Ristrutturato di recente. Lussuosa residenza cittadina completamente arredata con 4 camere, 3. 5 bagni, 2 box auto. Idealmente situato tra Big e Little Cottonwood Canyon, a pochi minuti da sci di classe mondiale ad Alta, Snowbird, Brighton e Solitude. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Convenient to both big and little cottonwood canyons. House was well equipped with appliances, towels, and bedding. All TVs worked and the hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Info packet was detailed and helpful. Having the spacious garage worked well in inclement weather.

This place is super close to the LCC and BCC. We are big Alta skiers and spend want to be close. We use the kitchen a lot and this kitchen had the basics. The buildings are super close to one another so it does not feel very private, but there is a lot of space to spread out.
My 2 big nits are it definitely needed more towels, the host was SUPER RESPONSIVE and actually sent an amazon box with towels the next day (get some kitchen towels too!) Id also suggest some additional blankets!

Our family was traveling to Utah for the Archery Nationals competition. The property’s set up, location, amenities, communication with property owner….everything went smoothly and made our trip even better. We’ll definitely be checking dates for next year!

This is a great property close to shopping, food, and both Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Super convenient for skiing Big or Little Cottonwood. House is huge with plenty of space. The owner was a professional - very responsive when contacted, detailed instructions before arrival, as well as in the house. Particularly liked the garage access since it snowed quite a bit during our stay.

Our family met in Salt Lake City for a few days of skiing. This property was very comfortable and met all of our needs, and then some. It was a lot of space for the four of us, so if we rent it again we know there will be room for others to join us as well. The homes in the community are quite close together and we were grateful that this property backs up to a hill; it afforded privacy that other homes don’t have. Steve was very responsive and all the instructions were extremely clear and helpful, all in all, a great stay!

Truly feels “newly renovated”. Had everything we needed for a week of skiing in big and little cottonwood canyons. Lots of nice “little things”, like power strips by the beds so we could easily charge all our stuff. Big washer & dryer were very helpful. Had all the key kitchen gadgets to support cooking dinner for a week. Hot tub was great. Owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend. Very comfortable for family of 6. Could easily be comfortable with up to 10 if people willing to share beds.

The house had everything we needed for a week family ski vacation. We did a mix of eating in and out. Location is super convenient to ski resorts. Communication with the owner was easy and he quickly responded to any questions we had. House was clean, hot tub super nice after skiing. We will stay here again.

Great Ski House
This house is in the best location for hitting all the ski resorts and has plenty of room for your large group. Modern appliances, hot tub, and loads of board games for evenings of fun! Would rent again!

Utah Ski Trip 2022
I recently stayed at this Cottonwood Heights home with 3 other guys on our annual "out west" ski trip. We had a fantastic time!
We all had the Ikon Ski Pass which made the location superb for Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton, about a 20 minute drive, and to Deer Valley, about a 45 minute drive. The location is also close to several grocery stores and countless restaurants. We parked in the garage and the remote control made it very nice.
Our group likes to cook our own meals on our ski trips. The kitchen was a bit small, but we were very pleased with the newer cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, silverware, beer and wine glasses, but could use a set of juice sized/cocktail glasses. The stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster worked fine, and the Weber grill on the back patio was outstanding for our needs!
The extra large hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing, and the newer washer and dryer were equally large and convenient.
It was especially nice that we each had our own bedroom. I never heard any complaints from my friends regarding the mattresses. I was in the Master suite and the bed was very comfortable.
The only thing that was a bit quirky to use was the TV and the various remote controls required to turn everything on, but we made it work by following the step-by-step instructions. The internet and WiFi was easy to connect to our devices and worked well.
Steve was an excellent host and was very prompt and responsive on a couple of requests. I highly recommend this VRBO rental and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, cozy, spacious
We enjoyed our stay with two small children as well as having another family join us who had small kids. The kids loved the double queen room and the adults enjoyed having privacy in the two bigger bedrooms/suites. The location could not be more convenient to grocery and ski resorts.

This was the perfect location to enjoy downtown Salt Lake City and the slopes. We were able to travel all the places quickly and truly loved Salt Lake City.

Awesome Ski Spot
House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with family. Plenty of space in the house and excellent location for access to Brighton/Solitude and local groceries/restaurants. Mats by back garage door for all the shoes/boots was great - recommend adding a coat rack/hooks in that same area for ease of storing winter gear. Water pressure upstairs wasn’t the best but plenty of warm water and bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen had all the basics of home. Thanks for a wonderful and easy stay!

The location was very convenient to both canyons for skiing. The jacuzzi was great, quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. in the house. Everything was great for the most part and I would rent again for sure. Good price point. The master bed was good but I felt the other rooms had beds that were a bit squeaky. I am a bit of a bed snob though and my adult children said they were fine. Also, a little light on pans and cookware but sufficient. Overall, worth the cost and I would rent again in the future

Responsive Host
Upon arrival we noticed a few deficiencies - likely from previous renters- missing flatware, coffee mugs and serving bowls. We contacted Steven and he took care of these things right away.
We enjoyed the hot tub each evening after skiing and the fireplace was wonderful. Convenient grocery stores made preparing meals for our crew simple.
Great location for getting to both canyons.

Gateway to the snow
The location worked out very well, as it was closer to the winter activities we engaged in. The size and layout were perfect for our family - with a living room that all of us could sit in comfortably. The hot tub was key. So glad we stayed in this home!

Family Time
Coming from three other states for a family reunions of grandparents, grandchildren, aunts and uncles and friends. Great location to catch the bus to Snowbird. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Condo lay out was perfect!

Clean but spare
The apartment was clean and spacious. Our group of 6 adults fit comfortably in the common areas, around the dining room table, etc. Three bathrooms was a huge plus. My only real criticism is that the kitchen was not very well outfitted. It would be nice to see a full set of dinner forks, some serving bowls/platters, and serving utensils. Another baking sheet would also be helpful.

Terrific condo to ski the 2 canyons
We had 5 retired guys in for a ski trip. Condo comfortably handled the needs of everyone. The new jacuzzi was great plus we cooked steaks on the new Weber Grill which was awesome

Well suited for 6 people. Great location
Whether you are a skier or in town just to see the sights, this condo will suit both your needs. Within 30 minutes of all ski resorts and 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Our party of 6 adults all found the property and location to be ideal. Condo met our needs, was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. A great time was had by all.
