We loved that there was so much room to spread out and relax. My adult son enjoyed having his own space downstairs with his own TV space. We, older folks, enjoyed the peace and quiet upstairs. The views were beautiful and we spent many hours on the back screened porch enjoying them while eating or playing cards. The remodeled kitchen was beautiful with everything you needed to cook your own meals. We loved every minute and would return to enjoy this place again.

Perfect for Clemson graduation
This was a great house. The owner was very helpful. It was much more spacious than I thought from the online description. It’s basically two separate apartments which my young adult son loved. It was very easy for my elderly parents to maneuver. It’s on a great spot on the lake in a quiet Cove. I was worried that it would be too far from Clemson but it really was easy to get there. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing I can imagine some people wouldn’t like is that the decor is dated. It’s a Lakehouse… We loved it. We don’t want to stay someplace super fancy when we are just hanging out at the lake.

The house is pretty beat up. No toilet paper or basic supplies were included. Great location and would rent again if repairs were done. TV’s were very old and some did not work.

Lake front position and natural setting was very beautiful.
The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Large home with a lots of space. The screen in back porch in front of the lake we very nice.
The only thing that could make it better would be to have some toys for the lake (flotation devices) and a gas barbeque.
The communication with the owner was excellent making us comfortable upon arrival and departure.

Water was perfect! Don’t need a boat at this property, I enjoyed floating out from the dock - concrete steps beside dock to a sandy bottom first few feet from steps. Sons enjoyed a little fishing & caught nice size catfish from dock. Check-in easy. Owner provided detailed instructions before check-in & was very responsive. House is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked; lay out was perfect for adult children to stay up late without keeping rest of house up. Lake Keowee
The house was perfect for our family. The driveway and yard were a bit steeper than we anticipated, but it was easy to put in/take out our boat even with a 2wd truck. It's quiet with minimal boat traffic, and the water is crystal clear and at a perfect temperature. The awesome screened in back porch is where we spent most of our time. The house has everything you need, although there is only one icemaker and it doesn't produce alot of ice.

This house was perfect! Our group was very pleased with the location, boat dock and ramp located on the property. The house was stocked with towels, blankets, pillows and every kitchen tool needed to cook and even a charcoal grill! The kids had their own private space downstairs and the house was very clean! We plan to stay again next year! Stan, the property manager was very kind and answered any questions we had! Loved everything about the stay!

Lake time
This is our second stay here and we have enjoyed it both times. The house is perfect with a big kitchen, big bedrooms and a downstairs! The boat dock has a wonderful top to it to protect our boat while we there from sun/rain and the boat ramp is a major plus! Thank you for allowing us back for rest & relaxation!

Fantastic stay!
What a fantastic experience for our daughter's graduation! This was our first stay at this property. The owner was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. The house was located at the end of a quiet street with a wonderful view of the lake. We enjoyed the great screened in porch to relax and take in the sounds of nature. The property was very well maintained and had more than enough space for all of us. The downstairs has a separate living area which is wonderful for 2 families or teenagers so they have their privacy. Although we did not use the boat ramp, as boaters we did check it out. It is in great shape and would be an ideal location for launching a boat so you would not need a busy marina. I would definitely stay here again!!

So relaxing!
We just came home from the most peaceful vacation we have had in years! This house met our needs perfectly and the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is spacious. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the screened porch each morning. The boat ramp made things so easy for us. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away and relax. The owner is very prompt in responding to emails, etc. We loved this place!

THE PRIVATE BOAT RAMP AND DOCK WAS SO NICE, NOT HAVING TO LAUNCH THE BOAT EVERY DAY. THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT, ESPECIALLY THE UPPER SCREENED IN PORCH. I STAYED JUNE 2014, AND IF I EVER COME BACK, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ME. SOOOO RELAXING. CAME FROM LOUISVILLE, KY TO SEE AN OLD ARMY BUDDY.

Best Family Vacation!
We loved our week at this Lake House! We enjoyed boating, swimming, cycling, fishing, and especially quality family time on the screened-in porch. The owner was very helpful and easily reached. The home was so well stocked with everything you would need for a week's stay. Having our own private drive to launch and dock our

Let me begin by saying that I NEVER write reviews....but I was inspired by this property. Yes, it may not be the fanciest house on the lake, but it has everything that you would need. It is an older house, but we all loved the nostalgic feel of the place. It was very clean, the bed linens and towels were great, and the owner was AWESOME! He was very accommodating and helpful! The boat ramp made it so easy to unload and load the boat, and the dock was very nice! It has a beautiful view of the lake. Great lake front property!!!

Relaxing and peaceful
Perfect for my boating and fishing husband, me and our 3 children for 5 days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Screened in back deck is wonderful for just taking in the beauty and peace of the lake. We felt at home immediately even though it was our first time staying there. The house has absolutely everything you need, but should you need an Ingles there is one about 15 minutes away. Owner was wonderful to work with especially for our last minute inquiry. Our own personal boat ramp and dock were great because you didn't have the "hurry up" thoughts going through your mind as you would at a public boat ramp. We will love to come back to this house again soon. It was the most relaxing vacation I have had since having kids (over 13 years ago)!

This is a great home, clean, and with all the amenities you would need for either a few days or a whole week. From beautiful, peaceful mornings (having coffee on the upper deck overlooking the quiet lake) to floating around the dock, to going full-blown tubing and boating - there's something for everyone here! I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great place to stay!
We just got back from a wonderful weekend at this house. There were three couples, and plenty of room and privacy, as well as nice common areas. The house is not one of the multi-million dollar mansions found on this lake; rather it is a simple, comfortable, easy-going place that feels like home.
The boat ramp was a big plus, because we could put our boat in at the house, not across the lake somewhere. And we gassed it up just down the creek from the house.
You will love the big screened porch overlooking the turquoise water, and the kitchen table was great for meals, games, or having conversations.
The owner was great to work with, and the pictures do not do the house justice.
If you want a comfortable, clean, well-equiped place that feels like home, but is on a beautiful lake, this is the place for you.
