Presenta accoglienti mobili in pelle, camino a gas, una terrazza coperta e una camera da letto principale, una grande TV HD e la connessione WiFi gratuita. Questa è un'unità del terzo piano con soffitti a volta, pianta aperta e molta luce.
La posizione perfetta! In pochi minuti, si può raggiungere a piedi gli impianti di risalita ad alta velocità a Peak 9 o al Main Street per ristoranti, negozi e locali notturni. Non c'è bisogno di andare in giro e cercare parcheggio.
Al livello principale, c'è una camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo con ampia doccia.
Al piano superiore, c'è una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, un soppalco con divano letto e estraibile letto più un mezzo bagno con lavandino e wc. Il piano superiore ha un tetto spiovente, quindi non è il massimo per le persone alte.
La nuovissima piscina e vasca idromassaggio, aperta a dicembre 2018, si trova proprio di fronte al parcheggio dall'appartamento.
Il condominio è ideale per coppie o famiglie. Giochi e video sono inclusi. C'è un armadietto per gli sci e lavanderia gratuita al piano terra.
Completamente rinnovato all'interno e all'esterno con tutti i nuovi cucina e bagno padronale, nuovo tappeto, nuova vernice e nuove TV. Sembra fantastico!

The condo was easy to get to and the location is excellent for accessing Main Street. It’s just a short walk away. The parking is free. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge escaping the summer heat of Denver. The place was really nice, we enjoyed our stay and cooling off in the pool!

Our family made some core memories this weekend, and this condo made it easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean and well-stocked. The Quicksilver lift is less than a 5-minute walk (pro-tip- get there before 9am to avoid long lesson-related lines). The hot tubs were a welcome finish after we had skied our legs off. The smart-TV and fireplace made it easy to snuggle in for evening movies as we wound down. We would happily be come back for our next Breck trip.

This property was well-located for a great, first-time ski-in, ski-out situation, as well as centrally located to walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shopping scene in Breckenridge. It is priced well for what you get and its location. We really enjoyed it.

The condo is in a great location. Once you get your bearings, everything is easy to access on foot. The Quicksilver lift is a short walk (maybe 200 yards), the local shuttle stop is a 2-minute walk, or you can walk into town in 10 minutes.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! The check in process was smooth. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It is in a great location, within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! The pool and hot tub area is right across the parking lot and is nice and updated! I definitely recommend this wonderful Breckenridge condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo and our third or fourth time in the Timbernest complex. The location never disappoints! Easy access to the town and restaurants, hiking trails and mountain biking. The condo is cozy with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The nearby pool and hot tubs are a nice bonus after a full day of physical activity. We will happily stay here again!

The accommodations itself were very comfortable on multiple levels; the condominium was like a home away from home. Our family experienced a wonderful vacation in large part because of this, and most certainly we would enjoy staying there again!

We absolutely LOVED the Timbernest condo. The property is so comfortable and well-appointed for cooking & relaxing. Special bonus was the collection of games & puzzles. We enjoyed being able to walk to ski lifts as well as town for restaraunts & shopping. The condo is not fancy or over-the-top luxury. Instead, we found our stay more like enjoying the comforts of home!

We stayed at Robin’s condo over spring break with our 10 and 12 year old kids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a ski locker on the ground floor for our use and the condo was a short walk to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and to Main Street The unit also had access to a washer and dryer and hot tubs with a locker room across the parking lot.

This property has everything we needed. We were walkable to pick up ski rentals, or get to Quicksilver Chair lift, or to walk to Main Street for dinner. The condo had everything for a family of 5 to enjoy each other or have our own space. Loved it, and hope to be back.

The house was a great base for our group to ski at peak 9. We walked to the slope each day and walked to town for food each night. It was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the hot tub. Awesome!

We had a fantastic time, and the condo was great! The location was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the ski lifts and town, and how cozy the condo was. Even with single digit temperatures, we were always nice and comfortable.
The condo was very well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything! We were able to cook meals with no issues. We even appreciated the spices and condiments that were there already. We left some to add to the supply.
All in all, we loved it! We made many great memories there that we’ll always cherish.

Clean condo with a nice location just a 10 minute walk from the center of town. We had an issue with a leaky pipe (not the owners fault) and the owner was very responsive in getting it taken care of and communicating what was going on. Water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired, but other than that a good experience overall and would stay again.

Property was very nice as advertised. Communication with owner was easy and open. Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Breck. Owner had everything labeled, light switches, tv remote and left a helpful tenet book with instructions. Nice property.

Close to the lift and restaurants! Would recommend a better sleeping experience for the outdoor adventurous ones that play hard and want a comfortable nights sleep!

Great value
Great location near town and near Quicksilver chair. The walk to and from the chair lift took about 10 minutes. We stored our stuff at the lift for $13 a couple of the nights so we didn't have to lug it back and forth. Kitchen was really well stocked as were the rooms, which was a nice surprise. The fans helped with drying out our gear and all the pots, pans and Tupperware made food prep easy. Board games were fun for our family too. Owner was very responsive. We had a great trip!

This was an amazing condo for a family ski trip for my son, husband and I. Walking distance to the quicksilver lift and to town. Very comfortable beds and living room. We will definitely stay here again!
