The Sanctuary is in the Best location! The following was our experience with Homeowner’s Collection:- Immediate response through text if we had questions. - Cottage was clean and decorated beautifully. - Location to everything was perfect - shopping, food, complimentary bike rental, market, spa, etc. - The firework show was directly in view from our cottage deck. - Beach access was located by our cottage- Special gifts when we arrived at our cottage from Homeowner’s Collection- Great to ride our bikes to play Pickleball and ride to other areas on the trails. - Even though the cottage is small it is perfect for 2 people with plenty of areas to hang clothes and store luggage. It feels very spacious, cozy and comfortable. We will be back! Homeowner’s Collection is very professional and we are impressed by their service !

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this beachfront property. The view is amazing. The property is beautifully furnished and the rental company is so helpful and responsive. Only downside is the refrigerator is too little for storing any food other than some drinks. Also, an ice maker or ice cube trays would be great to have.

This house is great for one or two people! I wanted a relaxing, lazy vacation and this house was perfect for it. The setup was very comfortable. The balcony was the best part for me, just relaxing in the chairs or hammock and listening to the ocean. The walkability was wonderful, just a few minutes to lots of food choices and some leisurely shopping. The one negative was the refrigerator situation. The refrigerator was tiny and had an unpleasant odor. Overall though, I very much enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding! We stayed at the same cottage (Sanctuary) for our anniversary that we stayed at for our honeymoon - 30 years ago! Even though it had been updated, it still had that same wonderful Seaside vibe!

A fun little cottage in a great location. The best part was the view from the upper deck but the deck furniture was severely lacking. Only one of the pictured chairs was present along with a cheap broken plastic chair to make a pairing. The other cottages had much better seating options.

Very relaxing time. Great, simple space to focus on time together and location was unbelievable! Only gripe would be the refrigerator (built in undercounter drawer style) was not working and the smaller fridge was not able to hold much. Had to buy a cooler. Not a big deal with food so close

We stayed at the Sanctuary for my wife's birthday. The beach is just a few steps from the boardwalk leading to the beach which has a secure, private entrance for the cottage guest only. The cottage is great and well maintained along with the surrounding properties. Once you park your vehicle, there is really no need to drive again. Maybe a 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Very convenient! The view is great but you have to go to the upstairs porch to view the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The porch has a Hammack but when stretched out, takes up most of the porch space. In my opinion, a swing to sit in would be more relaxing. The staff at Homeowners Collection is awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Always answered our text or phone call promptly. Overall, a very relaxing getaway cottage. Highly recommend using Homeowners Collection for booking a property and we will definitely be coming again!

We loved this cottage. LOVED. We would really have liked to have a small washer and drier (maybe put it in the little closet in the bedroom? I run and would liked to have washed things so i could pack less items. And would really suggest a small but full size refrigerator. We just didn't trust the other ones for anything but drinks and that made it hard to cook.

We had a fantastic time! The house was great with an incredible view! You may want to consider leaving directions for how the appliances work such as the dishwasher as well as heating and air controls. The outdoor chairs were a little wobbly. At this price point a washer and dryer would have been nice but certainly did not alter our wonderful vacation.

This house was perfect in every way. Great location on the water and close to beach access and super close to town square. The king size bed was comfortable. The place was spacious with great views. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans to make meals. Management was easy to communicate with via text about arrival and departure and made us feel welcome.

The Sanctuary's location is perfect, perfect, perfect. If you like the idea of waking up in the morning and walking out onto your own deck overlooking the ocean, this house is for you. The house itself is adorable. It was perfect for our couples weekend getaway. We will definite stay again.

Almost Perfect
The house was spotless and well maintained. The view was gorgeous and the location was unbeatable. There are just a couple things that would make this place perfect. First..please consider putting in a washer and dryer. It's difficult to stay at the beach longer than a couple days without a washing machine. Second, the refrigerator and freezer are just small drawers inside the cabinets. Very minimal space so there is no way to buy groceries. There is only enough room for a few things. Lastly, the mattress was pretty hard and hard to sleep on. Having said that, I would 100 percent stay again! We loved our stay

My wife had always wanted to stay in one of the iconic “honeymoon cottages” at Seaside. So, for her birthday we splurged. We knew being in the winter it wouldn’t be as nice as in the summer... but our first night was miserable. The heater wasn’t working and there was only one thin blanket on the bed. The bedroom being on the first floor to allow gulf views for the living areas has the unfortunate result of allowing what little heat there is to rise up and away from the bedroom at night. Fortunately the rental agency got a service man out asap the next day and the problem was fixed. The moral of this is to be sure to check the heat and a/c as SOON as you arrive to avoid a miserable night! Other than that, it’s a nice little cottage very convenient to all that Seaside offers. I would suggest they add a towel hook outside the shower though!
