I stayed at this condo. It’s a lovely location on the Harbor and near one of my favorite restaurants- Ichabod’s, but if you want a good sleep, pick another spot. The bed is extremely hard, the air mattress deflates and the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom tub drain needs a good clean out as water ends up above your ankles when showering. There was no screen on the sliding door so if you wanted to leave it open, you dealt with bugs. The windows could not easily be opened as they were newer and had “childproof” mechanisms so if you have arthritis, forget about that. It really was a shame there were these issues because the property is a cute spot! Hope they read these comments and make some changes.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ability to bring our fur baby. Was a lovely condo with a wonderful location and would definitely love to stay there again. Owners and management were so easy to communicate with. And now we can say we experienced a hurricane.

Air conditioning could not keep the unit below 80 degrees at one point at 3AM we found the thermostat on 85. Very disappointed. This was our second stay at this complex with the same issues in two different units

Property owner very easy to work with.

We’re a retired couple looking to move to Florida.. The unit is very sufficient, but needs a little TLC. Carpets could use replacing, kitchen table wobbles and outdoor table needs replacing. This constructive criticism was left with manager. If those things were corrected we would give 5 stars!

This place was perfect for my needs. Close to downtown walking distance from most locations I wanted to visit. A great walk by the harbour in the morning to get me moving..

This property met our expectations for a winter getaway. It's a ground floor unit that ideally looks out onto the yacht harbor and park, adjacent to Historic Downtown Melbourne (shops, restaurants & services) and is a short 1.5 mi drive across the causeway to beach communities. The causeway offered a spectacular setting for daily early morning walks (3-4 mile loop) with sunrise views of dolphins, diving pelicans and other fish & birds. There is a manatee cove steps away. Take our advice and drive 9 min north to Paradise Beach to enjoy the sunny Atlantic (there's a great food truck offering Philly Cheese Steaks permanently on site). The unit is well appointed in every basic respect. We spent seven weeks and got to know it well. Three on vacation. Four remote working. We made it home away for us as a couple traveling. We cooked in three or four nights a week shopping at a well run and stocked Publix near the beach. There are laundry machines in the complex yet we took ours to a same day laundry service near Publix. The internet and cable work well supporting many video calls. We brought our Chromecast to instantly access all our streaming services and playlists. An internet outage was handled within one day by Spectrum. Air conditioning and heat are in good working order. Lights and ceiling fans operate. Water pressure is good and hot water supply is generous. Given our length of stay we drove down. There is ample parking. We brought our own bedding, pillows, bath towels (though they are on offer); as well as our own beach gear. There is an unheated pool which we didn't and it seems is rarely used. The condo complex was well occupied and we found no noise coming from friendly neighbors. There is the persistent sound of unmuffled vehicles traveling on US highway 1 and the audible horns from the Florida East Coast Railroad freight line which are adjacent. We are not light sleepers so it wasn't a concern. A large ABC wine & liquors and one of the most efficient Starbucks you've ever been to are nearby in Indiatlantic. Melbourne's restaurants offer a variety of cuisines at all price points many with outdoor seating. (Don't miss Drew's Brews and Grill or El Ambia Cubano just a stroll under Highway 1). Our special occasion pick is Oak & Ember (signature steakhouse board experience). All in, given the rate we enjoyed, this is a rare find. We'd recommend Cheryl M's place in Melbourne.

A great place to watch the sunrise over the harbor while the pelicans are diving for their breakfast Close and convenient to restaurants and shops.

nice neighborhood and surroundings.condo a little dated but was clean.sofa bed not really a pleasure for sleeping and sagged in the middle but air mattress was available .Hot water valve in tub/shower was worn out and didnt work right to sustain hot water as all complained and had trouble.fridge on the small side and had surface rust on side.All in all not a bad little place for the money compared to places with totally updated amenitieswhich cost far more

Management was terrific. Nice condo. Great price. Short drive to beach, Cocoa beach and Vera Beach. Right by marina and downtown. Great view out living room window.

Stayed here all summer, location was great. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay.

The overall experience was great and I would rent again. If I had to suggest any improvement it might need a little renovation. When you first walk in the condo, there is a musty odor. After being in for awhile, you don't notice it.

The property is in a great location with easy access to the beaches and within walking distance to eateries and shopping. One issue encountered with nonworking air conditioner which was resolved rather quickly

Very nice Florida-feeling condo very close to the Indian River Lagoon and 5 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property is on the ground floor so it is easily accessible. It is a great value for the money. Would definitely rent it again for future visits.

The condo I stayed in was just lovely, in fact bigger and more modern than my apartment in New York so this was really a treat for me!! The condo was ready with everything I needed upon my arrival. I liked that it was centrally located to restaurants in town and stores to pick up necessities. Though Cheryl was not available, she left an agent in charge who was very nice & easy to communicate with. I felt right at home as the condo had a cozy feel to it with comfortable furniture. There was even a clothes drying rack that came in handy for me since this was my second week in Florida & I needed to do laundry. I enjoy seeing a view of water so being steps away from the harbor was a relaxing view to look at every morning. Will return to Melbourne since I'm planning to relocate there, so I'm looking forward to another great experience in Florida.

Great location! We dropped our son off at FIT and wanted a place to stay that was close by. It was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, live music and yoga. Pool was a nice addition and there was never anyone there so we had it to ourselves. Condo was a little bit dated but was fine for our needs!

I loved the location. Felt like the pool was our private pool not a lot of people there. Laundry facility has 1 washer and 2 dryers coin operated $1.75 each i believe it was... and that was up on the 2nd floor. Has an elevator to get up there so not a problem, tv in the bedroom was a little small. But overall was perfect for us! We were not there much we spent more time out and about. It was great location and what we needed. Thank you for letting us stay!

The location was within walking distance to restaurants and a wide variety of shops. The view of the harbor was fascinating .

We enjoyed our stay as always... beautiful area.. friendly people...was a had a relaxing, enjoyable time. We will definitely be back to Melbourne, Florida.

Cheryl’s condo is quaint & well appointed. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. It is conveniently located and you can get to Beach, city or Old Town. Old Town is great for eateries & bistros.

We stayed for 6 days in April and was very happy with the apartment/condo. It was well furnished, clean and they allowed us to bring our little 3 pound Yorkshire Terrier. Only downfall (not the owners fault) was they were roofing the building while we were there and as careful as we were with our vehicle...we still got a nail in the tire and had to get it repaired. Other than that...we had a wonderful time and would stay again. We usually stay at a condo on the beach but this was a short trip with short notice and we were pleasantly surprised! We would rent again!

Nice condo for a base while visiting family. Everything you need for a multi day stay.

This condo was convenient to beach two min across causeway directly at the end of the road. Behind beach was my daughters Starbucks and my sons cold stone ice cream (perfect) Wendy’s is also directly behind beach. Condo was clean with everything you need, even scissors or screw driver for example. Shops and bars in walking distance. Only complaint would be the train that runs through town at all hrs of the night but for the price I suggest wearing earplugs and go explore Melbourne beaches, nightlife, and my favorite restraunt bonefish Willy with the best patio water view where you can often see dolphins while dinning,take an airboat ride or boat ride to visit a family of dolphins swimming that will swim right beside your boat. Your money can go much further when not renting condo right on the beach.
