Questo delizioso cottage ha un'atmosfera accogliente, e si può godere di una tropicale, vista boscosa di palme e querce dal portico schermato perfettamente situato. Siamo lieti di avere il caffè la mattina e pianificare le nostre giornate sotto il portico. La cucina aggiornato vanta granito e nuovi armadi, perfetto per cucinare a casa, e le stanze da bagno sono state rinnovate nel novembre 2014. Era arredata con gusto, e con un nuovo 50 pollici TV in salotto. Ha tutto il necessario per ottenere la vostra vacanza speciale in corso. Wifi gratis.

My group of friends came for an event and this was exactly what we needed. It gave us all enough space and it was very quiet. We loved the neighborhood, walkability, and option to get a bike though we didn’t this time. We would happily stay here again.

Quaint neighborhood on Kiawah! This property is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, we used the nearby private beach described in the owners book! My husband and son loved fishing from the neighborhood dock! Would definitely visit again!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is so quiet and there are bike paths everywhere. The pool and beach are a quick walk or bike away. Bring your own beach towels and beach/pool toys. None are provided at the home and you will definitely need them. Would definitely stay again.

First of all, what distinguishes this place is the property manager. We have been coming to Kiawah and Inlet Cove for many years, but this is the first time we stayed in one of Susie's places. She is superb. And best of all, she is a Kiawah homeowner and has first hand knowledge of the properties and the area. It was such a pleasure to deal with Susie rather than a firm with a distant customer-service rep. The house is just as advertised and in the pictures. It was spotless upon arrival and is in a perfect location. You can hear the ocean from the house, and the beach is a short walk away. We loved walking to the beach as well as the river every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is well-decorated with a clean, uncluttered design. We would definitely rent this place again, and will always begin out search at kiawahbyowner.com

If experiencing the quiet wonder of low tide strandfishing, wading through tidal pools to witness hermit crab antics, starfish and sand dollars is a must see and do on the point at Kiawah River - this location places you within the quickest reach. If you love pure, unadulterated, gorgeous sunsets over the marsh, this bungalow is prime. If you enjoy quick access to Freshfields, well, you get the point. Plenty of room. Very cozy and superb bike riding. We'll be back again. And again.

Property manager was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. This is our second trip to Kiawah staying at Inlet Cove. The beach is a quick walk as well as the pool and inlet. Sunsets at the inlet should not be missed! We rented bikes for the week as well. No problems with Wi-Fi. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great cottage for families and with pool access!
We enjoyed our stay at this three bedroom cottage. It was nice to have access to the community pool and dock. It was never crowded during July 4th week. We highly recommend renting bikes from Alligator Bike Rentals. They were very nice bikes and we rode them everyday to the pool and on the very nice paved bike trails throughout the island. The beach is also just a short bike ride away.

Great little place in Inlet Cove
We've been coming to this end of Inlet Cove since the 1980's. It's still the same area, with the same types (though updated on the inside) of houses. We loved it! Easy to get to, tucked away at the entrance to the Island, a short shady walk to the beach and easy access to the General Store and Freshfields. What more could you ask for? We can't wait to get back already!

West Beach Hidden Gem
We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 30 years but have never stayed in Inlet Cove. This is a magical, peaceful area on the island with excellent access to the remote west beach and river. A quiet well maintained neighborhood with their own pool and a maginificent sunset dock and porch. Susie is a great owner - very responsive and easy to work with. We’ll be back.

