Decisamente una truffa non esiste personale e pulizia nelle camere per lo più oltre ad essere sporco è caro anche il prezzo..unica nota positiva la gentilezza del signor fabio che lavora in cucina che si mette a disposizione di tutto

The hotel is located in the middle of the party street (st. Julien) but it is not that noisy as I thought it would be. The staff was really nice and they gave us the room even before the check in that was at 2pm. The room is overall okay for a short staying.

The reception is closed from 6pm onwards, and this could be a problem if your flight is late in the night. The building smells a bit but probably because there is a restaurant at the very entrance. The wifi was not working and they gave us a wet towel.

la camera doveva essere matrimoniale ,ed ho trovato letti singoli ,il giorno dopo sotto mia osservazione mi hanno fatto trovare il letto matrimoniale ,il bagno senza accessori ,abbiamo dovuto mettere una sedia per appoggiare le tovaglie fatte trovare sul letto , condizionatore pieno di polvere ,nella camera solo la finestra ostruita da un mobile , e fuori dalla finestra a un depuratore della cucina del ristorante sotto la camera ,nel corridoio dell'hotel forte odore di fritture ,asciugacapelli deformato dal calore ,avendo pagato un extra per una camera .

Great location. Despite being on the strip, the room had some sound proofing. Air con worked which is always a bonus

Lovely room. Modern, clean and spacious. In the centre of Pace ville, St Julian's but no noise at night. Kind, helpful staff. Good location within walking distance to everything, great bus service to visit other parts of the island.

Comfy beds & pillows, Big bathroom & good shower, Helpful receptionist who gave us extra hangers & let us check in early & who also promised to talk to the people who she suspected.was making the noise after hours. Had good air con in the room & a small fridge & Less than 5 mins walk to the beach

The hotel is in the party area - yes i knew this when i booked but at no point did it state it was only two floors high! I asked for a room high up & no one mentioned this - if i had known i would have booked somewhere else. We paid extra for a balcony room but our balcony overlooked the street therefore you had no privacy & we couldn't sit out on it. There is no receptionist after a certain time, so we were woken up multiple times by other guests banging on our door at silly o'clock in the morning, people shouting basically there normal kinda stuff that happens when there is no night time staff. Again this wasn't mentioned anywhere. The balcony doors were also not sealed enough so the noise from outside was horrendous. If you have a hotel that close to bars you need to make sure you have quality windows/doors otherwise it's the guests thar suffer. The mattress didn't fit the bed so quite often the pillows either fell down during the night or you whacked your shins on the bed frame - very painful! There is no drawer space in the wardrobe or anywhere else in the room, no hanging space in the bathroom either! It's not hard to add a couple of hooks for towels.

Although for some it is a good location for others may be too loud and noisy at night. Party neighborhood. Manager was very polite and willing to help.

Mixed up our reservation and gave our room to other customers. Needed to stay 1 night in 1 room and change rooms next day. Very bad smell from food/fish from the restaurant beneath rooms facing the street. No change of towels when they needed to. Not ironed bedsheets which look used doubting their cleanliness.

The staff was very kind and they gave me a bottle of wine on my last day to apologize for the things below.

On my first night there were two cockroaches walking in the room. It was impossible to contact the staff because it was after 10pm. They reacted to the situation 2 days after. The shower was leaking water on the floor.
