Everything about check-in and the room was great. The pool area however was very cool, the water not much warmer and the pool was a bit dirty. Hot tub was packed with a bunch of skiers drinking, so we didn't use that.

There was perfect sleeping accommodations for our entire family.

Lovely condo for ski trip weekends with friends or family. Check in process is extremely streamlined. With the luggage carts in the lobby and the unit being just off the elevator it was a breeze to pull the truck up, load all the groceries and gear onto carts, and roll everything right to the room. Lots of parking at the building. Place is as advertised, sleeps 8 adults comfortably with 4 queen/kings sized beds, bunks give the option for few more but mainly geared towards kids as other reviewers have mentioned. COVID prevented us from using the other amenities (hot tub/pool) but that was a building policy. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent property, very clean and spacious. Owner was always available and very helpful. Great access to the ski hill and into town.

I sent my guys to work in the area and set this place up for their stay. They were all pleasantly surprised. Would have been even better if the amenities were accessible, but were instead closed due to covid. Owner was sure to make us aware of this.

We had a great time in the space and using the pool, hot tub and steam room after a long day on the boards. The owner was very attentive. A small issue with a card becoming decoded was quickly addressed and he had a couple contingencies just in case. He checked in via text to make sure all was well. I have stayed at a VRBO where the owners haven’t been as responsive. We all have choices out there and David’s condo is definitely a choice I will be making again. David had a genuine interest in making sure his property is top notch: it is. Thank you for letting us stay.

Very nicely layed out for 10 and well equipped in the kitchen and lots of towels for the pool. Hot tub is a little small and was always full, but the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again!

Happy to have selected this 3 BR suite for our extended weekend ski trip at Fernie. Worked out well for our group.

The booking was easy and the owner contacted me in a timely basis with all the relative details. The layout and location of the condo suited our needs very well. The bunkbed room was smaller than expected but worked out fine anyway. The only thing I wished for was a few more cooking supplies such as a few different size serving bowls, but we made do with what was there and it worked out well. I will definitely stay again and the owner was very quick with communicating and flexible when I requested a later check out, his concern was the laundry and timing so the place could be ready for the next guest and I offered to start the laundry so not to throw the cleaners schedule off and it worked out awesome!

The proximity to the town and the ski mountain were both good.The unit was clean and well presented. The amenities offered by the property were good. Access to the property was good easy and well explained by David. We had a problem with the air mattress that was remedied satisfactorily. The unit was lacking some linen and some crockery for the 10 people we had.David was very easy to deal with.

Our family rented this unit while doing some late season fishing and mountain biking. The location was ideal with lots of places to eat nearby and a gas station and convenience store within walking distance. We used the pool and hot tub every evening and enjoyed watching the sunset behind the mountains from the patio. The unit was spacious and well equipped for a large family of 8. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra linens. Dave was easy to deal with and communicated everything in a timely fashion. We will be back for ski season to enjoy this property again. Beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, great location, lots of parking, best host ever! We had a great time at this property. David was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed or even wanted. The place is gorgeous, the bedrooms are big and comfortable, except for the kids bedroom (just to small, but kids didn't mind to much). The blankets a bit to warm for the summer but really comfy bed and pillows. The kids were beyond excited by having access to the pool. The kitchen needs more attention in the amount of plates and bowls, specially if 10 people staying, but otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you David, we will come back!

Nice condo for 6 people, great view and has everything you need, not great for 8 people as the 4th bedroom litterally is a closet with No Windows or air vents with bunk beds. Bit outside town but Well located close to many bike Trails. The owner is very Nice and accomodating!

Great accommodations when traveling with 2 teenagers that need their space. Close to the golf course, close to the trails and downtown. Worked out perfect for us.
