Situato in posizione ideale in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi passi dal centro congressi, negozi, ristoranti, pista ciclabile, noleggio biciclette, Duffers Ice Cream, minigolf, nonché campi da gioco e da basket. C'è anche un parcheggio fuori strada per due auto.
Le sistemazioni per la notte saranno composte da una camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale con un nuovissimo materasso in memory foam Serta 2017, un enorme armadio e un bagno privato completo e una nuovissima TV LCD da 43 pollici e una poltrona doppia estraibile ( per un bambino piccolo). Ogni camera ha pavimenti nuovi di zecca primavera 2017 !!! La camera da letto n. 2 è composta da un letto matrimoniale e un LCD da 42 pollici. Camera da letto 3 ha due set di letti a castello per i bambini e un estraibile gemello estraibile. E forniamo ad ogni camera da letto un televisore LCD da 42 pollici e una Playstation II per i bambini. C'è un secondo bagno completo nella hall. Il nuovo sezionale in pelle nel soggiorno include un letto queen size. Cuscini e coperte sono inclusi e siete invitati a utilizzare le nostre lenzuola e asciugamani, quindi non dovete portarli da casa. Si prega di lavare, asciugare e piegare prima di partire. If you are taking your family on vacation, you MUST reach out to Bernadette and book her condo! She and her condo are AMAZING!
It was even prettier than the photos, and was EXTREMELY clean! You cannot beat the location, the layout and the amenities she offers.
She checked in with us shortly before check in, then again that evening as well as in the middle of our stay and after we checked out.
She answered any queations we had, she had anything and everything you could have needed and had so many personal touches.
She had lots of little items in case you forgot something at home, extra bags of ice in the additioanl freezer, a guide book with helpful phone numbers, laundy detergent and fabric softener, lots of extra blankets for an afternoon nap on the balcony and so much more.
Her price is more than reasonable for what you get and we were so sad to leave. But we will be back next year! She just made this an all around wonderful experience for our whole family.
I am telling you, you NEED to book with her! You won't regret it!

This is my family's second year staying at this condo building although we stayed in a different unit this year. The building is only one and a half blocks to the beach and then another two blocks down to the Boardwalk. The building is well-maintained with assigned parking for two cars per unit. There is a garage storage space for all of your beach stuff, but with this unit the owners have provided a beach cart, chairs and bicycles. Having an elevator in the building made loading and unloading much easier. The building location is great in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. There is a lovely small pool next to the condo that my Mom and I enjoyed several days.
While we were just a party of 4 adults (including my 82 year old mother and my 24 year-old stepdaughter who worked remotely while we were there), the condo has sleep accommodations for up to 12. The technology worked great. The condo furniture and decorations are really nice and well thought-out. The appliances are all top of the line down to the pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable, especially the king-size bed. The owners have sheets and bath towels available for use.
The owner, Bernadette was extremely responsive and timely with our reservation, paperwork and answering my questions. She also e-mailed and texted me on our first full day and our last full day of our trip to check in and make sure we were satisfied with our stay. There is a manual Bernadette put together with all the contact information you need from restaurant suggestions, grocery stores, recreational activities,... My husband accidentally left some clothes in the chair in the bedroom when we were packing up. We had checked out and were going to breakfast and the cleaning person was already at the condo cleaning up and when she saw the clothes she called the owner and we were able to return to the condo before we left the area to retrieve the clothes. We were very grateful.
We had a wonderful week of weather which just made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend staying in this condo in Wildwood Crest.

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this location. The condo was clean & beautiful. The owner even provided small toiletries in case we forgot toothpaste, suntan lotion etc. Location was great. Close enough to walk easily to Boardwalk and beach. Owner checked in to be sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to all questions before we arrived. We give it 5 stars.

Beautiful condo and a great location
We absolutely loved our stay!! The condo was the perfect size for our family and the location could not have been better (a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and ice cream). The owner Bernadette was very communicative and it was also a nice perk that the condo was stocked with plenty of towels and sheets (most places do not offer that). The beach cart in the storage unit also came in handy. We will definitely be returning!!

Cleaning at the end was a bit much but great beach - great walking n biking - really wildwood was a ghost town- all to ourselves in the fall!! Owner even mailed back a fishing rod we forgot! Great stay!!

Awesome place for vacation!
I cannot say enough about our stay. From our first to last day we had an amazing time. We were within walking distance to everything on the boardwalk and we drove over to Cape May a couple of times which onky took 15 minutes.
Bernedette the owner reached out to us on day 1 to make sure everything was ok and then on our last day she texted again and told us contact her when we arrived safely home. The owner was so nice and the condo was amazing. Thank you Bernadette for a memoriable week at your condo. We will definitely be back.

Great location and perfect for families
Great place for families to stay near the beach. It's one block away from the beach. Everything you will need is available at the condo. We were able to use the 4 adult bicycles during our Fall trip. Bernadette responded quickly to texts and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location for the beach
We had a great time at the condo for the week with 3 generations of our family, including a 5 and 3 year old. The condo was perfectly located for walking to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and ice cream. The kids also had a great time using the pool, which was small, but perfect for them! We took advantage of the beach supplies provided - the beach cart, umbrellas, extra chairs, toys and boogie boards. We even had a chance to use some bikes to ride on the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend Bernadette and this condo and would love to stay here again.

