We stayed at the condo with a family friend and their two children along with our own three kids. We never felt like we were invading each other‘s space because there was so much room and the four bathrooms were such a plus the check-in process was so easy. The beach with the included chairs was such a perk. It was never busy. We always had room for everything we wanted and never felt like we were crowding or being crowded by other families. The pools were nice, but it is a bit windy at the one due to it being between the two buildings. Despite that, our children played endlessly because it was heated to perfection. The indoor pool was a huge bonus because we had one rainy day. we love the location of this condo because it is out of the main drag area and we never dealt with traffic, wild people, or any noise at all. We would definitely stay here again thank you so much for having us!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The unit waslarge enough for our family of 11 to enjoy spending time together. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. Plan to return in the near future. Great experience.

We had a great time making Thanksgivong memories! All the accommodations was great including the kitchen being stocked with nice cookware and bakeware (which is never good in the condos we rent). We will be back!

This was our second time staying in this condo. Once again, it was the perfect accommodation for our group. Everything worked great and the property managers Jennifer and Donna made the rental process very easy. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Spot
The Princess was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Right on the beach but far enough away from the busier part of the city/beach. Management was great to work with! Loved this place!

5 stars, for a wonderful stay!
Absolutely perfect. Location was convenient, but away from the super busy crowds, and traffic. Check in was simple, and when we arrived the place was immaculate. Each of the rooms had its own private bath. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cookware you could possibly need. Jennifer was only a phone call, or text away from any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Adult Couple vacay
The condo was spotless when we checked in and the property management was excellent. Check in was easy and so was check out.
I would like to recommend they update the furniture in the Unit. At least the living room, and front two bedrooms. The kitchen could be better stocked. Some of the cookware is peeling and some of the stuff in the unit looks like someone’s used and worn out stuff.
The stove should be updated. It s flat top surface and all burners don’t work well.

Location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants.
Best condo we have ever rented. Spacious, clean, equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! The breathtaking beach view was spectacular especially at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Princess Condominiums PCB
This was a great condo in an excellent location. We loved the layout with the four bedrooms each having their own personal bathrooms. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals in house. The sunset views were beautiful.

Very large condo with outstanding views. Beds good, bathrooms large, kitchen well designed, layout for condo very well done. Management was great to work with, check in easy as can be. Pools nice, beach nicer, area way more quiet than near Pier Park. Complex secured. Well done Princess Properties.

Relaxing time with best friends
What a gorgeous condo! Plenty of space, large bedrooms, Living room, kitchen and balcony. All the amenities were included. Loved having the chairs and umbrellas on the beach! Perfect place and amazing layout, very spacious! We will definitely be back!

Excellent for families
From the time of booking to leaving for the last time this property was perfect! Lots of small thoughtful extras add up to make it perfect. We had 8 Adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked with anything you might need including an extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs. Beautiful spacious balcony. Check-in process was a breeze as well as checkout. Owner and manager super easy to work with. My only regret is that couldn't stay longer.

Sorority trip

Fantastic Place!
Beautiful place, looks just like the photos! 74 units kept it a small place feeling and never crowded. Loved having the separate laundry room and pantry-we filled it! Parking was never an issue and beach chairs were a blessing with a quick and easy walk to the beach - even hauling 2 wagons, beach toys and 4 kids ranging 8 months - 10 years (with the almost 3 yr old NEVER putting his feet in the sand LOL). Thank you Jen and Donna for a wonderful and easy process!

Beautiful condo on great part of the beach.
Easy check in. Great communication. Spacious for 8 of us. Large kitchen. Fabulous large deck with incredible view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. We brought 6 teenagers and they all loved it and had plenty of room for themselves. Played tennis, used the weight room, pool. Beach chairs were ready for us each morning. Thank you!

Love this place
The Princess is a nice place to stay. This condo is one of several owned/managed by the same people. This is the second time we've stayed with them. They are super easy to work with, and their condo's are well decorated, clean, and kitchen is well stocked. I definitely recommend them.

Gorgeous condo in a great location
The condo was AMAZING! We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was a perfect layout with gorgeous gulf views. Clean, decorated nicely and updated, comfy beds and all the needed kitchen items...plus they have beach chairs, toys and umbrellas in the closet. The only thing I would change is to put a keypad lock on the door (need a “real” key) and the internet in the area was spotty. Otherwise it was perfect and we will be back next year.

Family Vacation
Most issues were minor, but a bit of maintenance would help. (e.g. tub in master bathroom didn’t hold water well, shower head in one bathroom needs replaced) Overall, a really nice property.

Great stay!!!
We had a group of 7 adults and stayed for 6 days, there was plenty of room for everyone not just inside but also on the balcony and never felt cramped or crowded. The condo itself was more that adequately supplied with absolutely everything you could need. Check in was a snap with just having to open a lock box and get the key. The unit was spotless and more than we expected. If we were to come as a group again this is where we would want to stay!!!

One great Mother's Day experience!!
There's not one thing that I would change. All the ladies were very impressed with the unit. Some of the comments were, 'I've never stayed at a place this nice' and 'Wow, is this all for us'. They were looking into booking the Princess for their family vacation this summer.
We will definitely be using your service again for our Mother's Day getaway!
The whole experience was great. From the room choice to the check out, everything went smoothly.
