We had 6 adults and 5 kids and this home was perfect for us! Kids loved the bunk room, dads loved the pool table. It’s within walking distance to Winter Park village, which has lots of fun activities in the summer and many delicious food options. We did several close by hikes! Just a great family get away!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, ranging from 10 years old to 72! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, and everyone loved the property and the location. Highly recommend for people of all ages and interests from golf to fishing to hiking and just relaxing at the condo.

Very satisfied! Fifteen (15) of us. Ages from 8 to 70’s. Clean, comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space, great location, garage for two cars, kitchen had everything we needed. Maybe needs a little more gusto from showers. All of us had loads of praise for this property!

The property was ideal for our group of 11. The place was very well supplied with everything. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and the great room is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone loved the layout of the unit and especially the AWESOME views from the great room to the rec room. We had a great time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect location with incredible views from every window! Excellent layout - between the living room, kitchen/dining and game room, our extended family of 12 (all adults - youngest is 20 yrs old) never felt cramped. Kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to make big meals each night. The attached parking garage with elevator made it so easy to unload luggage, equipment and groceries during our stay. Owners have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful property

The pictures do NOT do it justice! Incredibly spacious and everyone had plenty of room! Amazing location and we saw several moose from the deck! I would highly recommend it!

We love Dan's place. The lay out is perfect for a group. There is plenty of room to spread out and still feel like a part of the action if you wish.

In spite of our huge disappointment (along with everyone on the planet), we want to extend our most sincere thanks and gratitude to VRBO, owner Dan, and manager Anne for being fair, prompt, and easy to work with. These are unprecedented times, and they rose to the occasion. Great people!We will book again in a happier, healthier time. To be fair, the property itself has a good location and decent layout. Unfortunately dealing with the owner and the property manager had turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. They attempted to gouge the price during booking; failed to ensure the unit was clean and appliances were in working order; made wild claims of damages they were responsible for, and withheld the entire damag deposit without providing any written cost estimate. There were warning signs of questionable ethical behavior at the time of the booking that we shouldn’t have ignored. We sent out a request to book in May for our Christmas stay. The owner did not respond and let the request expire. He then raised the rate when we sent out a second request. After consulting with VRBO, we were told that raising rates after a request is received is not allowed on the platform. After confronting the manager with the VRBO rules, they finally agreed to honor the original rate. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a life-sized butler mannequin by the door. Everyone was taken aback by this creepy-looking figure – he belonged in a haunted house and had no place in a family vacation home. We promptly covered his head with a blanket before he terrorized the children in the group. Unfortunately he “came back” to haunt us later in the stay. As we walked through the unit, we were surprised and appalled upon the discovery of a pile of animal feces on the balcony. This property was advertised as “pet-free”, we had no idea how did the animal feces end up there. Later that night, our friends staying in the master suite tried to turn on the fireplace in the room, nothing happened. Assuming the fireplace was not working, they pulled the pillows off of the bed and went to sleep. During the night, they were woken up by the smoke and realized the fireplace had turned on sometime during the night and one of the pillows close to the fireplace had caught on fire. They pulled the pillow away from the fireplace and put out the fire. The amber got on the carpet and caused a quarter-sized dark stain. The maintenance technician came out the next day and confirmed that the fireplace was not working properly. While it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean and safe, Dan refused to take any responsibility and placed the entire blame on the guests. He made outrageous claims of costly repair without ever providing any written cost estimate. We hope our experience serves as a warning..

Good location, easy walk to the bus stop. Rental shop near. Well equipped property. Room to spread out.

Enjoyed the stay with family of 10. Located within walking distance to the slopes. Great views. Furnished with essentials-plus! We would consider another adventure in Winter Park staying at this condo. The owners were great in checking in on our stay and making sure all our questions about the premises were answered.

We stayed here for Spring Break - 3 families, 14 people total. We had plenty of space and loved the single-story floor plan. It's an easy walk to the shuttle route. We definitely recommend this for large groups / multiple families.

Fully stocked with supplies. 10 min walk to village. Lots of space for 4 families to spread out.

The home is spectacular and perfectly accommodated my family, and in-laws. The views are amazing. The location is great. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a Colorado experience.

The condo/house was perfect for our crew. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. The lifts were a short walk or bus ride away. It was a great trip and I would happily stay at the same place again!

Condo is even better than the pictures show. Bianka was helpful both with property and ski/restaurant tips. The house was stocked both in the kitchen and else where beyond what you would expect.

Perfect place for multiple families with room for everyone. Near everything. Condo beyond stocked for all your needs and owners available at all times for any questions. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with fantastic views in an ideal location with all of the amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. People can be playing pool and watching sports in the recreation room while others are watching a movie in the family room since there is a glass door to separate the two rooms. The owner was nice to point out the high tech features to make our stay more enjoyable.

The condo is great. Very well equipped, even a few bottles of liquor. Nice mountain view. There were only 4 of us, old geezers, so we had plenty of room. The TV controls were a little difficult for us, but we figured it out. We appreciated the call from the owner, after we arrived, to make sure that we were pleased with his condo, and that we understood everything. The Old Geezers

Our family of 11 recently stayed at this condo for a ski vacation. The condo is beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is also very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to stay for several days. The location is convenient to the lifts using the free shuttle at the entrance or close enough to walk. The panoramic windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain and ski runs. Dan and his assistant are wonderful to work with throughout the process and readily available for any questions we had. We hope to make this a family tradition and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

We stayed in the home for 2016 Christmas with family from Charlotte, Tucson and Denver. The pictures on the VRBO listing are good, but the home's condition and amenities are much better in person. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about every utensil that you can imagine. The view of Winter Park is perfect. The home has many entertainment systems through its rooms. The bed and linens were comfortable. Dan, the home owner, is very helpful and friendly. We'd come back and recommend it to anyone. The pricing is very reasonable given the quality and location.

Thank you so much Dan for opening your home to us. I got to spend four days holding my beautiful grandson. My son and family enjoyed the wedding and even did some skiing right across the street. The only negative feedback unfortunately was that the home got up to 80 degrees at night and the little on was slightly uncomfortable. If we return we would definitely stay again. We recently stayed at this wonderful property; 3 families with a total of 6 parents and 7 “young men” from 16 to 20. From the very beginning, Terry, who manages the property and Dan, the owner, were GREAT to work with. We had some special needs for one of our sons who is in a wheelchair, and Dan helped to make sure that the dimensions of the showers would work for our shower chair. The size and location of the property were perfect and the amenities in the unit were wonderful. And the VIEW was fabulous! WHEN we come back to Winter Park and if we have a similar sized group, we will definitely look into using this property again!
