Completamente rinnovato condominio, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, e Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi. Arredato con un letto king size, una regina e un materasso ad aria regina. Situate al 2 ° piano, si affacciano splendide viste sull'isola e parziale vista sulla spiaggia. TV a schermo piatto in salotto e due camere da letto, lettore blu ray, giochi 'N' e giocattoli da spiaggia disponibili. La cucina completamente arredata ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare e una caffettiera Keurig. 1 posto auto riservato e parcheggio per gli ospiti supplementari e parcheggio per le barche. Marciapiede pavimentato solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Comunità piscina, vasca idromassaggio, sala fitness e la connessione internet, wi-fi, disponibile in loco. Wounderful area. Had fun at pool. Could not sleep either nights. Beds needs to be replaced. They are the worst.

The location was wonderful. Close to stores, tours, beaches, and the area is very peaceful. The balcony view, pool, and hot tub were more favorites of our group.

Perfect spot! We’ve stayed at these condos before but not this particular unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to full sized toiletries in the bathrooms. About a half mile from doorstep to beach and an easy walk. Or just drive onto the beach!

Property was remodeled, but some items still need work, mainly the bathrooms. Lots of road noise from outside. Decent place to stay overall. Close to beach.

We had a great time and enjoyed the conveniance of the location to the beach.
The condo served its purpose, was it perfect, No, but it was everything you should expect for a beach apartment. If i had to complain about anything it would be the stairs ...they were so steep and a bit much for me , next time i will look for a 1st floor apartment.
Randy was awesome and quick to respond.

The stay was great! The location was easy to access and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The only issues we ran into were that the condo number was not on the listing or any of the check in communications and the TV in the main room did not have sound. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we will likely return!

Very convenient and family friendly. We Had access to the swimming pool, the unit was equipped with all the basics a family needs,, puzzles, wifi,haidryer, iron, toiletries even nail polish remover.The AC was nice and cool, Inside unit washer & Dryer was an added plus. We definitely will be looking up Mr. Wilbanks for future stays.

Property location is great. Two major issues with unit. Cleanliness is an issue as floors are filthy, deck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, moldy smell throughout. Ceiling in 2nd bathroom is falling down and the unit in the ceiling is probably the source of the moldy smell. Bed in the Master is one of the worst we have slept on. Both the bed frame and the mattress need to be replaced. I would not stay there again until those issues are addressed.

The manager quickly responded to a minor problem in one of the bathrooms upon our arrival. The window sills, ceiling fans, and bottom of the pantry needed to be cleaned. One of the pillow slips was soiled. I just put that pillow in the closet until we left. The location is great and the pool was very nice.

I really like where is located the place was pretty decent the only thing that i was not 100% Satisfied with was that the unit was a bit dirty other than that i think everything else was ok...overall i would give it a 3.5 out of 5

This location is a short 5-10 min walk to beach!( just at the end of your street)….Loved hanging out on padre island-very relaxing. Was great to have use of heated pool & hot tub. Would stay again

The condo was clean and welcoming. Felt like our home while we were there. The only thing is I thought things like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and paper towels were provided, but we had to buy all of those things.

This location is a short 5-10 min walk to beach!( just at the end of your street)….Loved hanging out on padre island-very relaxing. Was great to have use of heated pool & hot tub. Would stay again

This was a nice place, very close to a wonderful beach. The unit was very clean. Check-in & Check-out were very smooth and contactless. The Keurig in the unit was great! Well stocked kitchen with nice cookware and plenty of utensils. The 2 wooden chairs on the deck were awesome. We had a fantastic time. Location was perfect distance from beach. Property was nice & cleAn. It was a little smaller than I expected but that’s ok. Randy was such a great host & was at my door within minutes when I had trouble with the hot water. Whitecap beach was amazing. !!! Definitely plan on going again.
