Amazing Ocean Views & Sunsets, 2 Pools
Ai nostri vacanzieri piace stare con noi! Questo è uno dei pochi condomini con tre camere da letto in Flaming Towers, un complesso residenziale di lusso situato sopra Flamingo che offre splendide viste sull'oceano e tramonti. Dalla zona giorno principale, dall'ampio balcone e dalla camera da letto principale, si possono vedere tramonti spettacolari, isole esotiche e onde che si infrangono su ben cinque spiagge. Queste viste ti toglieranno il respiro!
La cucina di questo condominio è dotata di un bar per la colazione, piano cottura con forno, lavastoviglie, ripiani in granito e tutti i comfort necessari per godersi la vacanza. La cucina si apre meravigliosamente nella zona giorno principale. Splendide porte scorrevoli a tutta lunghezza in vetro si aprono per rivelare l'ampio balcone, completo di tavolo da pranzo e splendide sedie e sdraio.
La camera matrimoniale è inoltre accessibile dall'ampio balcone tramite porte scorrevoli in vetro e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una cabina armadio e una fantastica vista sull'oceano. Goditi la colazione a letto mentre guardi l'Oceano Pacifico e le viste della natura circostante tutto intorno! Il bagno principale en-suite ha una combinazione di vasca e doccia.
La seconda camera è dotata di un letto matrimoniale e ampi armadi per tutti i bagagli che si possono avere, nonché due letti singoli nella terza camera da letto con il loro spazio di archiviazione adeguato.
Lo sviluppo di Flamingo Towers offre due grandi e belle piscine, docce esterne, giardini paesaggistici, sicurezza 24 ore su 24 con guardie sul posto, un garage coperto con un posto auto per unità e due ascensori perfettamente funzionanti. Pro - beautiful condo and view. Well maintained.Con - Must have a car to get to and from restaurants, beach, etc. Not walkable to anything. Would be dangerous because of the road. Golf cart cannot navigate the rough, steep road.Krain did not provide the entry code prior to arrival even after emails each day for 4 days prior to arrival. Had to call a number that the security guard had. Bad management.

Beautiful condo and view. Very clean and felt safe.
Must have a car to get to and from everything. Road is not walkable and golf cart cannot navigate the rough steep road. Management company did not provide the code to the condo and would have had to sleep on the street if the security guard had not had a list of numbers. Any number on the confirmation went to VM. Scary!

Lovely property and location in Playa Flamingo. Enjoyed the pool and beautiful sunsets each evening. Condo sleeps 6, however, is missing some essentials (only 4 plates, 1 wine glass, 2 teaspoons, 2 beach towels). there are 4 chairs on the deck you can take with you to the beach however one was broken when we took it out of the bag (we replaced it as there were 4 of us staying). Contacted property manager when we arrived to ask how to open the safe so we could use it during our stay - we never received a response. Contacted the property manager during our stay as the washing machine overflowed all over the floor - didn't hear back until the next day by which point the on site property Manager and team (who were absolutely fantastic) immediately came and assisted. It appears if you do not book tours etc with Krain Property Management they have no time for you.

We walked through the door and couldn’t believe our eyes, the views were absolutely stunning! The property is very clean and well maintained. We tried to make coffee unfortunately, the coffee pot didn’t work. By afternoon we had a replacement. Property manager was very helpful in meeting all of our needs,…setting up our excursion, questions, etc. We definitely will consider returning in the future! Pura Vida!!!!!

Fantastic Stay! Everything just as described!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The condo was clean and quiet. Everything was just as described and the view is just as beautiful as the pictures.
Upon arrival the condo was clean and cool. Check-in was a breeze with an easy email with the code for the lockbox. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was small but serviceable.
The only thing I wish I had known was that it's not an easy walk to any of the local stores or restaurants from the condo. Count on having and using a car to get around if you're not a fan of long walks uphill on a dirt road. In the bigger picture this isn't a deal breaker but it's good to plan ahead.

Great Ocean Views!
We were first time visitors to Costa Rica, and we were very excited for this trip. Our whole family agrees we were not disappointed with our stay, and truly exceeded our expectations. The views that you get from this large balcony is absolutely amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony when it came time for the sunset each night. The kids enjoyed some really fun tours that the property manager Krain helped set up. For this unit however, we do recommend renting a car out as it is up a hill but the views are definitely worth it. It's not too bad to walk down, but the walk up is not too enjoyable. The condo is very well maintained, super clean and felt like we had been the first vacationers trying out the home. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this unit to anybody.

Fantastic Views!
If there is one thing I can say about this Condo is that it has incredible sunset and ocean views. The balcony has lounge chairs where you can sit back with some wine and really relax after walking on the beach. I do recommend to have a car for this unit as it is up a hill, but the unit has a parking garage with designated parking. The unit itself is very clean and well maintained, and Krain did a wonderful job with setting my husband and I on some great tours. We really recommend the sunset cruise, it was absolutely lovely. This is a really great unit for a fun relaxing vacation. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Sunsets!
Really enjoyed staying at this unit. The Condo was absolutely stunning. The balcony is super spacious, and great for enjoying the sunsets and great ocean views. I really liked that the unit had designated parking under the garage. I would recommend this unit to anybody that wants to come take a trip with the family or even a couple's get away. The property management team Krain was super helpful and very welcoming. We are looking forward to our next trip out to this amazing unit!
