Il Maui Kamaole è un lussuoso complesso basso in stile residenza su 23 acri tropicali situato su una collina che domina l'oceano. La struttura dispone di due splendide piscine. La piscina più vicina alla nostra unità si trova in un giardino tropicale con una cascata e ha una vasca idromassaggio / spa con fondo di sabbia adiacente. La struttura dispone di numerosi barbecue Weber ben tenuti, campi da tennis e meravigliose viste sull'oceano.

Fantastic stay! It was a huge bonus that they beach gear - towels, snorkels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler. Saved us a ton of money not having to rent or buy it.

We really enjoyed our vacation and the townhouse for 6 ppl was very convenient. The unit had nice extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and sand toys. The upper pool area is simply stunning with amazing landscaping, we spent a lot of afternoons there.
Great washer/dryer! Great stay. (Recommend replacing the sofabed, though)

February 2024. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The two youngest kids (6 and 10) slept on some futons that they had available which was better than having them on a pull out couch and they were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies as well as some pantry items that people had left behind (condiments, salt, etc). We also really appreciated the beach toys, chairs, boogie board and snorkel gear that were available to use. The grounds are really nice as well as the pool area. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad (maybe 6-10 min depending on which beach). Kihei is very walker-friendly. This location worked well for us to access all the different places we wanted to see.
I appreciated that this place was a little less pricey than other condos in the same area and I felt like it is a great value if you don’t expect upscale. The photos did make this place look dark but I didn’t really notice this as an issue once I was there. The back patio/lanai is really nice and big with an option for shade. This place was clean and well-maintained although we did have a bit of trouble with bugs near the end of our stay because we had brought a lot of food and there wasn’t much cabinet space to store it all. I think that is just real life in a tropical place :). Washer and dryer HUGE plus!

We came to Hawaii for the first time and were happy to walk into our spacious condo. We arrived very late but were delighted to find a helpful staff on golf cart to show us to our condo. Unfortunately we weren’t in the system yet but he allowed us to proceed. When I turned on the lights in the kitchen I was greeted by many black bugs all over the counter - I learned that these are cockroaches. These are common in Hawaii but still a bit terrifying. There is definitely an issue with these critters in this condo. There were many traps all around and I got good at catching them. Perhaps having a sealed garbage can would help? Condo wasn’t super clean upon arrival and it shows wear and tear eg-lots of stains on carpet Overall we all enjoyed the space - perks - great big bathrooms, several patios, super comfy beds, lots of linens, previous renters leave condiments, spices and even liquor, beach chairs & beach accessories , closeness to the pool was superb and the property staff were lovely. Cleanliness and insect issues were the only downside. We will definitely be back to Maui! Aloha

Me and my family stayed in Brian and Anuok's condo in July of 2023. Amazing location, close to beautiful beaches and shops. Condo is very spacious, fully stocked with comfortable beds. It was exactly what we needed at a great price. Brian was easily reached to answer all of my questions. Great place! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We loved your beautiful home so much. It is clean and beautifully decorated and has anything you could want. We made breakfasts and lunch there every day and enjoyed just relaxing. The beds are comfortable. The gardens in the complex are so beautiful too. We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Loved the condo! Appreciated all the beach amenities they had to use beach toys etc. enjoyed the pool and condo was very nice equipped well. Only thing not thrillled about was a few bugs seen in the unit centipede and roaches (not bad just a few) the pull out couch wasn’t cleaned before our stay, sheets were dirty on it and several trash items on floor in the couch meaning it wasn’t cleaned after last guest. I would stay again though because all in all it was nice.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. It was a short, pretty walk down to the beach for early morning swims and evening sunsets. At the same time, the condo felt very private and peaceful and we really enjoyed time on the Lanai.
The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great for having the windows open at night to cool off with the ocean breeze. The pool was beautiful and the parking was very convenient. It was a short drive to several other amazing beaches as well as shopping and dining.
We are so thankful to have been able to stay here and would love to stay here again if we make it back to Maui someday. We highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in J202. It is a quiet, spacious, well appointed unit that makes you feel like you are a guest in someone's home. We appreciated all the extra touches especially the baby gear, as we traveled with a grandchild. We would highly recommend it!

I stayed here with my family of 4. We really enjoyed the home and it was very quiet at night. Past guests have left several beach chairs and a great beach umbrella. I could not have asked for anything more. We had plenty of room and the house had everything you need for an awesome stay. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Nice comfortable place to stay with very close proximity to the Kamaole Beach. There’s lot of swimming gear for snorkeling, beach chairs and beach toys for kids. The pool within the apartment is accessible as well. Overall a we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful property in a great location close to beaches and restaurants. The pool is located across the parking lot which is very convenient. This was a perfect fit for our family and we would highly recommend.

Perfect Condo for Families with Kids
It had everything we needed and more. Kamaole 3 is in walking distance and my kids spent every morning there boogey boarding. A great place to call home after a full day of activities on Maui.