Inlet Cove -- a Kiawah Gem!
This was my first time staying at Inlet Cove and my first experience renting from Susie. 78 Inlet Cove fit our family perfectly. There was plenty of space all on one level, which was important with a 1-yr old granddaughter--no need to block off a staircase! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, which made eating in with a toddler easy. We even did a low country boil one evening and invited some relatives staying on another part of the island. I had to do a little work while there, and there was a desk and chair that was perfect for setting up my computer. The drive under parking was also a wonderful feature. There was room for two cars to be covered and another two cars would fit in the driveway. It is nice to have a place to leave your beach gear. There was also a hose and water hookup to wash the sand off. We were just a few houses from the beach path and the beach was an easy walk or bike ride. We used our beach wagon to pull our gear through Beachwalker Park, which is just next door. Another big plus about Inlet Cove is the community pool. We had only stayed once at a place with resort privileges and while fun, the pool wasn't very convenient. The Inlet Cove pool was an easy walk and is in a beautiful location overlooking the river. Surrounded by trees, there is shade on parts of the deck and the pool. There is a large screened-in room and an open deck with lots of chairs, even rockers, which was a great place to relax and read.
Renting from Susie was perhaps the biggest win of the week. From the first contact, I felt like she was a friend who was truly interested in making sure we had a perfect vacation. I did contact her upon arrival with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. She will definitely be my go-to person for future visits! We can't wait to come again!

Awesome location!
We love coming to Kiawah, but this was our first time staying in the West Beach area of the island. We LOVED it! We loved the privacy of this gated community, but yet the easy and close walk to the beach. This area was really quiet and relaxing. This house was great! We loved sitting out on the back porch/deck in the mornings. We cooked a few nights we were there and were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. The house is also a short drive or bike ride away to the Freshfields Village. Susie was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property!

Our Favorite Cottage Yet!!
78 Inlet Cove is absolutely perfect for our family. We love Inlet Cove and the sunsets from the pier. The house was very clean, well-appointed and perfectly comfortable. Great kitchen with granite counters and nice cookware, super comfy King bed in the master bedroom. Master bath is lovely as well. The screened-in porch provided a great place to read a book and hear the melody of birds, especially in the morning. We love it here.

Very responsive owner - so easy to work with
This is my second rental situation with Susie Oringel. She went above and beyond for us both times. She is totally responsive and a quick problem-solver whenever there was something that needed to be taken care of. Always available to help, even after typical business hours. All the initial paperwork was in order and emailed to me in a timely manner along with all the details of the properties and the passes needed for getting on the property. I will continue to work with Susie down the road whenever we need lodging in the Kiawah area.

The cottage was amazing! The location was perfect!
We had the best vacation. The cottage was open and bright and fit my husband and I and are 3 grown kid perfectly. Access to the private beach made our stay peaceful!

Updates on decor and very convenient to all sorts of fun on the island.
This is our 2nd time here. Love the comfy beds and details of new granite in the kitchen and bath. Some details could be improved: no plastic spatula, very few spoons left and all knives needed sharpening which we did on arrival. Some pots were scratched which is a shame but I'm sure that's hard to avoid. Great location for us to use our Kayaks at the dock. Wish the pool was open this week like it was prior visits to Kiawah but we saw it open the day before we left. Lovely attentive owner who has always been gracious when we have stayed.

Perfect Getaway
We were looking for a quiet getaway to enjoy Kiawah Island. This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The rental was clean and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the screened porch in the morning and riding our bikes over to the dock area to enjoy the sunsets! It was an easy to walk to the beach as well as easy access to ride our bikes on the beach. We definitely recommend this rental property and will go back again.

Great Get Away in Inlet Cove
We enjoyed our stay at 78 Inlet Cove. The place was just like the pictures. Unit was modern and clean. It had all the amenities of home. It is located close to everything on Kiawah Island. Easy to bike along beach or ride to Freshfields. Inlet Cove has dock on river which we used for fishing. We would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Perfect vacation!
We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was perfect for our young family of 4. The house came with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and appliances you need for cooking at home. It was clean and very relaxing. Another perk was getting there and there already being some TP, paper towel and garbage bags for us to use instead of having to run out to the grocery store asap. So convenient.
We had some trouble with the TV when we tried to turn it on and found a youtube tutorial in the house book that showed us exactly how to fix it! Very simple. It was a great stay.
We definitely recommend renting bikes as there are so many bike paths and it make it super easy to get to the beach and pool.
There is a great little restaurant just a short bike ride away through the squiggly path. We ate breakfast there and it was delicious. We wanted to go back. They also had amazing bloody mary's. So good! I think it was called "Southern Kitchen". Make sure to get breakfast there when you are in town.
Overall it's a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Inlet Cove Kiawah Island
We rented 78 Belmeade Road inlet Cove. We had a great time. The property is close to the beach and pool. We especially enjoyed the community dock area on the Kiawah River very beautiful and serene. The home itself was comfortable (just a little dark) We had plenty of hot water for 5 after beach showers which seems like a minor item but was really appreciated.
This was a good time of year in Kiawah the weather was great. We hope to be back

