Newer Townhouse in a Quiet and Convenient Location
Questa residenza dispone di cucina e bagni più recenti. Ci sono nuovi pavimenti in legno (senza moquette puzzolente)! La casa di città è arretrata da Winslow Street con un vialetto di 120 piedi ed è quindi incredibilmente tranquilla e privata. .

Davanti alla casa c'è un grande ponte con un grande tavolo e sei sedie e un barbecue a gas. Nella parte posteriore della casa è un'altra area privata che è l'ideale per essere soli o divertenti. Nice, cozy condo located in a quiet neighborhood, close walk to town center. We enjoyed our stay, Glenn provided both early check-in and later check-out times of which we didn't take advantage of.

The property is just what we needed for our trip within walking and biking distance to the main city center. Glenn was great at communicating, and it was wonderful to be able to drop our luggage off before check in. I would certainly stay here again.

Positives:
-laundry was nice
-fridge was clean upon entering
-things like countertop appliances, laundry soap, dish soap, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, etc., were thoughtful and useful
-excellent size for 3-4 people on vacation (two couples max)
-quiet at night
-conveniently located to grocery store and especially to downtown area
-parking was accessible and safe, no issues with other residents’ vehicles
Negatives:
-bedroom door for one of the bedrooms wouldn't close (possibly misaligned or needs to be sanded)
-bedroom end tables and wardrobes had a musty smell
-closet doors aren’t aligned in one of the bedrooms
-safety bar in shower isn’t properly secured, loose and slides around
-towel bars and toilet paper holders need to be re-installed (most of them were crooked)
-ceiling above the shower needs to be sprayed (maybe mold) and repainted
-tiles in upstairs bathroom floor and kitchen counter top looked gringy
-dining room table and stair railing are painted and have a sticky finish, flaky and cracked
-only one consistently working remote for the AC units (maybe needed new batteries)
-Roku control stopped working (maybe needed new batteries)
-outdoor furniture should be power washed and cushions should be washed

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was the perfect distance to be able to walk with small kids into town for food and activities but also super close/walkable to the grocery store and a very short drive to the beaches.
The TV downstairs with Roku was a huge asset the day that it rained and being able to make breakfast and packed lunches in the fully furnished kitchen was perfect.
If we come back again we will be booking here for sure!

This place has an excellent location in PTown. You can walk to town center in about 5-7 minutes but a decent distance so you can sleep at night. It is great that it is two floors and has own washer and dryer. Glen was fantastic to coordinate with.

The townhouse/condo was in a great loaction for all things in the area. A short walk to commercial street and geeat places to eat, and a short drive ro Hering cove beach. Apologies if we left a random kids block or lego.

We really enjoyed staying at Glenn's place. A really great location near the middle of town but just far enough away that it is super quiet.
Glen was easy to reach and communicate with during our stay. The condo has everything that you need. The beds were super comfy and the washer and dryer are a huge plus for me.
We would stay here again and recommend it to other guests.

Great stay in Ptown
Glenn was an excellent host, we loved staying In this condo. The house was very clean when we arrived, even the fridge and pantry were totally cleared out, so plenty of room for all the food we packed. A short 6 or 7 minute walk to commercial street and very quiet at night if you want to get away from the crowd. Great communication with the host and the neighbors were also very friendly! Will stay again! Thanks Glenn!

Quick off season getaway
Easy to rent, great value and great response from host Glen. Very close to all amenities in a favorite location. One small turnoff... cleaning crew should pay attention to smaller details like cobwebs (they were there for a while :) ). Would still rent again.

Last Resort Option
Home is worn and needs updating - Rusty dishwasher, tile in kitchen counter and bathroom floors work and look unclean, shower tub surround poorly installed and cheap, was asked by the PM to wash the bath mat that was wet, bath towels were cheap material, crumbs under couch seat cushions. Would have been nice if the PM was there to walk thru rather than being on a boat w friends.

Nice renovated place, walking distance to town attractions, and a quick easy drive to the beaches.
Good communication with the host; property was as described - very nice place, recently renovated and in good location, and with nice efficient layout.

Mostly as advertised. Outdoor space was not clean, but the condo inside was tidy. Property manager/owner was very responsive and communicative.

