Un angolo di paradiso ti aspetta in questa cornice panoramica tra Sarasota e Ft. Myers. La nostra bellezza di 1700 piedi quadrati 3 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni si trova proprio sul Golfo del Messico. Il bellissimo condominio è stato costruito nel 2005, con vista da molti punti di vista, molti aggiornamenti e viene arredato di recente.
Goditi le splendide albe che si affacciano sul golfo attraverso il lanai chiuso o siediti sul tuo patio privato. Una volta finito con il sole del mattino, puoi fare un tuffo nella piscina riscaldata o in spiaggia. Ci sono un sacco di galleggianti da piscina e giochi da spiaggia nel deposito esterno che gli affittuari possono usare.
Quindi, entra e goditi le tue due splendide aree salotto sul lanai o nella camera familiare. Goditi lo schermo piatto da 50 pollici con un lettore DVD. Inoltre, è possibile rilassarsi ovunque nel condominio mentre si utilizza la connessione wireless a Internet.

Beautiful large, quiet condo with all the amenities we needed. Great location on a large, uncrowded beach with four restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Nice screened-in porch where we could have a drink and watch the sun set over the water. My wife also enjoyed daily yoga sessions led by a local resident on the beach. Locals said the January weather was cooler than normal, but we thought it was quite pleasant. A few episodes of rain, but we were able to walk on the beach every day. Pool is not in a sunny spot, but it was heated and never crowded. Really enjoyed this place and we will be back.

Highly recommend this property. Loved the location as it literally is a place on the beach. Loved the extras including the coolers, lawn chairs, sand sifters, luggage carts, and more. Will definitely be back!

The view! The location! The cleanliness! Everything! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants. The condo was well stocked and cared for, and the view is impossible to beat. It was a great stay. Communication was great as well. We will be back!

We we within driving distance (30 min or less) of places to eat/go the mainland. The condo was well stocked and everything we needed was already there or easily available!

Beautiful condo set on a beautiful beach. The condo was perfect! It was very well equipped and the owner was great. She provided a great list of suggested restaurants and was very responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely plan to return in the future.

Wonderful Florida Gulf Experience
Property was well appointed. Location was excellent. Many nice restaurants in the area. Beach and water were beautiful and not overly crowded. Storage area which contained beach items needs to be organized and updated. Overall, our experience was very positive and would return again.

The BEST BEACH vacation!
Having never been to the Gulf, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect. And sometimes, pictures of places seem too good to be true. This is NOT the case with this amazing property. It is the absolute BEST place to stay. The condo is right on the beach, so we woke up every day to the gorgeous Gulf views. We went during turtle nesting season, and were able to see one little turtle make its way to the ocean and new nests were being discovered every morning. The location is fantastic. We had great food from local restaurants. My husband and kids went fishing every night at the Englewood Park pier and caught tons of awesome fish. Anything we needed was at the condo, from towels to dishes and even some toiletries. Anything we needed was just a 10 minute drive over the bridge to downtown Englewood. This by far exceeded every expectation. It made me never want to leave and anxious to return next year!

We had a fantastic 1 week family vacation at this property! Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive to questions about our stay. The condo was as advertised with many amenities you would need for an extended stay (plenty of pots/pans, a crock pot, coffee, ect.). The view and the private screened in and outdoor space were better than advertised - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice! There were beach chairs, beach toys and pool noodles available which makes traveling from out of state convenient! The pool is small (you can tell from the pictures) but we were often the only people there during our stay so it was not an issue. The condo was also in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are hoping to book this condo in the future!

Great Thanksgiving
This unit had everything that you can think of and more. It has plenty of beach-related items in the storage (chairs, floats, kid toys). It is in a great location, you are able to walk to several restaurants and bars.
There is nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfect for relaxation
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Everything you could think of for a beach vacation was included. We loved watching the sunsets from the screened porch and patio. Being able to walk out to the beach and down to Stump Pass every day was a plus!
The unit was super clean and the beds were comfy! Would love to come back!

Great sunsets
Condo is right on the beach, more than enough room to spread out and relax. Screened porch is a definite plus. Couches are a little past their prime, but all and all a well stocked and comfortable place to stay

Amazing Beach Location
We stayed at this condo for a weeks vacation and it could not have been more perfect. This condo is beachfront, the views are breathtaking. The condo is fully equipped with everything from beach supplies, as well as all your linens to kitchen cookware. All you need to bring with you is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a small gas station. If you want to venture off the beach and into the next town to shop or golf you won’t have far to drive. If you are coming to the beach to unwind and relax this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend this property and we would most definitely stay again.

Sunsets galore!!!
Excellent location! The views of the sunset and gulf never got old! I could see the sunset and ocean while I was cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with more than enough of everything!! Tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and indoor games. The beach was a short walk out the the back door! I honestly never wanted to leave! The owner responded quickly if I needed anything. I would love to come back again! Side note: Don’t miss out on the Englewood Farmers market, the produce was mouthwatering and the vendors were so creative!

A beautiful place and location. Sipping morning coffee on the terrace while watching the surf was a great way to start the day. Quiet, simple and comfortable accommodations. A short walk to some nice restaurants and a quick drive to get supplies. Don’t miss this one!

Great location for beach people! Walking distance to several good restaurants with great music nightly. Very friendly people in condo. Condo needs a few up grades and new pillows. Pool area not much. Kitchen well equipped. would need more towels if more than 2 people were stay. We would go back.

Beautiful week in the beech!
The condo is beautiful. We were right on the water with beautiful views of the beach right off our balcony. The sunsets were stunning. Our week started out with a couple of cloudy days. Thereafter the sun was warm and we enjoyed basking in the sun and nice long walks up and down the beach to collect shells and sun. We hope to go back again!
