Beautiful villa. Nice and quiet in evenings and through the night. Pool was lovely and warm, perfect as we travelled in February with an 18mth old. Lots of inflatables too to use. Shops and restaurants in walking distance or for a short drive/taxi there is plenty more in Americas. Beach a short drive, too. The dishwasher and washing machine was very handy. We didn't use the games room but only because we were so happy with amenities outside and the weather was lovely. Children play area too which was enjoyed very much. Great parking if you do hire a car. Owners of villa are great and easily contacted. Very friendly and helpful.

Tiles around the pool get incredibly slippery. It's inevitable they get wet, so be careful. Towels are in short supply. 6 adults and 1 child we really could have done with more. Beds are not terrible, but they are hard and very creeky. We did run out of hot water 1st evening, so we had to stagger showers. There is not much cupboard space in the top bedroom. The other 2 rooms had plenty, though. There is a school bear to villa, not too noisy but the bell is fairly loud, which is expected. Also a basketball area near too which can get fairly noisy but not late in evening which is fine and not overly noticeable. Just on a Friday evening, it was quite noisy, but we didn't mind.

The whole experience was fabulous, villa is stunning with everything you need supplied it was sparking clean and wow the pool felt very spoilt.

I found the beds a bit hard however this is a personal choice.

Unable to get to Costa Adeje. Could not get a taxi on any of the 3 days we rang local taxi. Also tried alternative taxi companies to number provided at villa when unsuccessful, other taxis refused to do pickup.Unsafe walk, no footbridge across busy road. Very disappointed as a family, more suitable for guests who hire a car if taxi service non existent.

The property was great, the facilities, pool, there’s too many to mention if I’m honest. The host and maintenance team were on point I must say!

The decor is a bit weird and creepy I must admit haha. and the lighting was a bit dark. I did look at the picture regarding how Villa Zen was created and the story behind it was rather interesting so I understand where the decor came from but still, super creepy haha.

The villa is excellent for a quiet family holiday. The black-out screens perfect for a good night sleep. Beds are comfortable. Quiet location and not too far from beach however need to budget for taxis which cost around 12 euros to beach and restaurant. Supermarkets in walking distance . There is a steep slope to entrance of property which anyone with mobility issues would find an issue. We had a wonderful stay and games room a bonus for those who like a game of pool . The outside pool was lovely along with the outside space. For a family of 5 I felt not enough larger towels . The bbq area needs updating and clean utensils as could not purchased in supermarket. Overall a lovely villa enjoy our stay just needs a little tlc to score a 10 . Thank you for letting us stay .

Amazing villa. Hosts were helpful and were always ready to give any information required. Villa was perfect. Could not fault anything in the house at all. Plenty of bakery's and supermarkets close by and a bus service up the road that anyone could use with google maps. Would highly recommend.

Restaurants that were close by were a bit hit and miss so I would recommend that if you are staying here, you figure out the buses (very easy to do so) and get them to San Eugenio/Las Americas and find a nicer restaurant.
