Ocean Walk è una pittoresca comunità condominiale a pochi minuti a piedi e in bicicletta dal molo del villaggio, negozi e ristoranti, nonché la spiaggia. This was a beautiful vacation for my husband and I. This condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed.
This was our first time at the island and loved it. It was located within walking distance to the pier, water front restaurants and shopping.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and fit all our needs. The unit was nicely decorated and recently updated. The only minor issue we found was that the shower curtain had mildew. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.

The condo was clean and neat. The furnishing were adequate. More towels were would have been nice to have bikes and beach chairs and beach towels available. Smoke alarm was blaring when we first entered the unit. We had to pull it off of the wall in order for it to stop.

Located roughly 1.5 miles from the beach, it was the perfect getaway. Great access to all the local eats and shopping! The condo is perfect for a two people. Only note, if you need to do laundry, you’ll have to pay to use laundry machines in a nearby building.

This was a beautiful place. The property was very pretty and family oriented.
My son enjoyed the pools and riding his bike throughout the complex. It was nice to see so many families with children that he could also play with. It was a bit further than I expected from the beach, but so convenient to everything. Definitely recommend!!

Our unit was fabulous! My sister and brother-in-law was next door in P-3. My Nieces and other older sister were in B and L units, so we were able to visit each other’s unit. The area was clean with tons of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely visit again!

St Simons Respite
Ocean Walk is a great complex. Quiet, to be so busy, and very well maintained. OW P 13 is comfortable, the kitchen is adequately stocked for those who want to cook in. The Pier Village is within walking distance as are plenty of restaurants to chose from and a great dog park.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Air conditioning worked effectively although the unit is outside the bedroom window and noisy at night. We did have a problem with noise from the apartment above, loud footsteps and on Sunday afternoon it sounded like they were sanding the floor!

Our condo was excellent. The location, the cleanliness and the surroundings were perfect. This is our second year to use Real Escapes and it will not be our last. My husband fell and broke his hip on our second day and we were not sure if we were going to have to extend our stay. The office staff jumped into action and immediately found us another rental if we needed it. There are not enough good things to say about Real Escapes.

Great location! Condo extremely clean and well maintained
I have stayed at many VRBO locations and this condo was one of the top 3! Extremely clean, well kept places we have ever stayed at. Location is perfect to walk downtown and near several restaurants. Beautiful parks in the area as well. The condo community had two nice pools as well. Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the near future

Great stay for two and your pup!
We loved our stay, and I expect we will return in the future. The condo is clean, well furnished, and plenty spacious for two adults and a dog to not feel like they're on top of one another. It's a short drive to the beach or village, and I really loved having access to a pool (or rather two pools). Also, the bed is really comfortable! My only tip would be to bring extra bath towels if you like to have a few during a week's stay and don't want to do laundry. Finally, the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Both tv and have controls were very difficult to operate

Good location.
We wanted a quiet escape for a bit. The location is good for walking. Biking or a golf cart would be much better. We ended up driving our truck everywhere. Parking can be a challenge later in the evening but tolerable. The walls are thin and the upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes pans and such.

This place was in pristine shape and in a great location for bike riding or walking. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but the complexes units are very close. Reminder: It takes quarters and there is no change unit in the building.

Perfect location.
This is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed in P-13 and it won't be the last. The unit has obviously been re-done including new furniture, updated bath and kitchen hardware, new flooring, new drapes, etc and it's beautiful.
The location is close and convenient to everything on the island [village, shopping, beach, etc]
This particular unit is on the back side of the building offering lots of privacy and quiet. Parking has never been a problem.
The only negative? It's about a 6 1/2 hour drive from our home here in north Georgia.

Enjoyed our visit to Saint Simons and Ocean Walk P-13. The unit was clean and furnished nicely; even had poop bags for our Maltese. We visit Saint Simons regularly and would stay in this unit in the future. Did leave a few comments with Real Escapes Properties directly. Highly recommend.
