A Gorgeous Beachview 4BR /2Ba Townhome, Sleeps 13.
Residence ha "Ocean View" da ogni finestra e dal grande ponte che si affaccia sul Golfo del Golfo e le spiagge. Costruito negli ultimi anni e ancora come nuovo. Il proprietario si prende cura meticolosa della proprietà. La posizione è centrale per tutto ciò che la costa ha da offrire. Gli ospiti potranno trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in questa residenza cittadina completamente arredata con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto matrimoniale n. 1 è arredata con due letti queen size, tv a schermo piatto e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio grande idromassaggio romana. Inoltre, abbiamo aggiunto un letto singolo XL per adulti in una camera con angolo privato che ha una porta privata per renderlo la sua camera da letto n. 2, situata appena fuori dalla camera da letto principale. La camera da letto n. 3 offre due letti full size, tv e accesso privato al bagno. La camera da letto n. 4 dispone di un letto matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto e ingresso privato al secondo bagno. Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un divano letto con un materasso full size che rende disponibili in totale 7 letti per adulti. La nostra residenza cittadina dispone di posti letto per 13 ospiti.

La cucina è perfetta per cenare in quanto è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici di tipo inossidabile tra cui frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, acqua calda, microonde, smaltimento, piano cottura in vetro, dispensa, ripiani in granito e sgabelli da bar. La cucina è completamente arredata con tutti i piatti, bicchieri, pentole, padelle, argenteria, caffettiera e tostapane per consentire momenti confortevoli durante la cottura.
Lo spazio abitativo all'aperto comprende un ampio ponte di 14 'attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. Il ponte ha una splendida vista sull'oceano e serve sia per sedersi sopra il ponte che sotto il ponte coperto per rilassarsi e grigliate all'ombra.

This townhome is within walking distance from the beach. The home was clean and the owners attentive to any issues. However, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the place for you. You go up a set of stairs to get into the townhome and one bedroom is on the main floor - the others are upstairs. The fourth bedroom is in a walk-in closet. There are no plugs in that room and the lights are controlled in the main bedroom. The only entrance to that room is through the main bedroom. Not quite what we expected, and we used the sofa bed instead. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this home.

Property was clean and comfortable accommodating six adults and five children. Located across from the beach and near several restaurants. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We would definitely use again for further trips.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Would go back again. When I had questions they were answered right away. Very clean, close to the beach and stores. Only little complaint was the community pool. The life guards not very friendly. And lots of weird rules. The beach was so much better. Thanks for a great time!

We had a great stay. Easy walk to the beach and a great restaurant at the end of the road. Only complaint was the full size beds need updated. I let property manager know and he said they would take care of it. All and all it’s a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had 3 generations staying and had plenty of room. Our hosts even came by personally after checkin to make sure we found everything and to answer any questions. She even said feel free to call if we needed ANYTHING! Their suggestions for places to go and eat were SPOT ON! A return trip to Biloxi will be a return trip to this prior!

Perfect location. Plenty of beds/space. Easy check-in. This was a last minute weekend get away and this home was great and very accommodating for our large family. We will def be booking again in the future.

Very nice and clean condo
We had a family of 10 and we had a great time. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Owners were readily available for anything we needed. Very nice people to deal with. Condo was also in walking distance to the beach and to Felix’s (seafood restaurant). We had covered parking and plenty parking in back of building. We never had to fight for a parking spot day or night like other places. We will be back again!!

Such a beautiful cozy property
Here is my honest review. I searched for a place to stay for my family of 12 for a family reunion. I stumbled on this property as it was in our price range and it seemed as if it would accommodate my family. I must say it was a pleasant surprise, it was just big enough for my family and the teenagers my boys didn't mind sharing a bed...lol. I read the reviews about the bed being in the closet and was a little iffy, but my family thought it was so cool upon arrival. My mom actually used it as her bedroom. My nephew loved picking out shapes on the wall and matching them on the comforter. The thing that will always stick to me is the owner meeting us at check out with a box of donuts... love it !! Tim was so pleasant to be around. I am also a travel agent and he allowed me to tour the other connecting properties which would have been big enough to host our family reunion as it has 3 other connecting units with the same set up. I will definitely tell others about this property and if we are ever back in Biloxi this would be my home away from home.

I had to send the host a message the following morning to let them know we couldn't get the sofa bed to open. They were at the house within 30 minutes, it was an easy fix and even brought donuts! Highly recommend and will stay again. Would even like to stay in other properties managed by the host if available.

1. The fold out couch did not work, it only pulled out part way. That was odd.
2. We could not find a replacement role of toilet paper.
Nice place, easy check in, pleasant owner who was interested in how our stay was. Cooking utensils to make breakfast for our crew of teen sailors. Mr. Coffee pot. The rooms were well laid out. As the early riser in the group I took the downstairs couch and it was comfortable.
Water in the area was not the best, and this was the same at two restaurants and the yacht club. Bring a quality filter pitcher for drinking water.

Exceeded Expectations
My family loved our stay at this home. We had a group of 13 and it was the perfect size for us. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and had all the supplies we needed to cook for our family of 13 (minus the food, of course). The outside deck was large and provided us with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The adults loved watching the sun rise on the deck every morning as we drank our morning cups of coffee. The walk from the home to the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico was a quick and easy 2 minute walk away. The atmosphere of the beach was calm, relaxed and tranquil. The beds were so very comfy. Clean, clean clean...this home was immaculate. We could tell the owner takes pride in ownership with no detail overlooked. We enjoyed being in the "heart" of Gulfport. This property is located close to everything.....shopping, entertainment, restaurant. This home was just as advertised. It had everything we wanted and MORE!!! I highly recommend this property to everyone looking for a vacation home. My family will definitely return to this property the next time we vacation on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Thanks JT...both you and your property are amazing!!!

Good points:
-The unit was extremely clean, most of the beds were comfy, everything was in working order, almost brand new appliances, granite counter tops. Nice. There were some squeaky doors, but we always being a can of WD-40 with us when we stay in condos, so that was an easy fix.
-The deck out front has a table, chairs, and umbrella with some extra seating and pretty good water views that makes it the perfect place to eat, read a book, relax, and hang out enjoying the gulf breezes.
-We didn't use it, but there is a nice grill and picnic table on the ground level underneath the deck stairs.
-Plenty of Parking. There's a dedicated, covered space for each of the four units, and a concrete parking lot in front of all the units.
Not So Good Points:
-Listing pics need updating. The unit we were in (A) has very few current photos. There are four units, so it's hard to tell which photos are of which unit.
-The listing says "Ocean View" from every window. Not accurate, but not a deal breaker either.
-If you plan on doing any cooking, bring your own pots. The pots/pans in Unit A are cheap, non-stick and all are cracked and peeling. Yuck!
-Plenty of beds (sleeps 13), but the living space is too small to accommodate that many people at one time.
-Perhaps the biggest disappointment is the listing says swimming pool, but not until you click on "view all 62 amenities" in the listing do you get to the fine print that says "Community pool is nearby and is off-site. It is open during the warm seasons." The management company texts the check-in instructions with the name and number of the community center where the pool is located. There's no website or anything. You have to call them.
Now that we know all the ins and outs, we'd probably stay there again. Hopefully, the management will spring for a new, better set of pots/pans!!!