Autumn get a way to the Cape
Excellent Town Home with ample space with every amenity. Close to the beach, restaurants and Provincetown's Commercial Street. Will definitely stay here again.

Great townhouse within walking distance to Commercial!
Very impressed with the overall communication and booking process for this lovely townhouse. Especially thankful to Glenn for accommodating such a last minute request! I was looking for something within walking distance of Commercial Street, but far enough that I could avoid a lot of the foot traffic and noise. This was the perfect option, as it's between a quarter to a half mile away. No noise at all and incredibly peaceful at night. Great kitchen which was fully stocked with equipment. Details for the check-in and check-out process, as well as the wi-fi, were all communicated before arrival and very easy to follow. Will definitely be adding this townhouse to my list for future visits!

Comfortable Condo in Quiet Location
Overall the place was great. Manageable walk to town, easy trip to grocery and beach. The condo is comfortable, AC works great, has WiFi and tv for those with kids that rather be inside than at the beach. Condo had bare necessities for cooking and linens. If you plan to do much cooking you might want to bring your favorite portable cooking implements. Wouldn’t really be able to do your own lobster either. There is a dishwasher but no dish drain if you hand wash anything. We spent time on the deck but the back area wasn’t really usable. Glen was very responsive when we reached out with questions/concerns.

Perfect location
Loved this unit! Location is perfect to walk into town and at most 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches (Race Point and Herring Cove)! The unit has everything you need and the a/c works great after a long, hot day at the beach!

Definitely would stay here again
I wish I knew about this place in the past. So clean. Owner is very responsive and so accommodating. The place had a nice cozy feel to it as if you were in your own home. Perfect location where you’re close to town to walk and just far away enough where it’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I think my GF and I just found our new go to place for ptown for the future. Thank you, Glenn, we had a beautiful relaxing weekend 😊

Spacious and quiet
A short walk to "town" and plenty of closet and storage space.
Super nice picture window and sliding glass doors give it a very bright and airy feeling. It feels even more spacious in person than the pictures give it credit for, there are plenty of spaces to hang out. Check-in was super easy and there was "stuff" - dish and laundry detergent, random pantry staples and some basics in the fridge. I would definitely stay here again :)

Hidden Gem
Great location. Close to the centre of Ptown. Air conditioner worked very well. Owner was helpful, cooperative and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Provincetown Birthday Fun
This property is in a perfect condo location right near the Pilgrim Monument. It is within walking distance to Commercial Street in a very safe neighborhood. There is a beautiful deck for relaxing and watching sunsets. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Cute place! Clean and had everything we needed for the 4 of us. Great centralized location too! Glenn was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here or at another one of Glenn's homes again!

Amazing rental! Great Location!!
This townhouse is in a great location, short walk to Commercial Street. Glen was very welcoming and kind, made us feel right at home The rental has all the amenities needed. Great deck, with BBQ and patio set. Bedrooms are a perfect size for 4 people. The unit was clean, nice having two bedrooms.
I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great place, great owner!
Glen was very responsive and attentive from the very beginning. He checked in prior to our arrival and accommodated our fluctuating schedule. He was always quick to respond to my tons of questions from the group (i.e. is there a regular coffee maker or a Kuerig). He checked in to makes sure we were happy along the way which I thought was a nice touch. There were four of us staying for the week and was the condo was perfect size. Loved having the deck for enjoying morning coffee. The bedrooms were a good size and having 1.5 bathrooms was great as many other rentals only had 1 bathrooms when there were 2 bedrooms. The condo was clean and ready to go when we got there. This was a great location as it’s a quick walk to Commercial St and Shank Painter Rd. One of the best parts was just having to empty the trash at checkout. That made life so much simpler when you’re trying to beat the crowd getting out of Ptown. Trying to pack AND clean up can seem easy...until you have to do it with 3 other people running around. I was nervous about my first HomeAway experience, but working wit Glen definitely eased the jitters. I’m looking forward to next year!

Summer Stay
We loved this townhome within walking distance of downtown Provincetown. The area was quiet, the neighbors friendly and the owner more than accommodating. The home is spacious and includes a deck for eating alfresco.
