Spaziosa casa completamente arredata vicino all'incantevole bacino idrico di sabbia con un cortile privato recintato e un sacco di spazio per esplorare ed escursioni nelle vicinanze. Nel prestigioso quartiere Dixie Springs, dispone di 3 lussuosi letti king size, un grande bagno padronale, con doppi lavandini, cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Per i bambini c'è un pacchetto n play, oltre a due materassi a doppio strato, se necessario. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto king size e un letto singolo con bagno familiare, vasca e doccia. Il terzo letto è in uno studio semi privato e ha un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha grandi divani reclinabili sezionali per la visita o l'intrattenimento e uscite doppie porte sul portico posteriore. L'ampio intrattenimento a schermo piatto nel soggiorno riproduce Amazon Prime, con lettori DVD in entrambe le camere.

We had a great time at this home. We loved how close it was to Zion National Park and St George. We were right in between both which made it easy to enjoy both. The home was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and we would recommend you stay there as well.

Loved the location. Very close to the trails. House is spacious and clean. Driveway is well sized. The only reasons I am not leaving 5 stars are two items.
1. The garage was full with a boat and car. In the listing it shows the garage as one of the amenities. I always choose houses with garages so we can park our vehicles in there at night and not have to worry about unloading them. Not being able to use the garage would have been a deal breaker and I would have chosen another house if I had known it would be full.
2. The mattress in the main bedroom was very squeaky. I even found myself breathing shallow so I wouldn’t hear the springs making noise.
Other than those items, I do feel the house was well priced and a good value.

The great news about this place is that the property owners are great at responding, the mattresses are nice and comfortable, the place is HUGE, and the neighborhood feels safe. The not-so-good news was that the condo wasn't cleaned when we got there. However, the owners gave us money back to make up for the time we spent cleaning. The whole place needs to be decluttered to make it more kid-friendly and clean-looking. My kids are 12 and over so I wasn't worried about them breaking things, but if they were younger, I would have been worried the entire time.

We used Hurricane as a base for day trips to Zion and Bryce. Sand Hollow side-by-side experience was such fun! This house is spacious- huge entertainment spaces inside and out. Wonderful primary bedroom/bathroom. The neighborhood is being built up around the home so views are not as great as shown in pics, but it is still lovely.

The house was perfect for us. We were able to ride out ATV to sand hollow without having to load and unload. We contacted the owner a few times and he was so nice and prompt. The only small negative would be the television, would be better with a smart tv.

We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for unlocking the door when we arrived. A few things: the carpet in the living room was not vacuumed when we arrived; in the VRBO instructions, the door code stated the code was most often the last seven digits of the phone number on record - in fact it was the last four; the password for the WIFI was homesweethome, not iknow. If you sent updated information for the door code and WIFI password, I missed it and I apologize.
We would recommend a stay at your house to any responsible person or family.

Great Home
The house was outstanding, very clean and in good repair. Master bathroom was luxurious. The front bedroom/office has been walled off so it is completely private. Pictures online aren't quite up to date, but the extra privacy is a bonus. Very nice and complete kitchen. The heat/AC work perfectly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in Sand Hollow State Park area
Greg's home was in a beautiful area and provided everything we needed. The home itself is even prettier than the pictures. We brought our side x side UTV's to ride the state park. We were able to ride straight to the trails from the house, which was perfect! If we return to the area we will def stay here again!

Would stay again
Great home in Dixie Springs. Perfect for riding at Sand Hollow and surrounding areas. No need to trailer and unload, just ride right from the house. This house was nice and had plenty of space. Very comfortable king beds and we LOVED the sectional couch. It was so comfortable, we'd like to get one just like it. The back patio with fenced yard, bbq and firepit was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property has everything I needed! The home is spacious and very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with. If you’re looking at this area to visit all of the southern Utah parks this home is in the perfect location.
