Beachy-Chic In Old Town At The Sea Biscuit Cottage, Pets Welcome
Cottage beachy-chic, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, nel cuore della "Città Vecchia", dispone di un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e un letto matrimoniale nel soppalco. Il bagno è fornito di biancheria e ha una doccia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, pentole e padelle, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, piano cottura, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Viene fornito il servizio internet via cavo e WiFi. Una TV a schermo piatto da 42 "si trova nel soggiorno.
Il Sea Biscuit Cottage è un rinnovato bungalow sulla spiaggia / pesca costruito nei primi anni '40. Originariamente situato all'angolo tra South Anchor e Station Street, questo piccolo gioiello è stato recuperato dal progresso dell'isola e trasferito nella proprietà della casa principale, The Sea Bean a 509 South Station. Una volta piantato, The Sea Biscuit è stato rinnovato in modo creativo e ha dato nuova vita. Sea Biscuit Cottage ha subito danni significativi dall'uragano Harvey nell'agosto del 2017, questo ha portato a un importante rinnovamento e ha consentito l'aggiunta di alcuni servizi e upgrade moderni, pur mantenendo quello che potrebbe essere il salvataggio del vecchio cottage che amiamo. La ristrutturazione è stata completata nel 2019.
La struttura dispone di un meraviglioso cortile recintato, grill a gas, set da pranzo all'aperto, doccia esterna, stendibiancheria e parcheggio privato per 2 veicoli.
Come ospite nella nostra proprietà, non sarai disturbato. L'interazione con il proprietario / gestore è in base alle necessità.
Soggiornare al Sea Biscuit ti dà la libertà di spazio e convenienza. Il quartiere è un mix di abitanti dell'isola e unità di noleggio. Puoi aspettarti un soggiorno tranquillo e adatto alle famiglie con un comodo accesso a negozi, ristoranti, divertimenti e la spiaggia. Breve, a 2 isolati a piedi dal negozio di alimentari, ristoranti locali e negozi sulla spiaggia.
Amiamo i nostri animali domestici e viaggiamo spesso con loro, quindi accogliamo volentieri i tuoi cani ben educati e ti chiediamo di utilizzare le buone maniere del proprietario dell'animale domestico e monitorare eventuali abbaiare eccessivi e rimuovere tutti i rifiuti domestici dal cortile prima della partenza. Seabiscuit Cottage is heavenly, quirky, beautifully designed (house and garden), perfectly appointed. All of us, including son and two little dogs, felt at home in this haven. Port A over the 4th of July weekend was lovely, but sitting in the garden relaxing was our favorite activity of all. Thank you and we hope to be back very soon!

I decided on a me-cation to just unwind and decompress and chose the Sea Biscuit. And I am so glad. From the yard with the seating so artfully arranged, the outdoor shower and the doggy bowl full of water, it offered just a smidgen of what was to be expected inside.
Once inside, I immediately began relaxing. It was perfectly furnished, tastefully decorated and nicely cooled down. And yes, even the bed was incredibly comfortable. If you needed something and didn't immediately see it, just open up the cupboards and cabinets, it was in there. There wasn't anything I didn't LOVE about this place except I didn't reserve it for longer.

The outdoor shower is perfect. I highly recommend using it when coming from the beach. The inside of the cottage is exactly what the pictures look like and is very cozy. I loved looking at all the artwork, especially the pictures in the bathroom! The master suite was very cool and comfortable. I stayed upstairs in the loft, and, despite the fan on, it was warm, but eventually it cooled during the night. The ladder to the loft is very vertical, but sturdy. Very cute & cozy beach cottage!

It was such a pleasure to stay at the cottage. The garden is a delight. We also enjoyed the tiny cactus garden at the side of the house. We hope to return.

Very cozy cottage located walking distance to the beach! Very clean and we had everything we needed Especially liked the fenced in yard for our fur baby! Would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely property, well decorated and in a good location for restaurants and shops. The yard is lovely with lots of plants and grass great for pets. The property was good for me, my girlfriend and her son. Three fit well in the space, but it would be a stretch to try to have five people stay here. There are lots of bugs which may be normal for the area. When we arrived there were roaches in the living room and bathroom, and when we came home on the third day silk bugs all over the living room lamps and tv. Don't leave any lights on when you leave in the evenings. Also, the mosquitos were brutal. Without the bug issues I would give a top rating for this place!

Perfect for family
Will definitely come back. The cottage was exactly as pictured. Clean, neatly decorated and close to everything. Beach, shops, restaurants. We had a cart and there was plenty of room for a couple cars and the cart. The back porch had lush foliage and Tom of privacy. Surprisingly quiet as this was off the main drag but still close to everything. Will definitely look at staying again. Thank you for helping on a great family vacation!

Paradise in Port A
Brilliant, cozy place with everything you need. Lovely details and super comfortable. Everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. The garden and plant life really set the setting of a paradise get away!

Great place to stay
This place is outstanding. A lot of care has been put into making this work so well. The lawn was treated for fleas, the outside furniture was great. The inside of the cottage was very cool with everything we needed. We'll be back.

Labor day
This is perfect for a quick getaway. Everything that was listed in description was on point. The pets loved the fenced in yard. This was actually why we chose this particular rental and it did not disappoint. It was close to the main avenue that led you straight to the beach. Definitely will look to rent again for our next trip to port A

Fantastic Property and Experience
I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this place. It was perfect for my wife and me - and our two dogs. The house is very quaint and perfectly decorated. It includes all the little touches that make things easier as a traveler. You can really tell that the owners have an eye for design, decoration, and hosting guests. If we can ever get away from our kids again :-), we would love to revisit, and both my wife and I would highly recommend this place.

This cottage was perfect for what we were looking for.
From making my reservations to check out everything went smoothly.
The cottage is small, but it is a cottage and was advertised as such. Walking distance to beach is farther than we wanted to walk.
If you like more than one cup of coffee in the morning you'll have to bring your own.
Cooking at the cottage was easy as it had every pot, pan, skillet, and utensils you need.
The space was charming and beachy.

Cozy cottage in Port A
My wife and I loved the country French style of the cottage. The yard and back patio were perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. We had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we would need. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house near the beach
We came for a short staycation to escape Austin during the pandemic. We had so much fun in the house which is soooo beautifully decorated and in the yard. We brought our dog and he loved the yard and it was perfect for him — completely fenced in. We ordered delivery pizza and enjoyed the porch. My fave part was the outdoor shower after walking on the beach in the morning! No wonder this place is so highly rated.

Best beach stay ever!
Our family of 4 plus our 2 dogs LOVED staying at this precious cottage! It’s an oasis in the middle of Port A!! We visit port a every summer and this has been, by far, our favorite stay. The cottage is super clean and beautifully decorated. The fenced in yard is perfect when traveling with dogs. My kids enjoyed the hammocks. Thank you!