Great Spring Break Get Away on Kiawah Island
We had a wonderful time on Kiawah Island! The place was darling, updated and perfect for my husband and I and our 15 y/o daughter! Beach and pool were a short walk or bike ride away. Beach was beautiful. Pool was lovely and quiet!! ;) Susie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Don't forget to pack your beach chairs!!! Oops!!
Tons of great restaurants nearby along w/ a wonderful shopping area - Freshfields! The grocery store there was awesome!! Charleston made for a fantastic day trip and only 45 minutes away!!! We'll be back for sure!!

Near Perfect - wonderful get away!
This long weekend was near perfect. The home has been recently refurbished and the kitchen and common areas were well appointed. The location was equally distant from beach and pool and situated on a corner lot. This is an older subdivision, but extremely well maintained. The pool and common dock areas were a 10 out of 10. This unit could use some minor TLC. Musty pillows, ill-fitted to beds & master bedroom had some stains on the carpet. But everything else - great! Towels - great, water pressure super. AC, wi-fi, and TV - all great! We really had a great time! Caught crabs, had the proper low country boil, flew kites, rode bikes, swam in the pool, played in the surf, took the nature trail and did some beach combing. I think that about says it all. It was fabulous!

Great family vacation spot
First time Kiawah visitors and we will be back.This rental is exactly as the pictures suggest. Very comfortable and well maintained for our family of 4, 2 of these being teenagers. Bikes are a must have here and gave our teens the freedom to travel around safely. Inlet Cove community pool where this house is located seemed to be one of the bigger pools so an added bonus. Sunsets at this pool alone are worth the rental price! This house is also located within closer proximity to the Fresh Field shops versus other homes on the island. This made grocery store trips a breeze. Highly recommend this house. Only downside was we flew in and husband was bummed he could not bring his fishing gear. Possibly consider adding a line or 2 for those of us that travel from longer distances. Susie was a great help with all the details. A truly memorable family vacation. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay at Inlet Cove!
Our family stayed a week at this clean and comfortable cottage. It had a lush tropical feel which we liked surrounded by Palm trees and Oaks. We rented bikes (which was so easy) and we rode them everywhere. We were so close to the beach and this location was really convenient to everything. This quiet, tucked away spot was perfect for our family. We also liked the community pool and dock and spent hours beachcombing on Beachwalker Beach. Freshfields (shopping area) was a short drive or 15 minute bike ride and it was easy to shop for groceries and supplies for the day/week. Susie went above and beyond (ultimate customer service) to make our stay easy and comfortable and we loved working with her as we finalized our vacation plans. I would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

SUP, Bike & Beach
The cottage was ideally suited between the beach and the Kiawah River dock, and worked well for us to access both. It would be helpful to have directions in the cottage both to the beach and the dock.

Stay at Kiawah Island Rental Home
We had a wonderful stay at Kiawah Island. We had a few issues with this rental. We had uninvited guests, 5-6 big beetles visited us over the week we were there. Not sure if this is normal for this area or not but was not what we were expecting. We did not receive extra trash bags and requested them twice but they never arrived. Another T.V. in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice. The pool is a little bit far away for my like. The beach was close and if you figure it out you can drive to it past the guard house and around. The shopping center after the roundabout is close and very nice.
