Restaurant breakfast was very bad.

The Location is away from the crowded City, hence were wonderfully peaceful. But that does not mean any lack of facilities. The room sizes are good.

The Hotel asked for check-out earlier than as per the booking.com

Staff was polite

This not a hotel, it is a kind of Ashram. You will find God’s frame picture just in front of your bed.

Location was very good. Close to karnavati. Room was very good in terms of size and facilities

Room service needs a lot of improvement. We asked for tea and they took 30 min to deliver it. That too after a reminder. In other instance, the order placed was not delivered completely. A few things were missed. Yet some other time they sent some other items (not what we had asked for). All these leave a bad taste in the memory, especially when one is traveling with two insulin dependant senior citizens.

Need to work on the food section in a major way .

We stayed for three days, however No Cleaning on Alternate day.

Space, location good air conditioner , good breakfast

Not professional staff , laziest room service, , they called me at 6.45 am to return a hair dryer..... I by mistake left some documents behind... It took them 4 days to courier after multiple requests... They are not exactly bad , but like they are too casual and laid back.... I had to call reception at least 4 times for water and finally went and got it.....
