This property is absolutely lovely and the pictures dont do it justice. The house has large windows all around that look out on Puget Sound and it is decorated beautifully inside and out. The kitchen and family room are cozy and well equipped and a great gathering spot. The property is a very special location on the far end of Bainbridge island. It is quiet and peacawful and a lovely oasis from the city. Only downside is that it is not a great place for walking and it is not close to town or the ferry. We knew this and were quite happy to be a little more isolated!

Family home for nearby wedding -grandparents, parent, aunt/uncle. Perfect size, perfect floor plan for gathering and for privacy, close to venue, quiet, clean, great kitchen with everything you might need and more. Host was responsive and helpful. Lovely location.

The minute we walked in the front door we knew right away our vacation/family stay was going to be great!
Pictures do not even get close to the spectacle view of this home.
We spent most of our stay outside on the perfect deck setting.
There were 8 adults and it was the perfect setting.
House was stocked with any and everything needed for preparing meals and the best views and seating for enjoying meals.
We had a crab boil and I even made a cake for our daughters birthday!
The beach is perfect for beachcombing and the sunsets were amazing.
Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked and comfortable.
We spent most of our stay on the deck and enjoyed family time together!
Caretaker was very nice! The only reason we had to communicate was her letting us know that a delivery was scheduled to arrive during our stay. Nothing for us to do, but very considerate of her to let us know!
Very hard to leave, but we will be back!!!

We were in town for a wedding and this home had everything we needed. Clean, well appointed, great views and easy beach access. Joan and Kelsey were very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing get-away in a beautiful home.

Eight of us siblings/spouses had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of room for us to gather and to have private/quiet time when we wanted. The house was spotless when we arrived. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions about the area - which is beautiful.

We absolutely loved the house! We stayed for Thanksgiving with about 6 from our family and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for the occasion. The location can’t be beat - right on the water and a 5 min drive to the Bloedel Reserve. It’s such a fabulous house! I would just add that there are even more bedrooms than we thought - downstairs is great, with a foosball table, bathroom, coffee bar, and two bedrooms! The bunk bedroom does not technically have a door so maybe why it’s not listed separately, but it’s still great to have and to know about for the next time we stay. We will absolutely be back!

First of all, this property is as amazing as it appears. Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed by the spectacular view from the expansive deck which overlooked Agate passage (as the sun was setting). The interior spaces were warm and inviting and made us feel like we would want to revel in this environment for as long as we could. The home provides ample bedroom and bathroom options (which were more than we needed for our group of five). We are already talking about when we will come back to this property and spend a longer amount of time enjoying this spectacular location. Not to be overlooked, the property manager was extremely accomodating upon our arrival to make sure we had no issues when arriving at the property, which is really helpful. Long story longer....stay at this location and you will NOT be disappointed. It's spectacular.

Great house for family vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of open space for family activities, and very comfortable bedrooms. Huge decks overlooking garden and waterfront with access to beach. Remote and quite location but arrive during daylight as entry road is curved and narrow. Great location to Bainbridge Island sights and restaurants as well as day trips to Seattle and Olympic Peninsula. Excellent communications with owner and caretaker.

Everything about our experience was terrific. The house and its views are amazing. The kitchen is well-stocked and each drawer and cabinet is marked so that you don't have to search for flatware, plates, etc. The communication with the owner and manager was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful! It fit our big family so well. The kitchen is well stocked! The view from the wrap around deck is wonderful. The yard is on a hill, so no very flat spaces for young kids to play, but beach combing was the activity of choice anyway. It was perfect to walk right down to the beach several times daily. We all really enjoyed our family time together. Thank you!

A fabulous retreat setting for our family reunion. Very spacious inside, huge decks outside, windows galore for fantastic views of the Sound and Olympic NP mountains. Attractively decorated. Luxurious Master & BR. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Kids loved exploring the beach at low tide. Comfortable and welcoming!

Fantastic place to getaway from the world, tons of space for everyone to spread out and have down time, but also a wonderful central floor to gather and share time cooking, dining, playing games, and enjoying views of the sound. Minutes from the ferry and lovely town with fantastic dining and shopping, and we had fun visiting the local wineries, breweries and cider spots too! Such a beautiful and relaxing place, we’re wishing we were back already!

We stayed here as our daughter was married at Kiana Lodge. The home is very convenient to Kiana and the casino. Property is well kept, well stocked and appointed nicely. Owner and property manager are very organized, communicative and accommodative when possible. We would happily stay here again.

