Sunrise Ski Haus was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The house is beautifully designed, with well thought out common areas both inside and out. We appreciated how clean everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was. Each of our kids cooked one night, and they found everything they needed. We hiked most mornings, visited local towns in the afternoon and spent evenings at the house. While there, we played games at the large dining table, soaked in the hot tub and made s'mores on the gas fire pit. We were able to walk into town and we caught the gold line shuttle just around the corner from the house. It was also easy to walk to the mid mountain gondola stop. The management company was very responsive and came almost immediately to fix a minor issue with the grill. This was one of the nicest homes we've rented and we would love to return one day. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends had the best vacation at the house. We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, the layout was excellent, and we liked being in the mountains. It was in the perfect location too-easy to get to the downtown area and close to the gondola. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice-we had enough room for the 8 of us. And the open concept of the kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We enjoyed our dinners in every night because the view was amazing! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again! The neighborhood was charming:)

We took family from out of town to Breckenridge for a couple of days and they loved the house and the town.
We ended up ordering food in one night because everyone was enjoying the house so much and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen the other night.
The location of the property is excellent and close to town but also secluded enough relax.
Highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing weekend getaway
We recently stayed here as a group of women all in our 30s for a fun weekend getaway. The house had plenty of space for all 7 of us (with room to spare!) and we had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, lounging in the multiple living areas, and cooking in the kitchen.

"Heaven" in the Mountains
This was an amazing property. So well thought out and beautiful to boot! We had views of Breck as well as being only a mile from the Peak 8 lifts. It was perfect for our two families to spend some quality time together. The sporty ones enjoyed skiing and boarding and the not-so-sporty ones had easy access to the village to enjoy - the best of both worlds - and there was always the hot tub to bring us all together. We couldn't ask for more!

The interior is beautifully furnished. The kitchen spacious with plenty of room for several cooks at one time. Seeing the mountains across the valley was heavenly. The house is clean…we had no problems or complaints.

Breckenridge Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed in Breck at this lovely home for a long weekend with two other couples. The house has a great location in Breckenridge - close to grocery store, Main St, hiking, etc. Great big open kitchen / living area where we could all hang out while we cooked dinner. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the fire pit. House has all the amenities that you should need!

Great location
Stayed during June with a heat wave for the mountains. So house was hot even with fans & windows open. Great location between Peak 8 & town center activities. Having 2 master suites was great, & the kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was stocked well with plenty of plates, bowls, cups for all 10 of us. The hot tub was definitely an added bonus at night. Check in & out was breeze, couldn’t be any easier. And management company was very responsive to any issues we had: dryer had an alert on it “check dryer vent” never could figure out how to correct. So we texted them & we’re very responsive.

Stunning!
Our family of 6 adults stayed at this beautiful home for a week! It is JUST like the stunning photos. The mountain views while having morning coffee or happy hour drinks are amazing. Incredible kitchen, super comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and all the other necessities (laundry, etc) made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was PERFECT - whether it's to downtown Breck or up to the gondola and complete with very close trails to walk, mountain bike, or run. We would totally stay here again!!

Amazing stay!
A few friends and I stayed over the weekend in the early summertime and we had an incredible stay. The house is just as nice in person as it appears in the pictures, and it easily accommodated our group. The hot tub, fire pit, and ski chairs in the backyard were an incredible touch. Would highly recommend!
