Great place to stay with family and friends and be on the water. We truly enjoyed our friends renting a home near us . It was great to do all water sports in the day and meet together in the evening to eat dinner and look at the amazing stars in the beautiful sky at night . Just truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The perfect lake getaway
We had a great experience and Sue is the perfect host.
The house is perfect and was super clean when we arrived. The house is nestled away with crappy cove near the damn and provide the perfect place for relaxation on the water. Whether we were fishing, boating or enjoying the sunset from the deck, the vibe was perfect and super chill.
I would visit this place over and over if I could and we'll certainly be back

Happy with the place for family vacation
First time at Sue’s place. And we enjoyed it very well. We will be back when it’s not booked. Husband/kids were happy. Easy docking. Cozy and comfy. Thanks for memories.

Beautiful Lake Location
Our family of four had a wonderful vacation at the H20 Bungalow at Lake Tulloch. Sue (the host) was super friendly, responsive and helpful from Booking all through Check out. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of Kitchen utensils/dishes/pots&pans, as well as Bathroom and Bedroom linens/towels and supplies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front deck looking out to the beautiful view of the lake. It was easy to launch our boat at the Ramp close by and very convenient to have a sturdy dock slip just steps away from the house to park our boat while at the house. Thank you again Sue, we would love to stay at your H20 Bungalow again someday!

We had a lovely holiday weekend at the bungalow. It was great having our boat right in docked right in front of where we were staying. Sue was very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely recommend the H2obungalow!!

Perfect for a fishing getaway
My friend and I rented this house for our yearly spring fishing trip, and it was perfect. We'll never stay anywhere else again as long as we're welcome back. It is a spacious property--inside and out--and the views are amazing. The dock is in great shape, and the location is perfect, close to the main launch ramp and fast water. Boat trailer parking was easy and it's right around the corner from the lake store for anything we forgot or for a hot meal.
We spend our days fishing (the fishing was great! Tulloch never disappoints) and our evenings watching the view, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and watching movies in the comfortable living room. The place had everything we needed.
Now I'm looking for dates to take my wife and kids back, or maybe invite another couple to join us. It'll be perfect for either of those trips!

Lovely spot
we had a very nice stay at this property. It has beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake. The place is very clean and had all that we needed. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the bed was not as comfortable as mine at home. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful views, great for kids
We stayed over new years weekend, it was cold, but we had a great time. The firepit was wonderful. The kids played outside for hours and the sunsets were amazing! We made some day trips to Sonora and Jamestown and headed up 108 to play in the snow. The kitchen is fully stocked and we used it for most meals. All you need to bring is groceries. Great place to chill! Very easy access, thank you to the hosts!

Great Location! Neighbors are super nice and shared there rafts, the dogs had a blast and it was very safe for them. Sue is amazing!

Great family time on the water.
The property was perfect for our family of 4 plus our water loving dog. The location is perfect, especially if you have a boat. The boat dock is in the backyard and a great place to swim, fish or Star gaze at night. Sue was very accommodating, responsive and reasonable. This was our second time staying at the H2O bungalow and we plan on coming back soon.

Short and sweet
We had a very quick stay but our location and stay couldn’t have been better! Talk about that deck!!!!! BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!!!! Sue was so easy to deal with and the rules were clear and easy for check out. We would definitely stay again

Family trip to H20 Bungalow
You can not beat the location. Just steps away from swimming, boating, and fishing. The sweet little bungalow fit my family of four and our dog perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked to make all your meals. The oven is older but works great! The gas grill is nice for bbqing too. You are pretty far off the beaten path and a ways away from a grocery store. So plan accordingly when packing for your trip. The house itself is cute and homey. The views from the wrap around deck are amazing! Lots of great outside space. We have a small dog. The wrap around deck is fully fenced and has chicken wire so we could let her roam around and feel safe. We fished, kayaked, paddle boarded, and swam right from the dock in the back of the house. Loved having the AC and Heater. The electric fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. Great direct tv with lots of channel options. WiFi worked great but cell service was spotty. Overall an absolutely great vacation. I would recommend to anyone.

A Perfect Escape
We had an amazing time at Sue's bungalow! The location was exceptional! The lake house was clean and spacious. It was awesome having a dock for our boat. Fishing from the dock was excellent. Sue is an exceptional host! We didn't want to leave and look forward to visiting again!

Sunsets and sunrises by the lake
My wife was celebrating a milestone birthday and we needed a safe venue to visit with our 23 year old son near Modesto where he works. November dates were quiet and weather was chilly but made perfect by firewall warmth. Sue was very helpful. The tiled floor and lake view patios were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy most of our meals with a view of the lake. The beds were comfy and the 2 bedroom unit was furnished with as should be a cozy lake cabin. What we experienced was beyond our expectations. From bald eagle sightings to the daily spectacular sunsets - we will be back this summer to enjoy a full lake and lake activities. Thank you Sue!

We loved this place. The home is comfortable, the outside space amazing, and a great location for lake fun! Being able to dock our kayaks at the house was so convenient. Had no idea we'd see so many bald eagles on the lake!

H2O Bungalow a little slice of heaven!
We had such an amazing get away at the H2O Bungalow! Easy to find. Ample parking. The lakehouse was spacious, super clean and a in great lkaefront neighborhood! WiFi. AC. Huge wrap around deck with more comfy seating and a gas grill! What a special place! The best part was the lakefront backyard patio area. Lots of space with sitting for the whole group and the firepit was above and beyond my fav part. Private boat dock which our fishermen loved. So easy to hop in the boat in the wee hours and take off for a day on the lake. The Tulloch Marina is just mins down the road for launching watercraft which was so convenient. The owner was AMAZING! She was easy to communicate with and so nice. She went above and beyond hospitality expectations and made our trip a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the H2O Bungalow! We cant wait to visit again! - The Shervais Family
