Condo was in Brass Rail community which is in a good location right by the pavilion/pier and downtown area. Pool area was nice change to beach in the afternoons.Only complaint would be the dip going down to parking area. Do not take any low-sitting cars there or they will scrap.

WOW, what a wonderful stay! Perfect location, layout and ammenities for our family stay ... 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of very close beach time, and pool time. Warm, modern, and comfortable beach themed unit. A very important safety improvement would be to ensure availability of one or more "keys" to unlock an accidental locking of an inside bedroom or bathroom door ... especially when kids are around. Overall, loved it!

this was the perfect condo for us, 4 adults and 2 children. The living area was very spacious with comfortable seating. Big and open, the kitchen, dining and living room was perfect. 1/2 block walk to the beach. Great pool area as well. Nice and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach.

M husband and I have rented from Mermaid Cottages for almost 20 years. This is the first time we have stayed in a condo instead of a house and we were delighted. It was the best of both worlds; beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. Everything was within walking distance. Tybee Market was down the street and bars and restaurants were right around the corner. Our cars stayed parked in the covered garage the whole time. We celebrated my husbands birthday with friends at our favorite place! The mermaids had everything ready for us when we arrived and checked in to see if we were happy and needed anything. We have already booked with Mermaid Cottages for next summer. Can’t wait to come back🌞🌴❤️

This condo is super close to the beach and more spacious than we anticipated. The balconies are great (though we didn't use ours much because of the 120 degree heat index). Communication with the property manager was outstanding and access to the app was great.
The pool seemed to get cleaned maybe once a day and it got a lot of use so it seemed a little dirty. Everything else was top notch.

Best location, so close to the beach. The balcony had the best views and when we weren’t enjoying the Island, the balcony was our spot! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The condo was large enough for all six of us to spread out and the kids loved the pool. Highly recommended!

Very good location! The elevator was a plus for hauling things back and forth. Beach very close and restaurants in walking distance, so no need to drive all the time. The lighthouse is a great thing to see too. The pictures weren't the same as the ad so disappointed with a few things. There was no fan on the porch so it was not as useful as it could have been. You get a good view of the beach from the porch. Overall a good time was had.

Second year in a row staying at this property. It is a fantastic place to visit Tybee Island, especially if you have younger kids. Very roomy & comfortable for our group of 6. Living area has tons of room for kids to play games, etc. in the floor. So close the beach & having a pool right downstairs makes it easy to get out & enjoy the weather at a moment's notice. Tammy was exceptionally attentive -- making contact before our stay, and checking in with us to make sure that everything was great. Will be back again!

We've stayed at Brass Rail in other condos before, first time in this one. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite spacious in the main room and kitchen. Great communication with the management. My only issue was the state of the grill, which we had hoped to use a lot - it was so filthy, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned and I didn't want to tackle it, so grilling was out. The kitchen is stocked, but it's pretty bare bones for doing any real cooking. Door to the balcony won't lock. Overall, we enjoyed this unit.

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Pictures does not do this justice. The staff was so sweet and such an amazing person. The property was extremely clean, parking was very convenient and the unit has its own elevator. The balcony is very spacious with a pretty view of the ocean. The breakfast club is just steps away from the property, the beach is just steps away and the pier is a easy walk and very close and beautiful. 5 star in my eyes.

This was the most amazing cottage that we have stayed in. From the hospitality of Tammy at Mermaid Cottages, from the moment we walked into the cottage until leaving. My wife and I met another couple of dear friends for a great, relaxing weekend at Tybee Island. This was our fifth rental from Mermaid Cottages and as always, everything went smoothly and the Condo at the Brass Rail was perfect.The condo was very clean and well appointed. We ate in every meal and the kitchen had exactly what we needed. The porch was wonderful to sit out on, and the beds were comfortable too. Also, the decor was wonderful and the location so convenient to everything!We had a fantastic weekend and can’t wait to come back!

From the moment you pull into your parking space you know you are someplace special. Large living room and comfortable bedrooms. Elevator to your door was impressive. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. We felt cozy in this end unit and spent some quality time on the deck. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed the 2nd week of July and we were pleasantly surprised! Condo was great, pics online were accurate, and Mermaid Tammy was fantastic! Great communication from start to finish, all concerns addressed. If I had any questions they were answered promptly! Super easy beach access, pool and hot tub were nice to have close. Only problem was with all the sand tracked in there wasn't a vacuum or swifter to clean things up. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location
This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.

My wife and I took our large blended family (5 kids ranging from 2mo to 12 yrs) for a week over memorial day weekend. BUSY beach at first settled into a typical Tybee crowd and it was wonderful. The condo had PLENTY of space, the living room is HUGE! The property manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. She checked in on us the first two days and then let us enjoy our vacation. The location of the property is great! We walked to dinner several nights. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at the Brass Rail Condos. It was just a hop and skip away from the beach. The condo was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our daughter and Grandson(12).
