nice location with a wonderfully seaside view

Fantastic view, room clean and well equippeed ! There was everything we need.

Really great view, but that's basically all what is great.

Could be quite noisy - you can hear neighbors talking or host having a party through the walls. Some nights there were strange slamming/knocking noises, maybe due to wind or rain. In the morning, neighbor's dogs are also not really calm. Smell from the sewer. Spent there 6 nights, no cleaning or linen change provided.

The room doesn't have a window, only main glass doors, so you need to have the door open to have some fresh air. When other guests are passing by, you have no privacy at all, as they can see straight to your bed. And you can't even close the shades when the doors are open.

House and location very nice! Stunning views. Beautiful snorkeling at the beach. I would give way better review, but the owner owed me money,(we had to book another booking for one night, because there were spontaneous construction) ignored me for 2 weeks until I reached to booking, who talked to the owner.

Owner owed me money (very little amount, because of spontaneous construction) and ignored my messages for a while until I talked to booking.I was so kind telling him a transaction would be fine, so he wouldn't have to drive all the way to where I was. It was a shame considering he seemed to be very wealthy (2 Porsches lol) and was ignoring me on purpose maybe trying not to pay me, idk...

Everything was perfect

Comfortable bed, nice view of the statue, quite calm..

First, there is NO SIGN on the house, so you dont know, that you are on the right place. Looks like private house. We had to call to host. When We arrived at 5 p.m our room was not ready. There was some people, they spoke only portugal. In the room stings of mold, and mold is also in the bathroom :( 2 days we had trouble with warm water. We were there for 7 days and we had to ask for everything (soap, towel) then they stopped responding us (?!?) so We had to buy toilet paper and etc…And at last.. count on you not having privacy, and outside are 2 table for 3 rooms, so you cant sit down whenever you want.

The shared 'terrace' is only a corridor that connects 3 separate rooms. There is only one table and 2 small benches for all these 3 rooms and during our stay , although in the middle of the pandemic, there was a group of more than 10 teens having a party in this space. They were not guests in the studios. There is no privacy as the door is glass, if you need air you have to open the door as there are no windows. This is not a one bedroom apartment in any case. There are a lot of insects in the room (otherwise clean, but in the evening they come out of every corner). The pictures are real, but incredibly misleading.

Fully overrated. If the owner have to do bigger renovation works inside or around the apartments then should not rent them for that time. My opinion is, that would be fair to the costumers. Our apartment was freshly painted on the day of arrival. Strong smell of paint inside for two days. Lot of humidity inside. We had very disturbing and noisy works around the apartment. Lack of fresh air inside the apartment. No windows. Small ants and some kind of worms are coming inside the apartment from the grass in front. The apartments are located under the pool and upper terrace – noise from water pumps and noise if there is party on terrace. Parking is directly on the road. Nice terrace but you share it with other apartments. Dog barking (Six dogs at neighbour house). No wi-fi on last day.

I highly reccommand this accomodation. Nice, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nicely furnished, we felt like at home. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just a little confusion with an address of the apartment, but after all everything worked out well. The location was perfect.

We liked Madeira, we will definitely be back.

Ants were a very big problem, they were in the bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen. no cosmetics, dirty balcony with damaged furniture. Large apartment, which gave comfort, unfortunately, opinions about the amazing location and false address of the object, over 1 hour. waiting for a host in a fake place that was supposed to be the address of the object in the booking was embarrassing.

Excellent hosts that took care of everything! The apartment was fully-equipped with everything you would need - even if you were to stay longer. I had an amazing stay and felt very comfortable. A supermarket and many very nice restaurants are at walking distance.

There is really nothing I could complain about. Just bear the steps in mind. It might be bothersome to those with restricted health conditions, disabilities etc.