Joan is a wonderful host. The house was picture perfect. We stayed in the winter and would absolutely book again in the summer. The perfect location between Winslow and Poulsbo. We loved the beach access, the water views, and the proximity to both towns. We would love to come back.

We had stayed at the house before, in May, even though the wedding had been cancelled for bride and groom's Covid. This time all went as planned. The house was perfect for our assortment of friends and family, and was a great base for the wedding at Kiana lodge. After 2.5 years and 4 attempts there was nothing that could dent our joy, and it was definitely a home away from home experience .

From the moment I and my 4 friends arrived we felt at home here. The view is spectacular and the sofa’s are comfy! The house is warm and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The beds are gorgeous with lovely cotton bedding and the there are plenty of great bathrooms. We honestly couldn’t find fault if we tried.

This property is absolutely wonderful. Even better than the photos which is saying a lot. The views are incredible, there’s so much space, very homey and comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. I would stay again over and over.

Comfortable surroundings
Class triple A home. All needs have been thought of and provided. Terrific place to stay for family or group of friends. Serene location. Young kids, 7 and 11, really enjoyed walking beach at low tide. Highly recommend this property and ease of working with property manager and owner.

Beautiful home
The home was well maintained and very comfortable. Beautiful setting with lovely landscaping. Nice view of the sound with lots of wildlife including a bald eagle siting and sea otters. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay on Bainbridge Island!
This home was everything we hoped it would be. We had both a great on site host and an off site owner host. Literally, all of our needs and questions were covered. The view of Puget Sound and our beach access were superb.
Upscale amenities in gourmet kitchen, bathrooms and both interior living areas. Outside porches and eating areas were furnished for leisure and meal times.
FYI for you families which span three generations traveling together THIS IS THE PERFECT ACCOMMODATION! We had daughter/son-in-law family with both a 3 and 1 year old in two upstairs bedrooms (Pack and Play included). Grandparents on walk in ground floor. Married son/daughter-in-law, and adult single child in two basement bedrooms. Finally, great location for access to quaint communities of Poulsbo and Winslow, and the ferries to Seattle were a well oiled machine in their efficiency, not to mention a fun adventure for us all.

Wedding Blues
We had been waiting two years to visit this property having originally booked in May 2020 for our son's wedding which got postponed, (twice),due to COVID. Sadly the bride and groom got OCVID just before the rescheduled wedding, but we decided to go ahead and bring other family and friends together at the house as planned. It didn't disappoint. We had the best time possible in the circumstances. Joan is a fantastic host, she has been amazingly supportive through the past 2 years and the plus is that we are going back in October, for the rescheduled wedding. 3rd time will be the charm.

Serene views and comfortable rooms
We enjoyed the beautiful views from the house and down by the beach. The house is large and roomy with comfortable furniture and bedding.
We appreciated having everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time on Bainbridge Island. We enjoyed waking up to the harbor seals and the eagles flying and landing in the trees.

Memorable family gathering
Seven adults spent a week at this property. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, & beds. Outdoor seating encouraged us to linger. Quite neighborhood. No traffic noise. Easy access to property.

I would and will stay here again without a question. My entire family loved the property. The house is clean and beautiful. Everything is thoughtfully done here. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The views! Oh wow the views!! Absolutely stunning. The beach and access to the beach is perfect. The fire pit was a favorite. The outdoor furniture is so good. Everyone felt safe and comfortable and happy at the house. We had no issues at all, check in was easy and the owners super responsive. I would highly recommend this place. The location is amazing. The house is gorgeous. Thank you for a great stay and we are all looking forward to our next visit to bainbridge and the house.

Holiday House
Our family filled every room and it was fabulous. We called it our "holiday house" because our family was gathering (in August) to celebrate with a huge turkey dinner for Thanksgiving and a tree to celebrate Christmas. The kitchen, situated in the middle of all the activity, was equipped with everything we needed. The deck(s) were perfect for meals and lounging. The beach. The room. The master bath with the glorious tub. And and and.... It was all perfect. Thank you.

Quiet Elegance on Bainbridge Island
This Bainbridge Island vacation rental is well designed for both indoor and outdoor living. It was spotlessly clean and the cook’s kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for home-away-from home cooking. The house is both roomy and cosy and the separation of bedrooms by floor made it possible for three generations to share the common spaces while still having privacy. This rental is exactly as advertised. The owner is both helpful and gracious. We’re been doing these annual family gatherings for many years across a number of the Puget Sound Islands. This house tops the list. We appreciate that the owners have chosen to share this remarkable home with others.
