet far enough away to have some peaceful solitude.

The photos don't do this place justice. This house has a smoking view and can captivate your imagination for hours. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Could use a non-stick pan. Deer every day. Instagram photos from every window.

This a wonderful house and a great place to spend a long weekend with the family. The views are awesome over-looking the Pelican Brewery, south down the beach and west at Haystack Rock. Walking distance to The Pelican, Ben and Jeff’s and Stimulus Coffee. The house has a well-supplied kitchen with nice appliances and great matching Master Bedrooms. Great place to spend a COVID Christmas—perfect for much-needed R&R!

Property is very nice, well appointed, great location and views; just as advertised. The kitchen has top-line appliances and everything you need, except I would recommend the addition of a non-stick skillet or two, which would have made cooking much easier. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on 3 floors allows plenty of space for large groups to have their privacy. A family of deer visited each day to graze in the yard.

The perfect location to get away from all the craziness of 2020. The many areas in the house allowed us to hang out and simply enjoy each other. Whether it was cooking meals in the well outfitted kitchen, playing a mean game of ping pong in the garage or simply enjoying the stunning views....the comfortable house just works....very clean and 2 masters is a bonus!The friendly coastal town offers walk ability and good restaurants . A definite recommendation and would go back in the future.

Really enjoyed the location. Walked everywhere. Gorgeous views, amazing balcony. House layout was perfect. Adults upstairs, teenagers down. Kitchen was great for meals. Lots of room to spread out. Jaccuzzi was excellent. Already recommended the place to friends. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. House has amazing views of the coastline and positioned well to be able to hangout on the terrace even on windy days. Beach is a short drive to the pelican brewery parking lot. Having two master suites is a great set up for families. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of common spaces for everyone. Thank you for sharing your home.
