Questa bella casa a due piani, adatta ai bambini, adatta agli animali domestici, è situata nella famosa Sierra Pines, a poco più di un miglio dal villaggio di Shaver Lake.
Ci sono 4 camere da letto (14 posti letto in letti più altri 4 in un divano letto e letti aggiuntivi) e 3 bagni, quindi c'è spazio in abbondanza per grandi raduni e vacanze tutto l'anno. Insieme con un garage per due auto per mantenere i veicoli fuori dalla neve e aghi di pino, il livello principale presenta un open space con pareti di finestre per godersi la splendida foresta. Accogliente di fronte al camino a gas circondato da un focolare in pietra. La cucina è accentata con armadi di pino nodoso bello, controsoffitti di granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. È completamente attrezzato per lo chef con set di coltelli gourmet, spezie, piccoli elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per preparare i tuoi piatti preferiti. Il garage funge anche da sala da gioco 500sf completa di TV 55 ", Blu-ray, streaming video su Internet, freccette e ping pong con molti altri giochi e attività da aggiungere nei prossimi mesi. Soggiorno ha grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore Blu-ray e streaming internet. Puoi riprodurre la musica dal tuo dispositivo attraverso il sistema audio sia nel Living Room che nella Game Room. Il Wi-Fi a banda larga è disponibile in tutta la casa.

Ci sono numerosi altri laghi, insenature, cascate e sentieri escursionistici di tutti i livelli di intensità per soddisfare tutti, dal casual walker al più aggressivo alpinista. In inverno c'è lo sci da neve di livello mondiale al Summit China Peak / Sierra. Great location! Short drive to Shaver Lake. Everything you need for a stay. Only thing is all bedrooms are up a big flight of stairs. Good to know if you have elderly or anyone who struggles with stairs.

We had a very nice time. We all managed to relax and enjoy some downtime. And Malia came up so there were five of us. Everything was so cozy and homey. The house was immaculate. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. We appreciate it very much that we did not have to pack too many supplies because they were all available and of hex quality. It was so nice to have all the supplies that you provided. The weather was perfect for taking walks and going down to the beach. We took a drive to look at, the really huge homes. The drive up there was beautiful even with the detour. There was a nature camp going on a couple doors down with highschoolers who had never really been in that setting. We went over to say hi during their campfire and they serenaded us with John Denver Song country Roads that was a treat. Thanks again for allowing us to stay there.

We had 10 adults stay with us on a snowboard trip. The house was very accommodating and comfortable for our group. The check in and check out process was easy and we had zero issues at this property.
We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone as it was very clean and an easy drive up to china peak.

Our family of 15 had a great time at Kings cabin. Plenty of space for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. It was a real treat having all the coffee we wanted. The garage is loaded w games for the family! All we needed was snow 😩 The cabin is just a 2 minute drive to town. We ran out of paper towels and Erich was quick to get us covered.
A few notes to help visitors be prepared: there is no cable so if you want to watch football (or any sports) be sure you either have cable or the necessary apps on your phone so you can share to the tv. There is no “hot tub”, it’s a large and lovely bathtub.

Booked the house for a number of employees doing work in the area. With the large number of rooms and beds it worked out really well and was cheaper than getting hotel rooms for all the guys. They appreciated having a comfortable, relaxing, and homey place to stay.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. This was our first time staying in a cabin, Erich made sure we made it okay and offered his assistance if we needed it. The cabin was very nice and spacious for our family. Made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Had a wonderful time fishing at the lake while staying at the cabin. Plenty of space and with all the comforts. If I am ever at Shaver Lake again with family, would definitely try and stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of coworkers. We were very impressed with the pictures, and the real thing did not disappoint! The cabin was spacious and clean, with lots of greats games and outdoor gear in the garage! The check in process was quick and easy, and the host left clear instructions for check out process. I really appreciated how quickly they answered any questions we had and smooth the process was. We're also very grateful that they allowed pets! All in all, we had a wonderful time and the lake and it was nice to come home to wonderful place to rest and relax with friends.

This cabin was great and it had so many fun games and recreation stuff for the kids. They spent so much time with scooters, ping pong, magnetic darts, etc…. They loved it. The deck was so relaxing and quiet. The cabin was very clean and supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. We definitely recommend this cabin rental!!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! It was perfect. Clean comfortable great location perfect for our trip to the lake. Our hosts were on top of things even sent us back a cellphone that was accidentally left there. We had so much fun, this house is kid friendly set up nicely for families. We have stayed at King’s Cabin for multiple years in a row and has been amazing each time. The kids love staying there and going to the lake each day. We come back each day and BBQ, play ping pong, and games. A great place to hang out with family and friends. Erich is amazing as a manager and making sure you have everything you need to have a great stay. See you next year.

What a gem! This house comes with everything you need for a fun getaway. Tons of games, things to take to the lake like fishing poles and the kitchen is stocked with every pan and dish you could need for cooking. The location couldn't get any better. Just a short drive to Shaver Lake and many other popular locations. I highly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful time during our stay. This was 1 of 2 cabins we reserved in the same community. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Was a bit stressed the day of check in since we had yet to receive our access code, but Erich responded just as we were pulling up to the cabin and we were able to enter the cabin. Four of us stayed here for a birthday weekend. Starting with arrival, gaining access was easy, and everything was ready for us to just relax and enjoy. Plenty of blankets, towels, and everything else needed to make the house as enjoyable as possible was at the ready. There is even a communal pantry where extra food is stashed from other renters, so if you forgot something, chances are it might be there already. If I had any minor complaint, it would be that it was 21 degrees outside when we arrived, and the inside was a balmy 51, so it took a few hours for the house to warm up, but that gave us an excuse to head over to the Shorthorn for a few cocktails. I'd recommend that during winter, during days where check-in will happen, perhaps increase the heat remotely. Otherwise this place is great, and we look forward to coming back soon.

The King's Cabin is a beautiful, well kept and VERY comfortable and clean cabin. Great location and very quiet! Beautiful Pine trees surround the cabin. Shaver lake was absolutely beautiful and Town of Shaver are close by with plenty to see and do. The Host was a FIRST CLASS HOST. Easy to communicate with and wanted everything to be just right! Thanks again for your hospitality and the use of your home!

Stay was nice. The house makes you feel like it’s a home away from home. Just a few friendly tips. The master bed was to firm for me to sleep on. This place is set up for many guest so I suggest split your showers up, some early afternoon, night and morning. We ran out of hot water. Other than that I enjoyed this place and my stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovey cabin. A variety of sleeping arrangements easily accommodated my entire family. The grandchildren throughly enjoyed the stuffed animal and many games. The home was clean and well appointed. Our host was most patient with my questions and always answered a text or phone call. Thank you for a memorable family gathering.
