Our host,Kylie, communicated well, greeted us in person, and even replaced the propane tank on the bbq unit!
The property is well outfitted with everything we needed. The nearby private beach was a delight for the young ones in our group!

We wanted the activities of South Shore, but not the atmosphere. We were “just around the corner” from all that, but in a quiet and restful spot when we were “home”. Neighbors are very close, but except for a barking dog one night and some construction noises

Very great location. The beach is a 5-10 min walk away. There is a hot tub on the property itself. The place is central to many parts of South lake Tahoe.

Aside from the home itself, cannot speak highly enough of Kylie, our host, who resided nearby. As no one was in the prior day, she granted us an early check-in as a big winter storm was approaching. She was there clearing snow before, during and after as well! Home was cozy, clean and had everything you need and then some. And CATV too which is becoming more of a rarity these days as more owners cut cords for renters streaming services. Bedding was great, kitchen awesome, and a very large dining area that doubled as my work station. Gated community, pleasant walks on snowy roads inside the gates, superb, and a terrific hot tub on the back deck. A Safeway less than a mile away. Stateline maybe 3 miles away if that's your go to spot. US 50 will get you to Carson City in about 20-25 minutes where there is a Costco at the first signal there, gas about $1.50 cheaper a gallon than the Lake.

This quiet and cozy house was the perfect place for our family. It had everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen accessories. Kylie was very friendly and helpful. The private beach has a deck with seating and a grill and is only a short walk away through the gated community. There’s also a private car entrance if needed. My family and I enjoyed every minute. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for our ski trip o Heavenly. The kitchen is well stocked and the neighborhood was really nice. There's a nice walk down to Lake Tahoe in the neighborhood with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again.

It was my birthday weekend with family up in Tahoe.
We had a great time at this house. We loved the kitchen, fully equipped. Kids had a lot of fun. House is huge and roomy. Host is on top of everything; is very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely return this summer since there is private access to beach etc.

We really enjoyed staying and celebrating New Year at this cozy little cabin. The location is perfect and the community has its own private beach within a short walking distance. We were lucky enough to get a lot of snow so the kids had a blast playing outside. The cabin is perfect for two families with kids or three single couples. Kylie was super responsive and caring. She came multiple times to clear the snow and to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back in the near future!

This was a nice house in an excellent location. It is a great neighborhood with a very short walk to a nice private beach. It is also next to a great beach on the right side that is a very short drive with rentals available. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Highly recommend!!

Best place to stay on the lake.
What a great place to stay in Tahoe!! Kylie was amazing and check in was a breeze! Beautiful cabin in a quiet gated community with its own private beach. Close to the grocery store and the village. It was just perfect!! Definitely booking this place for next year.

Family Getaway
We had a great stay in Elk Point. Our boys are grown (20 and 22) and out of our house now so it was such fun to all be under the same roof again! The location was amazing and daily walks down to the beach were wonderful. The setup of the bedrooms was perfect for the 6 of us. Our oldest brought his girlfriend and our younger son brought a buddy along. The only thing missing was a comfy outdoor patio sofa or somewhere that I could curl up and read a book from the quaint back yard. Kylie was amazing and responded quickly to the couple of texts we sent. She lives in the neighborhood and was a great resource! We'd definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Pictures Don't Do it Justice
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The proximity to the private beach was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked and it was quite comfortable. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if there had been a king-sized bed. We were very happy with the layout - especially the dining area. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway
It was clean, as described and in a great location. Well stocked for families. The only downside was the internet went down for 1/2 a day, but that was beyond the control of the owner.

Awesome house and location
We had a wonderful time. The house is even better than the pictures. It is very convenient to Heavenly and S. Lake Tahoe (10-12 min) but far enough away to be out of the congestion. Nice short walk to the Lake. Kylie was great and addressed any requests we had immediately. She even came over on Thanksgiving morning to solve a small issue. Can't wait to go back!

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay in Zephyr Cove very much. The house is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe and the beach is just the icing on the cake! Kylie is lovely and very respectful of your privacy. She is very prompt to respond to questions and concerns. Overall, I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and relax in a beautiful peaceful setting.
