Beautifully renovated Carriage House apt within a tree-house like setting.
Il Carriage House appartamento (A) è un appartamento di recente ristrutturazione con ingresso indipendente, pavimenti in ciliegio brasiliano, bagno completo, letto matrimoniale, divano letto queen size, cucina completa gourmet con tutti i vostri ingredienti per la cottura e un patio esterno privato - luogo per godersi la tazza di caffè mattutina o il bicchiere di vino pomeridiano. Il soggiorno dispone di una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "caricata con un pacchetto di cavi premio che include HBO, Showtime e innumerevoli altre reti e canali.
Siamo in posizione ideale su una pittoresca strada residenziale, a pochi passi da Church Street Marketplace, Burlington Waterfront, spiagge locali, percorso ciclabile e molto altro. Il parco alla fine della nostra strada è dotato di tennis, due campi da gioco, calcio, basket, campi da baseball, un giardino della comunità e aree amichevoli per cani per passeggiate e frisbee.
Il quartiere di sette sorelle del sud è unico. Anche se è molto vicino alla città e all'Università, è molto tranquillo. Questa storica location ospita Citizen Cider, Arts Riot, Dedalus Wine Shop, Tomgirl Juice Company, Grande Birreria Panetteria, Zero Gravity Brewery, Birreria Queen City, Champlain Chocolates, Lunaroma Aromatic Apothecary, New World Tortilla, una fiorente comunità d'Arte, blocchi per citarne solo alcuni dei punti di vista della zona. Had a bit of a snafu with the fire alarm going off on the first night, but Dori and Boris were quickly available to help fix the issue. Great communication from the hosts, property was very nice to stay at and perfect for first time in Burlington.

Went to Burlington for the Festival of Fools and to spend some time in the area. Visited the Saturday Farmers Market and the nearby Shelburne Museum which is impressive. There are lots of great places to eat.
As for the stay, we were unable to use Dori’s as it had been accidentally overbooked. Fortunately her son had a rental available which had just been cleaned and was frankly quite a bit nicer than Dori’s so we stayed there.
Dori was exceptionally communicative and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again.

Spent a couple days at this Carriage House close to downtown in a sweet quiet neighborhood. Apartment had everything and more than we needed to rest and relax when we weren’t out and about town. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Dori's place. The carriage house had everything we needed during a long weekend in Burlington for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Everything was clean and in great shape! It was a quick drive to downtown and hiking trails. Thanks to Dori for great communication throughout the process.

Great space convenient to restaurants, schools, EV charging and the lake. I could live there permanently! Great suggestions from our host Dori and everything was as described, welcoming and comfortable.

This was a perfect spot for two people to get away. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood so it is quiet and relaxing, and the downtown area is nearby so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Check in and out were easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location Location and a very responsive host! Within a mile of everything we wanted to do. We did the bike trails with were amazing and enjoyed some good restaurants.
Dori a very good host. The apartment is on second floor of carriage house. The sofa was not the one in the listing and it was very worn and saggy. Loved the little outdoor screened porch for morning coffee. There were a few housekeeping issues that we discussed with Dori. The outdoor patio was attached to Dori's next door house and we did not ask about it but it seemed to be her space.Overall a good place .

Nice apartment with large well-appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed. An added bonus was the washer/dryer. Could use a new sofa (looks a little worn), but the current one is comfortable. Property is close to downtown and waterfront.

We wanted a place from which to do everything Burlington, and this upstairs apartment met our needs. Though not fancy, this unit was well stocked and within walking distance of downtown attractions, such as the Ethan Allen ferry and the Church Street plaza. Given our outdoors activities (hiking and biking), it was great to have a washer and dryer. We also appreciated the roomy modern kitchen since we prepared several meals there.

We had a bit of confusion with check in, but it was quickly resolved. The place itself was fantastic, the off street parking worked well. Location was great, easy to get to various things around Burlington. It’s less than a mile from the Burlington Greenway trail, if you want to go on a run or walk along the lake.

Very nice spot. Very safe neighborhood - easy enough to walk most anywhere. The lake beaches are really nice. SAVU spa is awesome. There is a steep flight of steps up to the apartment.

The 2nd floor of the Carriage House was a great place for me to stay while I regrouped and recharged after a big change in my family life. Dori was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed to settle in quickly and make myself at home. I love the neighborhood and was lucky to be there in the spring to watch all the trees and gardens come alive. I will definitely recommend Dori’s place to friends who are looking to stay in the Burlington area and hope to stay there again someday!

We had a wonderful stay in the second floor apartment of Dori's carriage house. The apartment was very well equipped, and we loved the well-stocked kitchen and cozy screened porch - great for bird and squirrel watching! The location is convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, Church St and the weekly farmer's market. Dori was a great host and we really appreciated her flexibility when we needed to extend our stay. Would highly recommend this lovely spot!!

We just returned home from a delightful three-night stay in the South End of Burlington. Dori's carriage house flat (second floor) was perfect. The spacious second floor featured a living room area/full kitchen plus very comfortable bedroom. Cozy and clean, with nice amenities (including a washer/dryer which was helpful for the end of our trip). Plus, the bed was super comfortable and the living room sofa as well. The kitchen was fully equipped for almost anything and Dori even provided a few things in the refrigerator for breakfast. The check-in process was seamless and the parking spot ideal. The residential neighborhood was delightful and very quiet. Finally, Dori was attentive, checking with us to assure all was well and if we needed anything. All in all, this was far better than staying anywhere else in Burlington.... We look forward to our next visit!!

Loved our stay at Dori's property this past weekend! The perfect size apartment and location right outside downtown on a quiet, tree-lined street. Easy check-in, access, parking, and more. Although we did not bring our pooch, also dog-friendly. We look forward to another stay!
