We had a great stay at Atrium Villas. The property was directly across from the pool which made it easy to come and go. It was clean and just what we needed. The only negative we noticed was the condo above us was extremely noisy throughout the night and early morning. I know this isn’t in the rental’s control but it was every day and disruptive. Other than that, the stay was great!

We absolutely loved our choice with this Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Parking was easy and covered which helped keep it cool. The location was at the center of everything. It was right across the street from the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, and the beach. My wife and I will miss sitting on the patio with our coffee, looking out to the ocean every morning and enjoying the breeze. It was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Definitely would rent again. The condo was as advertised: across from beach, but had a patio beach view; across from pool area and the 'Island Club'; quiet and very relaxing. Great location and condo was exactly what was advertised.

This property has such a wonderful location, the little annoyances seem meaningless. Had issues with the cable and internet but the property manager and Coastal Getaways resolved everything.

GREAT VILLA….perfect location to beach,pool, and restaurant…The villa is very nice but could use a bit of updating. Kitchen has a lot of stuff needs to be reorganized and cleaned out. Unit very clean, nice patio/deck but not much seating outside . We had a great time. Maintenance service very prompt and helpful.

Great location
The only problem we had with the property was that it was not clean. Tile floors needs a good cleaning of grout, etc. The kitchen was well stocked but dishes, blender and countertops had to be deep cleaned with Clorox wipes and dish washing before we could use them. Some of the throw pillows need to be replaced with new clean ones.
The unit is a great unit and perfectly located for club activities and we would have given it a five star rating if everything had been clean.

Beautiful property
Can’t beat the location and lovely condo. It was fantastic to just walk across the street to the pool or beach. And just a short drive to the store or restaurants. Management team was great answering questions.

Perfect family vacation
We rented this condo for a family vacation. We always go to the Gulf, so we decided to try Seabrook Island for something different. It did not disappoint. This unit is in the perfect location for beach access. It is one of the closest units to the walkover. The unit had everything you would need and more. It is set up perfectly for families and/or multiple couples and families. It has a huge covered patio that my teens loved. It is an easy drive to Charleston and it is really close to the famous Angel Oak tree, which is a must see. Nancy and her team are great to work with. They are highly recommended!!

What a beautiful condo with amazing views!!
Had such a grand time in this gorgeous water front condo!! It felt so homey, was very clean and decorated beautifully!! The beds were extra comfy and the ocean view was the best I've seen on the island so far!!
I.wouls definitely recommend this condo and the management company to others.
The management company was so kind and responsive and I just appreciated their special touches and professionalism!!

This was perfect location for seniors with some physical limitations.
We love Seabrook Island. We have vacationed here many times. Atrium Villas is a perfect location for seniors with elevator, across from the pool and constant view of the ocean.

Great Location
This was our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and the location of this rental was great. The property is directly across the street from the beach and the pool and right next to the golf course. The deck is large and comfortable with a great view. Although the kitchen is a little small, the bedrooms are large and comfortable and each had their own bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we never had to touch it. We'd stay here again.

Great Location, Great Property
The property was clean and as described. Can’t beat the location with an ocean view and walkable to all of the amenities (Pelicans Nest, Seabrook Shoppe, Pool). My husband, our three little ones and I had a wonderful week here. Looking forward to coming back!

Spring getaway
We love Seabrook Island. We came here a few years ago and were so excited to come back. The beach, pool, and the grounds are just beautiful. The condo was just as expected and being by the ocean was an added benefit.

Perfect location!
Very easy communication with property manager. Very helpful. Location is great, right across street from the beach. Balcony was so nice to sit and see and hear the ocean. We were there I'm perfect time for the full, pink moon!

Great location
Great location and ease of what our family enjoys on the island, our family of 5 for the week loves Seabrook and what the island has to offer. Atrium villas is convenient and close to what we enjoy doing on a daily basis. The condo has everything you need for an enjoyable week at the beach!

Perfect place for our family. Perfect for the pool, ocean, views, etc. great kitchen, beds were great. Lovely spacious deck. All appliances were great, too. Ac was excellent and zoned for bedrooms/living areas. Easy renting/check-in/out process. Excellent communication from/with property managers. Place was immaculate. We loved it and had a wonderful time.
Our only complaint was that the ceiling was wood-frame and not cement, so we heard our upstairs neighbors walking and moving about very loudly, and they were very active. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you!

Great view and location
Very clean and neat. Kitchen sink nozzle needs replacing, and dishwasher needs to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again.

Atrium Villa Review
Great location; bathrooms dated; TV was a challenge to sort out but we finally figured it out. Wasn’t very intuitive. Good supplies in kitchen.

Great location. Great unit.
This unit is in a great location. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs. a 5 star was because of the outside balcony. One of the lounge chairs was broken; however, it could still be used. More importantly, the outside needed cleaned. There were so many spiderwebs (& spiders at night). There was no broom for us to even knock them down & clean it ourselves. It was very shocking because the inside of the unit was very clean. The only negatives about the inside was the shower heads could use updating & there was not very much pantry space in the kitchen. The mattresses in the master bedroom also had some uncomfortable wear patterns, but the sheets were incredibly soft. Overall, we had a great week and the unit was very nice.

Love Atrium Villas
We go to Seabrook almost every year and this is our third stay in one of the Atrium Villas. The location is so close to the pool and beach. The unit was clean and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was well appointed but could have used a few more basics like cooking oil and foil/Saran wrap. Bathrooms were adequate but shower heads need an update. Unit was on the first floor and noise from the family of elephants above keep us up late and got us up early. Overall, nice unit if you can stand the noise from above.

Ocean Lovers
Just left 2935 Atrium and this was our second stay. Was really impressed with the upgrades! The new tile flooring looks amazing and the new washer/dryer was so nice to have! Had beautiful weather and the best part of this condo was having our glass of wine on the patio while enjoying the phenomenal views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets! Totally relaxing! See you next year Seabrook!!!!

Awesome Retreat!
I arrived at the property after a ten hour drive and after a bit of sleep thoroughly enjoyed the location. Views of the ocean were great and relaxing on the deck. Over our stay we played both courses at Seabrook and the convenience of this villa can't be stressed enough. We could walk to the course in under 2 minutes as well as the beach and even the restaurants as well! Definitely will be staying here going into the future!

Not recommended!
NOT newly renovated. Cable TV picture is barely viewable. Wifi internet is weak and mostly unusable. Pot holders and place mats are dirty. No placemats. Floors are buckled. Front door mat was soaked. Heavy upholstered furniture and bed spreads. Damp and mildew odor throughout condo. Few utensils. Major appliances are 20+ years old. Toaster and coffee maker are obsolete and barely useable. I would not recommend renting this condo until it has had

Great place to stay!
This was our first time on Seabrook and this was a great place to stay. Perfect amount of space and right across the street from Beach Club, next door to Golf Club and across the street from the beach. Only complaint was neighbors upstairs were very loud, but made a complaint to security and they responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

2010 stay
We recently stayed in this unit. 2010. It was the best location in seabrook. The pool is across the street. The golf is directly out the door on the other side. The condo was very nice. The pool and beach club were remodled last year. Its a beautiful location. The island is full of wildlife. It was very family friendly, quiet and peaceful. I am a picky traveler and I was very very pleased with the location , the unit and the resort itself. My children had a great time. We will be back next year.
