Yiannis was a superb host. From airport pick up to check out and everything in between warmth and hospitality were abundant. Plus the little villa was incredibly well designed and appointed and right in the heart of Old Town but on a quietly gorgeous side street. I will be back for sure.

Very comfortable and well appointed, with a great location: only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town, but in a quiet location. The attached courtyard is a great place for breakfast and an evening drink. Transport from the airport directly to the door is a great option, we strongly recommend it.

Yiannis was the perfect host, utterly professional in every aspect of the process. As for the villa, it is as described; chic and modern. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. If you’re traveling to Rhodes I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you book this place. Well done Yiannis...and thanks!

Quick overview of the house, supplies in the fridge including Fizz. Always available to assist when required. Couldn’t fault it in anyway. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

As near perfection as you could wish for. A beautiful spacious town house, in a very quiet part of Rhodes Old Town, yet less than 200 metres from the centre with bars, restaurants, and tourist sites The owner was very welcoming, and helpful. It is worth noting that people with mild mobility problems may have difficulty with the stairs.

Really nice property with firm bed, lots of space, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. Loads of spare sheets and towels including beach towels. Lovely private courtyard and right in the walled city. We had poor weather for three days but it was fine as the house had space to relax in. Easy pick up and warm welcome at the house. First taste of home away and will definitely do it again.

Very convenient personal transfer to and from the airport right to the door. The apartment is very clean and well appointed, right in the heart - but quiet - of the old town. This is our second stay here, looking forward to more in the future.

We stayed 3 weeks in September 2018 in Yiannis’s professionally restored and adapted medieval town house. Yiannis (the owner) is a very personable young man who is very helpful and efficient. He arranged our taxis from and return to the airport. He was there to brief us after our very late flight from Edinburgh. The villa is beautifully clean,well furnished,freshly decorated and fully equipped with all the linen,towels,toiletries and kitchen essentials that are needed for a comfortable stay. Fizz, ozo and coffee pods added a nice touch.The courtyard is small but very attractive and well furnished. There’ a small shop 2 minutes away and very good local shops about a 10 minutes walk. The villa is located about 5 minutes on foot from the central areas of the old town and close to the harbours for boat trips. Our stay coincided with Rhodes’ tourism festival when many free events are presented from a virtuoso piano to a pop concert.We attended 4 events and all were excellent. Rhodes old town itself has many attractions and places interest. The villa has a slightly quirky layout and stairs and steps while needing care are manageable ( we are a 71 year old couple). So,to some up, we think the villa is perfect for a couple and families with children old enough to manage steep stairs.We would certainly consider returning in the future.

We had a great stay for one week (couple plus daughter). The property is well fitted out and very comfortable. It looks and feels old - with character. Second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom, but has its own en suite. It was hot so we made good use of the air conditioning. Yiannis, the owner was very helpful e.g. arranging transfers to and from the airport, which worked very well. It is very nicely located - very quiet - and opposite an old small church. We spent time wandering the city, hired a car for a day and did a couple of boat trips - all good. We'd recommend if you want to stay in the old city. Definitely a very good choice.

I have recently stayed for three weeks at this delightful Villa in Old Town Rhodes, from the moment I arrived at the airport and was .driven to the villa I felt welcomed. Yiannis and his team could not have been more helpful, professional and kind throughout my stay. The situation of the villa is in a quiet part of Old Town but within minutes walk down cobbled streets to the buzz of the various squares, each corner you turned there was something different to see and explore. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope any further visitors enjoy it as much as I did.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at yiannis property, we have stayed at a number of places over the years and can honestly say that this was the best ..it is extremely well supplied for all your needs and location wise it is excellent if you desire to be in the old town but tucked away from all the noise, maybe the odd pigeon or cruise liner fog horn excepted.. we also found it very convenient to use the driver supplied by yiannis to get us to and from the airport with no hassle.. all in all thoroughly recommended...

Wonderful stay. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Only issue is that you have to go down the stairs to the bathroom, when staying in master bedroom. The bathroom is off the kitchen area. Bad plan. Otherwise perfect.

A lot more than the extra yard.Yiannis and his team just know how it works.They make it seem so easy and natural that you wonder why every body can't do it and fix the wrinkles.Well they can't and Yiannis can and the difference shows. We are too reticent to publish all the mishaps that befell two old duffers in mediaeval Rhodes but can relate that on every occasion Yiannis rescued the situations with grace,humour and forbearance which we acknowledge in this review

Very clean and comfortable in an excellent location. The apartment comes well furnished with towels, pillows, cushions and bedding. Not to mention a bottle of Champagne in the fridge! The apartment is a conversion of an old building, maintaining many period features but with all modern conveniences and a lovely private courtyard.. A very wide range of bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. Yiannis is a very accommodating and friendly host and I can recommend his apartment without reserve.

Lovely house in a great location. Very peaceful but only 5 minutes walk into town. Yiannis is a lovely guy,he welcomed us when we arrived,left us with everything we needed for our stay,sorted our transfers,nothing seemed any trouble. The house was spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard,would highly recommend this property. Dave & Jill

The owner arranged for a taxi to take us from the airport to the accommodation and met us at the property, despite our late arrival. He had also provided us with food for breakfast the next day and other useful essentials and luxuries. He was very helpful in explaining about the property and pointing out where the best supermarket was and helped out when I lost my mobile phone. I had tracked it to a hotel on the other side of the island and he contacted the hotel and the local bus station to enable me to retrieve it. The accommodation was very well appointed and we were able to enjoy time there as well as exploring the old town. This is the best accommodation we have stayed in and there was so much to see and do in the old town. The owner also organised a taxi back to the airport and because we were staying for two weeks, organised for the house to be cleaned and the linen to be changed and provided us with another bottle of the local wine. We were also allowed to stay at the property until 8:00pm as we had a late flight back to the UK. Definitely a must and a pleasure to meet the owner. Thank you for providing an excellent service.

The details of this fantastic house are understated. The quality of the accommodation is fantastic - very modern, spacious and tastefully installed. The rooms are large with high ceilings. The private patio offers lots of shade. The house is situated at the heart of the old town, just a few minutes walk from the city gate and less than five minutes from a range of quality restaurants. Yiannis provided a very generous welcome pack - cheese, ham, eggs, butter, bread, tea bags, coffee and several bottles of water. There was also a bottle of ouzo and sparkling wine! The property is very quiet and is not overlooked. We took Yiannis' advice and took a taxi from the airport.
