Una casa a tre piani dal design accattivante con ottimi servizi, il luogo perfetto per servire come base di partenza nel Lago Tahoe. La grande sala ha splendidi pavimenti in legno, integrati da più portefinestre. Questa casa è fantastica per intrattenere con un wet bar, due capitani del vino e un keggerator + birra alla spina.
La cabina include tutti i comfort che vorresti trascorrere a Tahoe con amici e familiari. Il cortile è completamente recintato ed enorme (lotto di 12.000 piedi quadrati), quindi è ottimo per bambini e cani. Sul retro, c'è un grande ponte in legno, una sedia a dondolo oscillante, una vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone, un enorme barbecue e fumatore Weber a 7 fuochi, un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con 6 sedie e set di cornhole e ladderball (giochi). Bellissimi alti pini punteggiano anche il cortile. Spesso in estate, nonostante tutto ciò che Tahoe ha da offrire, optiamo per rilassarci e giocare nel cortile per tutto il fine settimana.

Overall this was a very nice property. However, it was not air conditioned and we happened to pick a week when the weather was unusually very hot (in the 90's) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. The kids enjoyed the bocci court and the bags game and were able to run around in the fenced yard to their hearts content.

I rented for my daughters 30th birthday. The property was amazing for everyone including children and grandparents. Everyone had something to do here. It’s set up great for entertaining and the back yard was great for outdoor games and fun!!!

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and the house had lots of space for everyone to hang out, inside and out in the backyard. We were most impressed by the kitchen and how convenient it was that all the cabinets were labeled for what’s in each one! Genius. Would stay here again, for sure. Thanks, Evan!

Fantastic house we loved staying in during the Blizzard of 2024! Spacious well appointed and spotless with tons of room for our group of 11 friends! Friendly host and enjoyed every minute of the 5 feet of snow!

This property is ideal for large groups/large families. There were 13 of us, and everyone had a bed. We loved the great room with the large dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly imagine. And, the backyard is fabulous with the fire pit, heated chairs and games to play. The owner, Evan, was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.

We all gathered to celebrate Nick and Angela’s elopement at Emerald Bay. It was a great home base for meals and family gatherings before the small ceremony. We cooked, played corn hole and loved the relaxed atmosphere overall.

Yard was great. Great room was spacious. Having the trailer park across the street was odd. Good location from our venue. House was well stocked When asked to check in an hour early the rate was $75/hour. Wow

Latitude 39 was the perfect decision for our group of 12 spending July 4th on the lake. The property is more spacious than the photos make it out to be, and everything is set up perfectly for hanging out both indoors and in the backyard. Its location is ideal for boat rentals, beach access, proximity to bars and cafes, and getting to the trails. Can't recommend it enough!

Our arrival came early, which for a fee we were given early access. There were nine of us and a dog. Exploring all the rooms and sleeping options was a fun task. All the amenities were great, had everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Evan and Marti were attentive and very nice. The only downside was that the amount of snow made the backyard inaccessible, which was a huge reason for choosing the place. We were looking forward for the dog and all of us to have a place to play outside. The bocce ball, corn hole, jacuzzi, grill and deck would have been lots of fun. We would absolutely book this lovely home again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our Family trip. It had everything we could need to make our time in Lake Tahoe the best. Even the back yard provided a winter wonderland for the kids. The rooms couldn’t have been any better, giving the grands special places to enjoy sharing.
The only draw back we found was the garage and driveway. Having three large SUVs was a very tight squeeze trying to park. Of course the huge amount of snow added to this problem. But in the end it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a wonderful winter vacation. Everyone agreed it was the Best!

We had incredible stay at this home with 10 people! It was a snowy winter wonderland and we were close to the town (with shops, grocery stores and restaurants) and close to the slopes! The home provided the ultimate kitchen (a cook's dream!) and the owners have literally thought of everything in the kitchen! You can tell by all the little things they provide that this place is not just a house but a home! The large dining table and family room connected to the kitchen was where we all spent our time together snuggled by a fireplace and playing games. We also enjoyed some time resting our sore muscles in the hot tub! Our 4-legged pups enjoyed the fenced backyard and being with the family! The communication with the owners was fantastic, quick and responsive! You can truly tell they care about your stay and experience! We look forward to returning to this wonderful home again! Don't hesitate to book this amazing place in Tahoe!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Location!
Our family has family reunions every two years because all of my adult kids and their families live in other states. This year we chose Evan's house and are we glad we did! It is a large group and this property had room for all 13 of us comfortably. We really enjoyed the backyard too with hot tub, fire pit, corn hole. The VRBO listing shows the place perfectly so do not hesitate to book!

Nice big house with lots of rooms and awesome backyard!
We rented this place for our wedding with family. Overall was great! Really nice big house and the backyard is what sold us on it. The owner is really nice. HIs property managers not so much. I would just be aware that it is across the street from a trailer park which to be fair didn't cause us any problems but it is there. Also, the check in and check out times weren't very accommodating for our group. So be aware of those. Lastly lots of rules in this place. Some might be city ordinances and some owner request. Again, nice place and great backyard but just a few little tidbits to be aware of.

Perfect for Family Get Together
We stayed about a week in at this property and it couldn't have been more wonderful. 4 separate households merged into one and we had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was perfect for early morning coffee time or evening games of bocce ball. It was relaxing. The amenities are top notch and we really enjoyed the sound system in the main living space. Easy walking distance to a very cool outdoor music and dining spot or mini golf (about 1/2 mile away). I would recommend this spot and do plan to stay again.

loved this property and such easy communication with the manager. Perfect for the whole family. Great location, love the living room and dining room, kitchen and all the stocked items were high quality. Fireplace indoor and outdoors were amazing. Backyard is perfection for dogs too!! we’re definitely going back!

Many owners are not forthcoming with the room arrangements, location, cleanliness etc. Evan's description of the property and room lay-out was really helpful, and the place actually looked like the pictures (some don't!). We had a group of 14 ranging from 5 years to 73 years old and we never felt crowded. We actually had a few beds that were never slept in! My husband is a chef and can attest that the kitchen is truly a chefs kitchen. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for our kids, it was nice to let them run and play without worrying. The beds were comfortable, the TV/entertainment system was easy to use, and the dual washer/dryer was wonderful for our large group. You can tell this place isn't just a rental, but instead how the owners would like it when they stay, that makes a world of difference. Evan was very responsive any time I needed him (which wasn't often) and the house directions he provided were very detailed and thoughtfully written. We had a printed copy of house directions and our group referenced them often as they provided great helpful tips. I have nothing bad to say about this place! We'll be back for sure!

Epic house for a group
My group had an absolute blast for 4 days in Tahoe at this house. The backyard is obviously the main draw but even the interior is laid out perfect for everyone to be in one spot. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are away from the noise downstairs for the most part. On top of all that we could walk to great local spots for food and games. Thanks!!

Beautiful property and back yard. Evan was a fantastic host providing many guides and things to do in the area. House is stunning and backyard full of fun things to do! Location of house is in quiet area yet right in the middle of South Lake Tahoe.
