This property was very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest vacation properties I have ever stayed at. The owners have made sure that you have nearly all you need during the stay. The property grounds are nice and the pool was wonderful. There is also a courtyard on the grounds with cot hole, horseshoes, bocce ball, a basketball court, and grilling area. The condo afforded great ocean and soundside views.

Very clean condo, very easy to check in and out

Our stay was wonderful the owner Nancy long had everything ready for us when we got there . The villa that we stayed in was furnished beautifully and we had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and bathrooms or set up for all of our needs. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We loved watching the sunrise from the deck and in the living room, plus we saw dolphins swimming almost every day! The property is very quiet and I only wish we were there during warmer weather. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time over Christmas. Nancy is wonderful and is very responsive to questions.

Property is as described in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms are very nice. Owner was very helpful and communicated with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The view of the ocean from the condo is amazing. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at this time of the year. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the near future.

This vacation rental was affordable, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. It offered ocean front views on the front and the bay waters on the back. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with for any questions. My family and I loved our time at Topsail Dunes Villas and recommend this listing to anyone who wants a relaxing and colorful beach vacation.

Perfect condo for a relaxing week at Topsail

Great condo,very clean,everything we wanted.Nice to have a washer&dryer, We had a nice view of the ocean.Pool was nice and big.At the northern end of north topsail where it was quiet.

Perfect location to getaway and completely relax! Quiet property with lovely grounds. Beautiful views and so many amenities in the condo. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the ocean front balcony — the tall Adirondack chairs were comfy and perfect for watching for dolphins and the ocean. Great beach right in front of property. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking and living room was very cozy. Appliances all seemed new and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Easy drive to many local restaurants and activities. Don’t miss the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center.

The home was decorated beautifully... The view from the balcony was amazing... The accessibility of the elevator and the ramps made the mobilization of a handicap person was just what our family needed...

Nancy’s place is great. Location and views were just what we were looking for. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The dolphins entertained us almost daily which is always a favorite of ours. Close to stores and activities but far enough away for a peaceful relaxing stay. We will definitely return.

What everyone else said that was wonderful and more! We had a super time in North Topsail and are making it our new favorite beach. The Longs were very helpful and responsive. Their home is lovely and a perfect retreat. We will definitely return!

The owner was very communicative and provided all essential information for enjoying their lovely condo steps from the ocean. The kitchen had all the essentials and the furniture and beds were very comfy. The tall chairs on the deck are perfect for enjoying the morning cup and the evening drink. We had a lovely time and would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. It’s incredibly relaxing. This was our second time staying here. The condo was very clean and well maintained. And the view can’t be beat. It’s beautiful.

Very nice property with a feeling of home.

My favorite thing about this property was being able to hear the ocean all night long….I think it was the closest I have ever stayed by the ocean. Hence the beach was easy to get to. I like the number pad for entry so we did not have to dig out a key. We had 4 perfect beach days and toured the area… we drove down from PA. Would have been tough to bring linens if we flew..

We loved staying in Nancy’s condo at North Topsail Beach! We walked the beach for sunrise and found so many sharks teeth and shells! We also witnessed a Loggerhead Sea Turtle nest hatch and that was the highlight of the night for sure!! The pool was nice and refreshing on hot days!! It’s also a great place for our Marine to come visit with us and enjoy some R&R too!! The condo was perfect fit for us! The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Also the new washer and dryer install during our stay was used a lot! Nancy was very quick to send someone over when we found a small water leak. We were very please with her response and hospitality! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to visit our Marine! PS I highly recommend eating at The Crab Pot and Rick’s Steakhouse! Both were very good but the crab legs were my fav!!!

We enjoyed our stay despite a few bumps in the road. The dryer broke and damaged some of clothes so we only dried towels. We enjoyed the location and having the elevator. The only drawback for us was having to bring all linens; we prefer linens included or linen rental. Overall our stay was very relaxing with a pleasant dolphin sighting.

The condo was clean and just as described. Just a few minute walk and you are on the beach. Beach was not crowded.

We will definitely be coming back! Had an amazing time! The location is beautiful and the condo is like home with perfect beach touches. Nancy was a great host and always answered any questions very promptly. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your place!

The accommodation was in a condo and was very clean with a nice view of the beach on one side and the sunset on the other. It worked well for 4 people.

We had a fantastic time at Topsail Dunes! We hope to return soon.
