The condo, property, and beach exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything a family might need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. They have beach gear, pool toys, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, bathroom essentials, spices, and so much more. We were really impressed. It NEVER felt crowded at the beach or pool. The location of this condo is fantastic! It is located in walking distance to many local restaurants, cafes, and stores. If you want a more lively atmosphere all you need to do is hop in a car for a 15 min drive down the road to Clearwater or John’s Pass. I believe you can take a public trolly to Clearwater if you don’t have a car. We visited Honeymoon Island, Caledesi, Egmont Key, and Three Rooker Island. All were unique and definitely worth visiting! There is also a nice little wild bird sanctuary about 5 mins down the road that we really enjoyed. Make sure you swing by the Kooky Coconut for a Cuban!

WOW, What a great unit! Beautifully arranged and decorated! Very clean and housekeeping uses All free and clean detergent to laundry the towels and linens. All just smells CLEAN! For us, this is wonderful! Thank you Host , it was a great vacation.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location and Andra was the best host I have ever dealt with.
We have stayed in another unit in this same complex but changed to this one this year. What a great decision that turned out to be!
This unit is not only nicer, but is also well stocked. Not just the kitchen and other items in the condo, but also the storage locker full of everything you could want for the beach and pool. This is a huge bonus when you’re flying and can’t easily bring those types of items with you.
Andra was so easy to work with and we really appreciated her willingness to help us check in a bit earlier due to our flight schedule. It was nothing but a positive experience all around. We will be looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the ocean. Located within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Guest book and welcome book containing a wealth of information about the area, including restaurant menus, trolley stops and activities. Beach access within steps of the condo.

We stayed in the area two years prior so had a baseline for comparison. This unit is immaculate. Clean organized, there is almost nothing you won't need for kitchen, launch and bath. Add to that a fully stocked beach closet downstairs and this place will not disappoint. The owner, Andra, communicated instructions very well and responded to questions in a few hours. If I find myself back in the area in the future, I'm looking to see if this unit is available first.

We had an amazing week at Oceanside! We loved the area because it was so quiet compared to other places we have stayed. There are restaurants within walking distance. Our teens utilized the trolley to go to John's Pass to hang with friends.
The condo was beautiful, just as described. It was clean and very well stocked. It's the small things like having aluminum foil and plastic wrap available. There were spices and salt & pepper. Andra made us feel welcome from the start. We even received a message about bad weather that was rolling in and how to be prepared - so thoughtful!
The beach was amazing as were the sunsets. Since the area has less visitors, the beach never felt full. We loved the heated pool & hot tub. The owner's storage was filled with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, and inflatables. Again, it's the little things that mean so much especially when flying down for vacation.
Great condo; great hosts...we would definitely go there again.

Unit is as described. It was clean and in good shape. Plenty of room for our group of four. We had stayed in a different unit here a few years back and really enjoyed the building amenties and location. Location is great as there are rstaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. We also like that its a quieter area of the beach. This was our 3rd time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and we'll probably be back.

We have stayed at many properties on Indian Rock and Indian Shores through the years. We have never been disappointed with our accommodations. This one is no exception. It was very nice, clean, well furnished with all little things you might need. Great view of beach from the balcony. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We would consider staying again for sure.

I had selected the condo at Oceanside based on the numerous glowing reviews on VRBO. They were all correct! Unit 406 was a beautifully decorated, fourth floor corner unit. It was immaculate and completely stocked for every need. The cabana in the lowest level provided every imaginable resource for pool and beach.
Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) was the perfect location! Quiet yet with excellent restaurants a short walk away. We were blessed with great weather all week and a few memorable sunsets. The owners were wonderful to work with and personally addressed our questions. Definitely hope to return!

We stayed for the week we were dropping our Freshman at UTampa. Such a gorgeous condo! Terrific hosts. Condo was fresh and clean. The bedding and linens were quality and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. There was everything anyone could possibly need for a beach vacation, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach "tent" that pops up to create a nice amount of shade! We were all three able to relax and enjoy our last few days together. I was sad to leave!

This property and location is amazing. Cleanest beach condo I've ever seen. The owners thought of literary everything you didn't even know you needed. It was very apparent that they cared about our stay. The location is so quiet. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Clearwater to do tourist things. Had to contact the owner one time over a small issue and it was fixed within the hour with great communication. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise.

This was our second vacation at this condo unit and it was even better than the first. The owner is responsive and knows exactly what a family at the beach needs. From beach gear to kitchen supplies to toiletries — they have you covered. The unit is clean and well maintained. It has the best view in the complex. This is by far our favorite place to stay in IRB and we cannot wait to plan our next trip to this beautiful Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook and the beach closet was incredible. Everything from floats, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, chairs and canopy. The view is absolutely gorgeous and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

We have stayed in many places in IRB over the years, and this is one of the best! Very clean, well stocked with necessities and so many beach toys, chairs, coolers- it was amazing- we didn't need to buy anything for the grandkids beach and pool fun.

As soon as you open the door you feel that you are staying in a welcoming class act home. Everything is SPOTLESSLY clean. All aspects are thoughtfully cared for down to the minutest detail.

As many others have said, this is a very nice condo in a great location. Very spacious with a great view from the top floor wide corner veranda. Clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, all appliances and cooking/eating utensils, and a fully stocked locker of beach equipment. The beach is great and was not crowded, and there are many good restaurants close by. We thought the pool was a little small for a building with this many units (we are older and there were a lot of kids the week we stayed), but there was also a great hot tub. Andra, the host was very responsive. We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great family vacation at Oceanside 406! The condo is exactly as described and, as others have mentioned, extremely well appointed. It has everything you need, including beach chairs, toys, boogey boards, etc. The location is perfect and we walked to several good restaurants with our 6 and 3 yr old kids, usually catching the sunset on the beach on our walk back. Indian Rocks Beach is very family friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I were in our Daytona Beach timeshare(we have owned x 33 yrs and go every year early Nov. as weather is usually good) when hurricaine Ian attacked and were forced to evacuate. We sheltered in Kissimme . I was not ready for a return to Ohio. I looked on VRBO and found Oceanside with what I wanted : 1 week,right on the gulf,plenty of room,easy access to the beach,a pool,near places to eat and priced fairly. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would rent again. We even saw Hulk Hogan

We had a wonderful holiday. The condo was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. All our needs were met and problems fixed quickly.
We have been to this area many times and stayed at Oceanside as well. We keep coming back and if all goes well we will return to 406.

This was our first trip to Indian Rocks Beach and we definitely hit the jackpot with this condo. My husband myself and my two young children stayed here for 7 days. The condo was spotless. A lot of care was put into making it so nice. We had everything we needed and were able to make several meals using the high quality kitchenware supplied. The washer and dryer came in handy and the outdoor storage closet was stocked full of every beach item we could need. This condo has a phenomenal view of the beach and sunsets. We felt safe in our condo and in the area. Overall a 10 out of 10. We are already trying to plan to return!

This was the perfect place. The pictures on VRBO are exactly what you find when you enter the condo. Loved this place will return to it for our next beach trip. We didn't need a single thing that was not there. In addition to the wonderful apt, the room with the chairs, toys and anything else you need for 100 percent beach enjoyment was a godsend as we have an autistic grandchild and there was lots to keep him focused and having fun on the beach. Our rating for this place based on 1 to100 would have to be 1000 percent.