Overall nice; could use a few updates
The property was very spacious and located in a nice spot close to the pool. The bathrooms were nicely updated and large. The lanai is quiet and peaceful. A few things to note the couch was very obviously worn and could use an update, the boogie boards were unusable (no leash and crumbling apart) the umbrella was broken, two of the chairs were broken and only 3 beach towels were provided. We ended up having to rent boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella which is ok but at this rate I would expect it to be included with the condo as pictured. The ceiling fan in the living room was also unusable due to a loud squeaky noise whenever turned on.
Overall it is an ok unit, and with a few updates would be awesome.

Maui Kamole
Great property for the price on Maui. Location was very good (easy walking distance to Kamole beach III) and condo complex was very nice. Some parts of the unit were older, like the kitchen and carpeting in the living room. Pull out bed really needs replacing. Bedrooms, bathrooms and overall amount of space was great. If this unit had a few more updates, would definitely rate it higher. Check in and check out was very easy.

Another magical stay
This was a return visit for us, and we simply could not have had a more comfortable stay. Mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool, family dinners at home, and sunset evening walks - it is such a gift to be able to unplug and focus on being together. Thank you so much!

Excellent spot for beach vacation
Our family enjoyed the stay at Brian’s place. It is 7 min walk from good sandy beach. Place is clean, and quiet. Air conditioning and fans kept the place cool. The pool that belongs to the property is big and not very busy. Brian allowed us to checkout late that really helped us enjoy our last vacation day.

Great stay
This is one of the best condo experiences I’ve had. Good location, nice property, very well-supplied from kitchen gadgets and supplies to beach toys, chairs, snorkels, umbrellas. Very comfortable.

Nice location
The location of Maui Kamaole is perfect as a base for exploring Kihei and Wailea. Brian’s condo was very clean. Nicely updated bathrooms. The lanai gets the sun all afternoon so keeping the awning open is a must to beat the heat. The kitchen could use updating and better lighting. The grill (in a little pavilion in the parking lot) wasn’t working well- wouldn’t get hot. Grills at the pool may work better.

A comfortable and private stay in Kihei
My wife and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, were on Maui for our son's wedding. This condo was an excellent base of operations. We were surprised at how private it was. One could sit out on the lanai, enjoy the lush tropical setting and almost feel as if you were in the country. Furnishings were quite comfortable; we were surprised at how comfortable the twin beds in the second bedroom were. There was plenty of room for four adults. Brian was a thoughtful host, being most understanding when we had an issue crop up. Overall, a very nice facility. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful family stay
We loved our stay in Kihei! Highlights were the gorgeous lanai for breakfast every day, the easy accessibility to the pool, and the comfortable beds. We stayed with our 2 and 4 year old and would love to come back. Very close to everything in Kihei but not too busy.

Holidays away from home
This was our first ever Christmas away from home and it was a terrific experience. This was a spacious condo unit that afforded our family plenty of room. It had every amenity we could ask for whether we went hiking or decided to lounge at the beach. Thank you so much to Brian and Anouk for sharing this piece of paradise, it was wonderful to walk into this unit and have it feel like home. We would certainly contact Brian again for our next trip back.

Great place
The condo was excellent and as advertised. Condo is actually brighter than pictures. Brian was excellent to work with. Excellent location both to town, the beach and to the pool. Parking spot is right in front of condo. Deck is very comfortable with lights and an extra awning for the hot part of the day. Many amenities both for the beach and in the kitchen. Pool at that this resort is fantastic with excellent BBQ grills. Beds are very comfortable. We moved the twins in main floor bedroom to make a King. Worked great with its own bathroom. If you have not stayed at these condos before you will not be disappointed. It is our 4th time staying at at this resort and always impressed. This unit is a great place to stay. Thank you Brian for everything.

Thank you! We loved this unit. It's located ideally across from gorgeous beaches just a short walk away. This unit is less than a minute walk to the palm tree lined pool. It's all just absolute paradise. We appreciated the pretty space. The condo comes with everything you need for the beach- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen also has everything you need for family BBQ and cooking. Perfect place to stay. Many thanks!

Great property in Kihei
Condo was very clean, and well equipped for the beach! (Don't miss the closet off the lenai!) We love this location, so convenient to so many great beaches. Nice pools in this complex. Easy check in. We had a wonderful week here and would definitely come back.

A wonderful stay - best MK unit yet
We've been coming to Maui Kamaole for the past six years, and have stayed at a number of units over that time. When the kids were small, we went for units as bare-bones as possible, terrified about the wear and tear of beach-saturated toddlers on someone's home.
Now that the kids are older (4 and 6) we tried this unit, and it was absolutely wonderful.
Beautifully appointed, thoughtfully stocked - the most comfortable beds (we snuck a peek at the mattress topper brand because we might cave and buy some for our own house), and knives in the kitchen that were actually sharp enough to use for real cooking, a huge plus.
The back deck was perfect for evening star gazing, showing these two city kids what the night sky truly has to offer.
The beach supply closet was full of fun toys and treasures.
We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay, especially after the rigors of the last year and a half. Thank you so much!

Excellent Rental
Lovely condo with a great location. The living room photo on the listing makes it seem like it might be a bit dark, but it is fabulously bright and airy. We would definitely recommend and if we return to Maui, I would check to see if it is available!
