The condo was very spacious, even larger than it appears in the photos. Location a block from the Town Hall Summit Stage stop was perfect for getting to Copper and back, and tons of restaurants are a short walk away. Laundry was a plus for stinky ski gear. A few small maintenance issues, but nothing serious, and probably to be expected during the busy season. The rental company staff were super communicative and helpful with them. We'd stay here again!

Overall it was a great stay. Unit is beautiful. However, the ad stated that the tv's all had cable and smart tv capabilities but that was not the case. All cable boxes were removed from property and the smart capabilites were limited and could not access televisions in any of the rooms as they were stated in the ad. Contacted summit and they sent someone out who put a note on the door saying they were not sure why it wasnt working and nothing more was done. After a day of skiing it would be nice to relax and watch television. Other than that the place was completely immaculate and everything the ad stated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Unit J, Mt. Victoria Lodge. Perfect accommodations for 2 couples. Plenty of room. Was great having the indoor parking for our car! Location was great, walking distance to downtown, driving distance to Breckenridge, Vale, Beaver Creek, and more.

spacious and great location - views were beautiful - a couple of issues: the dishwasher is outdated and did not clean the dishes so we had to hand wash everything which took a lot of time- the shower door was coming off the hinges in the second bedroom bathroom which made that shower not usable - we called maintenance but they had to order a part so it wasn't fixed during our stay; both decks were not shoveled off so we didn't use those either

The space is BIG, although the master en-suite has a odd layout, the bathroom is large enough but has a very small shower, and is well removed from the rest of the condo. The garage and common areas are dreary and not very welcoming, especially when arriving quite tense at 12:30a after driving from DEN in a snow storm that left cars and trucks littering the sides of the highway. Of course nothing was opened and just a cup of coffee would have been nice to settle us down from our journey. I get it, it's a rental and not resort, but a little hospitality goes a long way. The storm did leave nice powder and Frisco looked beautiful in white and the skiing was great.

My Victoria is a beautiful condo with all the amenities we were looking for. We loved everything about this condo especially the spacious living area and kitchen. It's is a perfect location for skiing the different resorts within a 15 minute radius. The little town of Frisco is full of cute shops and great restaurants. I booked this place for my parents and I to stay while they helped move me into an apartment in Frisco. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The living/ dining area was by far the largest of any condo we have rented in a ski town. Our only complaint was the furniture was arranged oddly in the living room making it difficult to watch tv. As shown in the picture the black chair in the back faces the tv directly so if you want to watch the tv from the couch you must lay along the entire couch leaving no room for other people to sit. In the scheme of things this is a small complaint however for vacationing families who want to comfortably watch a movie together the furniture arrangement would pose an issue. Otherwise the property was in good order and appeared as it does in the pictures. It was very easy to check in and check out.

Our vacation could have started off on a sour note had it not been for the woman (I wish I could remember her name) who checked us in. When we left the office to go to the condo, our car would not start. She kindly got her car and jumper cables and help us get our car started. I have been very please with my entire experience with Summit Mountain Rentals. The condo is very spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved making breakfast in the wonderful kitchen every morning. After a day of skiing or walking around town it was a great place to come back to and relax. It's close to restaurants and shops and Frisco is close to Breckenridge, Vail, and Copper Mountain. We hope to come back to Frisco for Christmas next year. We will use Summit Mountain Rentals and will request Mount Victoria Lodge, Unit J. again.

Our family was fortunate to stay in this lovely home over the new year holiday. It could not have been more perfect! The home had more than enough room for the 4 of us, large TVs, beautiful views, heated floors, amazing kitchen...everything we could possibly need to make our stay wonderful!
