Kawartha Lakes Log Home Coboconk - perfect family spot, lawn, beach, and deck
Entra a casa su Shadow Lake con ampio prato, spiaggia, darsena, ponte per barbecue, firepit. All'interno è un ampio soggiorno aperto con camino enorme, 2 camere da letto al piano superiore, una con un letto matrimoniale, una con un letto matrimoniale, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale (w / king bed) al piano principale e una TV / 4 camera da letto ideale per i bambini per cuccare insieme che ha 2 futon di dimensioni doppie. Sul ponte troverete una vasca idromassaggio integrata, un barbecue e molte sedie Muskoka! La vista dal ponte e le finestre del piano principale è a sud del lago, semplicemente incantevole! Siamo a 5 km dalla città di Coboconk che ha la Patti House (famoso locale landspot!), una metropolitana, Foodland, negozio di birra, LCBO. 20 minuti per Fenellon Falls, Bobcaygeon e Minden (sede della famosa Kawartha Dairy).

This is our second time staying at this cottage. I must say it was exactly as we received the first time! Check in is super easy! Jane does a wonderful job at keeping in contact and checking in if needed. We will for sure be back again next year and again & again

This is the 5th time that we have stayed at this beautiful cottage. We are already planning our visit for next summer. It is roomy with a gorgeous interior, incredible fireplace, high ceilings, amazing view of the lake as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything that you could want or need. It feels like our second home. Our thanks to the wonderful hosts for allowing us to share their vacation home once again.

A large property inside and out. So many options for relaxing (inside, sun, shade) and playing (games, water craft, swimming, lawn activities) that you’ll never be bored or at loose ends. The house is gorgeous and spacious with beautiful views out the amazing windows. You feel like you’re in your own little world but towns and local attractions are not that far away. We had a very restful stay.

This property is amazing. We keep coming back each year. From kayaking in the "back bay," to swimming at the little beach, to s'mores by the firepit, everything is perfect. We saw ducks, loons, geese, herons, and kingfishers all in one day! Also great to have a king-sized bed. Many thanks to the owners for continuing to make this property available on VRBO.

This is the second time we’ve rented the log home and couldn’t recommend more! Communication with owners was super smooth and as always, the cottage is very well appointed. Curl up with a book by the big fire place, or relax in the hot tub. It’s the perfect get away and just under two hours from Toronto.

It's a spacious, but cozy cottage. VERY comfortable with everything you may want. The hosts are always available for communications. We love this place so much, we come back every year (5 adults...our family). But, dibs on our favourite week!

This has been the 4th year our family has stayed at the Christmas cottage' We had a wonderful time!!! I am the self appointed cook for these 4 days and the kitchen is superb. The hot tub in the frosty air, a cozy living room with a roaring fire, two tables... one for eating and one for puzzling, lots of places to sleep and the list goes on.

It was great as usual. The futon mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms could be replaced. They have a sag in the middle. Other than that it was anotger perfect weekend

We rented this stunning cottage for our annual fishing trip and were very pleased with our choice. The hosts communicated well and gave us all the information we needed for our arrival. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We got quite a bit of fishing in and ate like kings. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone that is considering renting this beautiful cottage

Such a beautiful place to spend a week! Calm waters to kayak or paddle board in, everything in the cottage you could possibly need including a king size bed, plus a hot tub! Perfect fire pit for bonfires. Coboconk is very close, so groceries, LCBO and pizza are easy to get. Hosts are helpful and friendly via text. Will definitely book again

Amazing cottage with a great amount of space and privacy. Lots of areas inside and on the property to hang out and play games/ do activities. Cottage is bright and open, water is clean full of wildlife and is interesting to explore. Very close to town/lcbo/groceries etc. Jane was so wonderfully kind. We enjoyed every second (dogs included)!

It was our third time staying in this cottage during winter. We feel so comfortable in it and find it perfect for our family. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, there is a huge common area (kitchen open concept, living room, dining room, fire place) with large windows overlooking Shadow lake. The kitchen is well equipped to cook family meals and the dining table is perfect to sit a large family. We love all of the cottage decorations, which are all nature themed. The hot tub is of course a hit too! It is also really nice to have several TVs and have access to Netflix etc. This is a beautifully designed, dream cottage. We hope to come back in the future!

We found this lovely cottage originally as a pet friendly property. Then as a getaway for us, then we invited two friends, then two more friends. The hosts were beyond accommodating. All booking and communication was excellent. The property is beautiful, the view of Shadow Lake in the Winter is very nice, considering it does not freeze over. It's very relaxing watching the water flow. Kitchen, master, washrooms are all spacious and equipped beyond necessity. Hopefully, we will be welcomed back next year, if life permits! Thanks to the Owners, for an awesome, well needed getaway.

This place is a quaint home. You can definitely tell it’s not a newer home by any means but certainly lovely none the less. We stayed in the winter and it was so peaceful and quiet since no neighbours were around on the lake that time of year. It was so lovely to have the hot tub and wood burning fireplace on the cold cold days. Sleeping was great for two families and beds were reasonable. Views were amazing!

This beautiful home has hosted our yearly girls weekend away for 3 years straight. The hosts are so easy going and easy to communicate with. Booking was a breeze. The home is spacious and cozy and the views breathtaking. Not to mention the outside hot tub! We can’t wait to book again next year!

We had an AMAZING time at the cottage! It was large enough for our 2 families, has everything that you could need and is gorgeous…..the pictures don’t do it justice! The location was picture perfect for star-gazing, boating, fishing and nightly fires. We made wonderful memories and hope to come back next summer!

I agree with so many of the positive things already stated about this wonderful cottage in other reviews. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The kitchen is very well stocked. In my opinion, the cottage looks and feels more amazing that even the wonderful pictures show. We hope we will be able to stay at this cottage again next year.
