La tariffa giornaliera Ft. Il complesso atletico Marcy si trova a pochi isolati di distanza. La posizione non potrebbe essere più perfetta! Questa casa ha tutte le caratteristiche delle classiche case di Santa Fe: soffitti alti negli spazi abitativi con vigas in legno, pavimenti in legno massello, splendidi ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni, accenti di piastrelle sud-ovest, elettrodomestici di fascia alta nella cucina completamente attrezzata, e pareti lisce in gesso. La camera da letto principale (al piano inferiore) ha un bagno privato e c'è un altro grande bagno nel corridoio al piano superiore vicino alla seconda camera da letto. Un piccolo ponte fuori dal soggiorno offre un luogo tranquillo per un caffè / tè mattutino o un rinfresco serale dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando la città o sciando nella splendida Santa Fe. La casa è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata ed è dotata di Internet ad alta velocità e Smart TV HD nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. Un camino a gas completa il quadro. Wonderful location. Very comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities. We did notice upon arrival that the house could use a good dusting. We advised the property manager of this, and she advised that she had been out of town and was not able to inspect the property prior to our arrival. I would recommend this property unequivically.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well decorated and had everything we would possibly need. Thanks for the welcome basket, such a nice personal touch. The AC worked perfectly, and the bed was very confortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Santa Fe. :-)

I can't say enough about this casita in Santa Fe! The bedding and furniture are extremely comfortable, the Southwest decor is perfectly done, and all appliances were in great condition. Every small detail was anticipated, and the property manager even supplied a cooler when we asked for use of one during our stay.She was prompt and pleasant in all interactions.
Also, this has to be the quietest place we have ever stayed. No noise blocking devices were needed because there was so outside sounds whatsoever.
Both walking to the plaza and driving to other locations outside the city were easy from this location. A return trip to Santa Fe will definitely include staying here!

We had such a great experience at Chris’s house. The location is excellent, everything we could have needed for cooking and comfort was there and the welcome basket with goodies was very thoughtful. Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the plaza. The decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples traveling together! We hope to come back again and stay next year!

What a wonderful condo!
We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking essentials and utensils. It allowed us to comfortably cook meals there without having to buy oils, spices, etc. And the wine, food basket and orange juice provided by the host was such a welcome treat.
We will definitely stay here again when we go back to NM.

This home is located in an area that provides easy access to the various sites to visit in Santa Fe. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with many special touches to welcome travelers. There was creamer in the fridge, coffee on the counter, plus orange juice and muffins in the fridge. A bottle of wine, and a variety of snacks were arranged on the counter.
The host and the property manager were very engaged in ensuring a fabulous stay. The fact that there was a washer & dryer as well as a garage secured the value of this vacation property. I can whole heartedly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to visit Santa Fe.

All four of us absolutely loved how we felt while we stayed at this home. The goodie basket was a thoughtful touch. Everything felt very comfortable. I was amazed at the artwork that was put into a rental property. It was hard to leave. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Quiet neighborhood with Santa Fe adobe styled homes and condos. Easily walk to the Plaza with plenty of amazing restaurants and sightseeing. The home is spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Property Manager Lynann is incredibly accommodating and kind. She had a welcoming basket with snacks and treats for us to enjoy after a full day of sightseeing. Loved the cozy fireplace, all of the beautiful New Mexico artwork, pottery and rugs. Everyone in my group loved the place. Thank you very much. Will definitely share with family and friends. This was a perfect place to stay in Santa Fe.

This place was great! Adorable house. Super clean and the quietest neighborhood. We walked to the square and it was a nice walk and not to far. The host was great in providing information for an easy check in and left us some great snacks and a bottle of wine for our Anniversary. I would highly recommend this home.

We couldn't have had a better place to explore Santa Fe from and just relax in. There's an attractive Southwest feel both outside and inside, with a kiva fireplace and Native pottery pieces, and the neighborhood is secluded and very walkable. Add to that how easy it is to get to downtown and the plaza, and how well everything works in the house,and you can count on a really enjoyable stay. We'll be back!

Perfect house for the 4 of us. Location is quiet yet close and easy walk to Plaza area. Very comfortable and well furnished both indoor and outside front porch. It was very clean and mgt provided a very nice welcome package as we arrived. Chris was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip ti SF.

Really enjoyed this thoughtfully appointed home. All of the special touches made the stay especially enjoyable. Thank you so much for all the yummy treats including muffins, OJ, Starbucks coffee and bananas. And of course the wine, chips and New Mexico salsa. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay again.

This was without a doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed while traveling. It is located on a quiet street in an area about 15 minutes walking distance from the Town Plaza. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated and provides all the comforts of home. The hosts were kind enough to leave a wonderful goodie basket along with coffee, a bottle of wine, and other extras in the cupboards and fridge. Couldn’t ask for more! We would definitely stay there again!!!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood very close to the central part of town. We walked to The plaza for shopping and eating. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. everything was extremely clean, parking was easy, the beds were comfortable with high-quality linens, and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the wine, coffee, and snacks provided by the host. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Cozy and Comfortable in Santa Fe
We absolutely loved our stay at Chris' home in Santa Fe. His home is very beautiful, and immaculate, both inside and outside. It's situated in a very nice, private setting among similar homes with a very well-maintained courtyard and beautiful landscaping. Parking and access are excellent ! Convenient and quick access to the Plaza; but located in a very quiet, quality neighborhood. We both loved the way the home was furnished and coordinated; quality and attention to detail in terms of their selection of decor. So very comfortable! Our hosts were also very thoughtful and considerate; every amenity provided that you could hope to find...and we were greeted with very thoughtful treats! Wish we could have stayed longer. So much more to do and explore in the Santa Fe area...and we want to stay at Chris' home when we return.

Everything we could have wanted for a girls' weekend
What a gorgeous property! This is a beautifully appointed place that had everything we needed and then some, including a much-appreciated welcome basket. The furnishings are topnotch, and there are plenty of amenities; we especially appreciated the little touches like extra linens, plenty of glassware, and a delightful balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffees. The location close to the square is perfect too, as we are both walkers and didn't want to deal with in-town parking. I plan to bring my partner to Santa Fe in the future and will definitely stay at Chris's place when I do.

Charming Santa Fe Home
Although short, our stay at this lovely 2 bedroom home was very sweet. The house is well maintained, fully equipped and is very easy to enjoy. Both the home owner and the property manager were prompt and effective responders, and the process of moving in and out was made simple. We would highly recommend a stay at this very comfortable and convenient location, when visiting Santa Fe.

We, from Arizona, met up with our friends from Colorado for a three night stay for golf and other fun stuff. The accommodations where we stayed were impeccable. Completely stocked kitchen (all possible utensils) and a welcome gift basket started our adventure on a high note. If you are considering a short or longer stay in reasonable proximity to the Plaza, this is the place for you. I cannot speak more highly about the property and it’s decor and condition. It was perfect and more importantly both of our wives fell in love with it. If this review makes it sound too good to be true, it really was from our host to his property manager everything came off perfectly. 5+ Stars all the way around.

Great Location
This house was a fantastic location. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was clean and fantastic. One bedroom is on the main floor with a separate bathroom and the second bedroom is on the lower floor with an attached bathroom. We had our fur baby and he loved walking through the neighborhood. The host had great communication and left us a welcome basket. I would stay here again on my next visit to Santa Fe.