Very Nice and Clean
Property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. The Beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a TV in every room. It was wonderful having Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, and especially the Beach carts provided with the rental unit. Everything was clean and in good condition. The owner was very responsive to any questions that arose. Just be advised that if your planning on adults using the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room it sleeps just like a typical sleeper sofa, so it might be a little uncomfortable for an adult. The unit is conveniently located 1 block from beach and boardwalk, so everything is within walking distance. My family had a wonderful time!

Home away from home
After years of renting condos and houses in WWC, our family has finally found the place we'll return to year after year. The photos can't even do justice to this condo. You will be comfortable in the bedrooms, the lining area furniture and kitchen seating areas. The two best things about this condo is
1. You only have to bring your clothes, beach towels and food, as literally everything else is supplied. Bath towels? Yes. Linens? Yes. Fully stocked kitchen? Yes. What a breeze for my family to only pack our clothes and towels.
2. The owner - Bernadette Ferraro. She takes great pride in her home and responds quickly to any inquiry you have. I was so impressed with our week that I took the time to call her from the deck (with ocean views!) to personally thank her for all the attention to detail. She's everything she promises to be and represents her home accurately.
Do yourself a favor and rent a week here. You'll have a stress-free week in Wildwood Crest!

Eat your heart out Property Brothers!! Every creature comfort of home is included. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is gourmet and the terrace has a great view of the beach. I highly recommend this condo to any family of 8-10 who are looking to rent in Wildwood Crest! Bernadette the owner is as gracious as they come and 2 parking spots included make parking easy! My family will be back again!

Gorgeous Clean Condo!! Truly Shangri-La
Even more beautiful than the photos!! Meticulously decorated with a fun beach theme. Super Clean!! Modern kitchen with all the comforts of home. Plenty of cups,dishes, pots and electrical appliances.Tons of towels and sheets, all neatly folded in the linen closet. Kids loved the double set of bunk beds. Master bedroom is awesome with huge HDTV on wall. We loved sitting on the couches on the balcony in the morning and evening. Quiet clean building !! Great location, close proximity to the beach and nice walk to the boardwalk. Condo came with 2 parking spots on location which was great and the shopping carts to unload the car was very convenient. Very clean, modern place and well decorated. We had family visit throughout the week and they all kept commenting how nice it all was. Bikes provided although could use some maintence, we used bikes several times on the beautiful bike path located a short distance away. Small pool perfect for cooling off and a BBQ to cook on which was great as it is hard to eat out with a large group. It was a great week down the shore, looking forward to next year!

Very nice condo close to everything.
Condo was very nice and located nicely in Wildwood Crest. The condo fit 8 people comfortly and also the use of bicycles and beach equipment was a plus. Very well located as you are close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants.

So worth it
Despite the not so favorable weather, we had a great time. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, it was quite and very confortable. Nicely decorated and modern with a heathed pool which was good for the weather. The owner was very pleasant Even though she wasn't there she made sure to check on us which was really nice. We will definitely be returning.

Great pre-season rental
We took advantage of one of the spring specials. We were quite pleases and surprised by all these owners offer. We needed to bring so little. There were wonderful sheets, towels, beach chairs and we enjoyed using the bikes for bike rides. We cannot wait to return and what a great experience and looking forward to possibly a fall trip back.

Great Wildwood Crest vacation, beautiful condo!
This is a beautiful condo with many amenities. The place is pleasantly decorated, clean and well kept. The wireless internet and (4) big flat screens were nice as were the bikes and all the beach stuff (beach cart, umbrella and chairs). There is an elevator which made loading and unloading all our stuff very convenient. The location is perfect because it is in the north part of the Crest. I liked this because we were far enough away from the busy area, but close enough to walk or ride bikes to the boardwalk. The beach has very easy access and there is also a nice walking pier 1 or 2 blocks south. The owner communicated perfectly throughout the whole process. All in all, this is a great rental!

This condo was just as it was explained and more! We had everything we could have possibly wanted and were not missing a thing. The location was perfect and we had two four year olds with us. They had no problem with the short walk to the beach and again a short walk to the beginning of the boardwalk. We parked our cars (two parking spaces for the unit!!!) and only had to use them when we went to the grocery store at the start of our trip. Very spacious, extremely clean, all the comforts of home. Full washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Central Air kept the place nice and cool. The kids were extremely happy with the the playstation and games that were in the kids room. Having WiFi was wonderful as well because we were able to use our notebook that we brought with us so we were still connected as much as we wanted to be. All of the extras made this even more special, no need to rent bikes as there were plenty to go around in the bike shed as well as beach chairs that were brand new and umbrellas and a beach cart. I have to say that I had an amazing vacation and so very glad I chose this rental. The owners were very nice and clearly understand what someone looks for in renting a vacation home. I am definitely going to book again next time.

This condo way exceeded our expectations - it was clean, beautiful, and spacious, in a perfect location and had all the amenities you need. To have access to all the beach equipment (cart, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc) and bikes was icing on the cake. Owner has great communication and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Fair price for all of this plus a balcony with ocean views and a pool. I think anyone would enjoy this rental, but it was especially easy nice to have since we travelled with our one year old.
