Il nostro condominio con 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni (Unità 13) si trova nell'edificio Sitzmark al Purgatory Resort e offre comodità in tutte le stagioni. Questo è un vero rifugio per sciare / sciare direttamente alla base di una delle piste preferite del Purgatorio, Lower Hades. Scia fino al six pack ad alta velocità al mattino e scia direttamente a casa tua nel pomeriggio. In primavera, estate e autunno, i percorsi per mountain bike ed escursionismo sono solo l'altro lato della porta d'ingresso. Questa posizione è imbattibile ed è vicina all'area di base dello sciatore, a tutti i ristoranti e negozi e ai servizi principali del principale villaggio di sciatori del Purgatorio.
Il condominio offre molto spazio per più famiglie e dispone di un piano piano aperto. Ci sono un sacco di giochi / puzzle e DVD per il tuo divertimento e il condominio dispone anche di parcheggio presso l'unità, lavatrice e asciugatrice, WIFI e un grill a gas ..

Overall was very good. The only thing is that in the description it did not mention that it was three stories high and some people might find it very difficult to go up and down. Also, it is not really ski-out, as you have to climb walking about 10 meters. The kitchen has everthing, but probably put more pots and pans, as for 8-10 people is somewhat limithe.

We had an amazing time at Purgatory once again! The living room area had upgraded sofas that were not shown on the original photos so that was a nice surprise. The master suite had a bidet. The townhouse is a great ski in/ski out location. Each bathroom had a small care package which we loved. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. VRC was very responsive the entire time.

Great location for our group. We had a few issues but overall great stay. Would definitely return. And would definitely recommend this property for ski in / ski out at Purgatory.

The property was exactly as described. It was a little difficult to get to the trail to ski out. You could Ski in just a bit easier. Overall, it was great place to stay!

The condo was very large and we had plenty of room for 6 adults to relax after a day of on the slopes. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Our only advice to the property manager would be to consider replacing the dishwasher in the unit with a better one and maybe giving all the dishes a deep clean.

This was our first time staying on the mountain in a ski in/ski out. We had 3 families sharing this condo. There was plenty of space and we loved the kitchen/main area. The mud room was especially appreciated being how we didn’t have to track up the house with all our ski gear! It was definitely a ski in right to the door but not a ski out. This still was not a problem being how you just had to make a very short walk on an already packed trail to the ski trail. We definitely liked the fact that there were bathrooms on each level. The only thing we wished we would hv had and didn’t find one was a broom! Very minor!

Only complaint was that We arrived during a snow storm. I would highly recommend 4WD as we were never able to make it up the steep incline to the condo. Even the other family with 4WD took till day 3 to make it up. The ski out was “sporty” day 1 as we had to make our own path to walk as there were 16” of fresh snow, but became easier each day. We found a path to ski in just past the car gate was a blast for the kids...all the way to the back door. The boys had to be pried away from the sleds after skiing hours. Great living room layout for game nights as well. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great spot on the slope
True ski in and out condo right next to the woods and ski area. Well laid out for a big family/friend group. We would definitely stay here again.

Family had a great getaway. Three in our group skied while the rest of us chilled out. The City of Durango offers shopping and some mighty fine restaurants. It was a great overall experience. This condo had three floors. I recommend that the out of shape flatlanders try and exercise before you head to Colorado. Hauling gear to the 3rd floor can leave you breathless. I was looking for an oxygen station on the second floor.

Overall great experience
We had a great time. The house was fabulous. I would only recommend letting your potential clients know that if they want to do any activities at Purgatory they need to reserve early. We got there and could not rent ski equipment or rent snow mobiles. We basically could not do any activities at the resort because everything was booked. Also your potential clients need to know that it’s impossible to drive to the house in a car that is not 4 wheel drive. Even then those vehicles had an extremely difficult time making it to the room. My mother is handicap and we could not make it up to our house. She had to walk far and up a hill to get her there. We had to buy chains for our tires to make it around purgatory. It was very beautiful and the home we stayed at was amazing. Just wish we had other basic information before arriving. This was our first time doing a trip to Colorado.

Great place for dogs but 3 flights of stairs
We rented this property because we have dogs. It was great to have the back running area for them in the snow. But at 60, three flights of stairs was too much. The property is clean and has a great view.

A very nice place to stay with great views.
We enjoyed our stay, however we had a problem with the refrigerator not working. We had made our food in advance and the ice we brought melted in the freezer over night. I contacted the property management and they brought 2 ice chests with 6 bags of ice. This was good for one day but it all melted quickly. I advised management we would be leaving a day early because of the food situation and not enough ice left to keep the food cold. They were very responsive and issued us a credit for the inconvenience. This is a great place to stay and I'm sure it would have been an even better experience with a working refrigerator, however they came through with compensation for our loss of food and the inconvenience. Much appreciated!

Nice rental
Extremely nice family room—nice view. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Towels were great quality, and there were fans for each bedroom, which we needed due to no AC. Management was accessible easily and responded to service calls quickly. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Negatives: the exterior of the units needs updating, and unfortunately this is the first thing that you notice driving into the rental. The carpets need to be replaced.
Overall, worth what we paid and would stay there again.

This place is amazing....
This place is perfect for a group of friends. Everyone had there own floor to sleep on with bathroom. The main floor has amazing view of the mountains that we enjoyed with every meal.

Beautiful views from the uppermost level where there is a spacious family room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, and nice, big kitchen. The decor is a bit outdated but perfect for families with kids and dogs. Convenient ski in/ski out access and area out back for kids and dogs to play.

Family/friend ski trip
We stayed here with 4 adults and 6 kids and had a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! Perfect place to ski and relax I highly recommend it. They also had plenty of extra blankets!

Great time!
The condo was great. The only thing we were disappointed in was it was listed as a ski in ski out but there was still a hike up the hill to a run in the morning and then a hike back down when going in. We were expecting to be able to just step out the door and go. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Great place, already want to go back!
The stairs were definitely a workout, but the layout was great for everyone to have their privacy. Was very clean, except when we dropped a game piece under the sofa, hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Owner was amazing at responding to our inquiries. Will definitely go back in the winter!

Lots of room, excellent living space and well stocked beautiful kitchen!!! Ideal location for exploring the area! Views are incredible! Would stay there again for sure!
