Although a small apartment, it was accommodating for 4 adults and 2 children. With a galley kitchen, small room for dining and gathering area, there is a shower bath & powder room/laundry area. The location is great with 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Lots of amenities for a comfortable stay.

The house is exactly as advertised. The house was clean and everything that was said to be provided was! Elizabeth was a wonderful hostess.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything that we needed. It’s very close to the beach, has a parking spot, there is an outside shower. It was also helpful that the linens are provided.The hosts were friendly, helpful, and had a book of suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Perfect Getaway
We had the best stay! The property had everything we needed with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. The property was so close to the best and just a perfect location. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend. Would also love to go back soon!

Perfect little get-away spot
We loved our time at YOLO! The listing exactly reflects the property. The space is clean and nicely stocked with everything needed for a rest-filled trip. The location cannot be beat and the owners are responsive and communicative.

We very much enjoyed this property, neighbors was very friendly and helpful. The easy access to the beach was nice. Owners was very polite and easy to contact. We will be definitely using this location again on our next casino trip.

Birthday Weekend
I Wanted to be beachside for my birthday… this was perfect for our family of four. My kids appreciated all the games in the living room, the beach toys in the shed, and the cozy bunk beds. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great location, very comfortable
Great location and property. We lucked out with great weather all week, and with the short walk from the beach. The indoor shower had great water pressure for a shore house. It might have been a little tight with an overactive toddler had we had multiple bad weather days but overall a good size and very comfortable.
One room (bunk beds) didn't have a wall AC unit but leaving the door open at night with the family room AC unit running at normal temperature (not any lower than we would normally have it) kept it plenty cool. The shed was packed with toys different types of chairs, multiple carts and umbrellas. It was also nice not having to pack sheets or towels which saved a lot of room in the car.
Covered overhang was nice to have to be able to leave beach stuff outside without worry of it getting rained on overnight. It was a very comfortable outside space, and while we didn't eat on the picnic bench nor used the charcoal grill they were in great condition and had some bag of charcoal in the shed if we needed.

A great stay!
Elizabeth and Howard were excellent hosts. Always available but never intrusive. My family arrived in shifts but we were all comfortable during our stay. The house is close to the beach and had all the beach amenities which was very convenient. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Family time at the shore
We had a great week at Elizabeth and Howard’s place in Brigantine. We had 6 of us stay for the week, ages 12-70. There was enough room for all us to feel like we had our own space. Elizabeth made check in and check out super easy, she had a great binder of info to let us know the ins and outs of the area and she was readily accessible via text if we needed something beyond all that (and we did). The unit had everything we needed: dishes, linens, coffee, air conditioning, beach necessities like carts and chairs… Our week couldn’t have gone better!

Wonderful stay in Brigantine
After years in OC, we decided to try Brigantine for our weekly summer vacation. We loved the quietness of the town and beautiful beaches. Elizabeth and Howard provided everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kids (age 6, 4, and 2 months) loved the beach toys, bunk beds, and how close we were to ice cream! The location can’t be beat and the house was perfect for relaxing after a long day of digging in the sand.

Perfect Place to Relax!
We stayed for over a week. Great location! Owners were amazing and contacted us right away when we needed to talk with them. Very Short walk to beach and to local sandwich place and ice cream place which were Delicious! Definitely going to look into this place next time when come to Jersey!

Wonderful Getaway
After not traveling anywhere for over a year, a long weekend in Brigantine was just what we needed! My high school friend and I loved the quiet neighborhood. And we all loved the house! It is exactly as advertised, and the owners are lovely and very accommodating. And so close to the beach. The kiddos had so much fun at the beach, even taking a few dips into the ocean despite the chilly spring weather. I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice location
We enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of beds and the second bathroom (half bath) was good to have. I cooked sides for Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare the food. The house is very close to the beach and the front porch is nice.

Super Kind!
We had such a wonderful time in Elizabeth home! The decor was lovely and the backyard space was excellent! We also got to meet her lovely dogs and it was such a nice spot from the shore. Would LOVE to stay again!

Beach, Dine, Relax
I stayed at this place for my 25th birthday with my closest friends and it was perfect ! SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND LOCAL RESTAURANTS!! The backyard is nice for a home cooked meal and the outdoor shower head is great for a quick sand rinse off. There are plenty of chairs and beach toys in the shed, but if you are chair picky I would recommend bringing your own just because they arent the best but do the job. The grill is charcoal which was super nice to cook dinner on, just be sure to really check the shed for the charcoal bag left by the owner. All of the beds are very comfortable and each room has plenty of storage space. There are some paper towels and trash bags left by the owner, but I would bring a few extra just in case. If you are someone who really likes using the microwave I would bring some paper plates, just because the plates in the cabinets arent recommended for microwave use. There was plenty of cleaning supplies and towels. Would most definitely recommend for a young adults group! We totally look forward to coming back soon!

This home is a Brigantine treasure!!! Perfect in every way. More than enough room for 8 adults with every comfort of home you’d desire. And THE BEST part is..... 1/2 a block to a gorgeous beach!!!!

Cozy getaway
Clean, bright, cozy home close to the beach in a lovely neighborhood! Close to shops and restaurants. The handmade quilts we're a delightful addition to the decor, and Elizabeth made us feel very welcome.

Cute little beach house!
Stayed with four adults for a cousins weekend. Lots of sleeping space. Owners left us a cute note and a bottle of wine in the fridge! Owners provided linens, towels, toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper. Check in was so easy! Overall awesome experience. I would definitely rent here again and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Brigantine. We had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we wanted but we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for an affordable get away
The property isn’t fancy, but it has everything you could need. It’s in a great location. The beach is a half block away and Acme, Aunt B’s ice cream, Ernest & Sons, and Aversas are all close and delicious. Elizabeth is lovely and available for any questions you may have. She even has sheets and towels which a lot of properties do not offer. We completely enjoyed our stay!

It was a great experience,it was my first time going to Atlantic City .It was a nice road trip .The house has parking In front and on the drive way everything was so quit when we got there.The house was so clean .The beds were so comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.The house was beautiful everything looks like new there were deferent games to play with and everything was near by the house,the casino the restaurants,the shopping malls ,the supermarket.We enjoyed everything and we are looking forward to go back again soon.We have nothing to complain about our stay.Thanks for everything.

Great Stay
We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend. You couldn't have asked for a better location. We walked to the beach the moment we got there. It was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved sitting outside on the front porch while breathing in that ocean air. A great stay for all of us! Thank you Elizabeth!

Close to beach was the best quality of house.
House had some repair needs. There were not enough cooking utensils,knives cutting boards, the owner stopped by unannounced and knocked on door to come in and take measurements.

We very much enjoyed staying here.
We had an amazing time. There is so much to do near by. We were lucky and got to enjoy the eclipse viewing at the library and on the beach. We got to see some of the Atlantic City air show from the jetty beach. Went paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, swimming and crabbing. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the docks at the city bay. The beaches are very clean and the locals are friendly unfortunately the flies were not. The house is in a great location and very close to the beach, shops and Aunt B's ice cream (which is definitely worth the wait). We really enjoyed hanging on the front porch after a long day in the sun. Parking was a little scarce but it helped having the the driveway as a backup. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely rent from them again.

Thanks for having us to the YOLO house near the beach! It was clean, bright, quiet and homey. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owner, Elizabeth was in good contact for questions and was extremely helpful and welcoming, a gracious hostess.
