Essere nostri ospiti in questo piccolo gioiello recentemente restaurato nel centro di Pagosa Springs.
Vecchio incontra nuovo a Casa Hermosa. Ristrutturato nel 2015, questa casa ha tutti i comfort moderni, pur mantenendo il suo fascino rustico.
La nuova aggiunta del sud espansiva di fronte veranda offre un luogo ideale per prendere il sole e ammirare le viste di Reservoir Hill, mentre si ascolta il fiume San Juan proprio dall'altra parte della strada.
La cucina è stata completamente rifatta con un concetto aperto alla sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi, tra cui un grande frigorifero porta-finestra, lavastoviglie e una gamma di gas. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice è anche situato in posizione centrale.
Il bagno principale è nuovo con un doppio lavandino, enorme cabina doccia a pioggia e soffitti a volta del marchio. Un nuovo bagno di mezzo si trova anche al largo della seconda camera da letto.
La camera da letto principale ha soffitti a volta e un letto king size. La seconda camera è dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un 1/2 bagno privato.
L'accogliente zona giorno ha un profondo divano comodo questo è grande abbastanza per dormire una, splendida vista Reservoir Hill, così come schermo 50 'con Direct TV, Netflix, Spotify e un sistema di altoparlanti Bose. Wifi è portato a voi dal la connessione più veloce in città.
La proprietà è quasi un 1/4 di un acro e completamente recintato in modo da portare i vostri cani. Il vecchio fienile guarda di nuovo fuori uscito da un vecchio occidentale e ottimo per le foto.

Perfect house all within walking distance to the hot springs and restaurants. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and awesome deck

The little cabin/house is a great location to enjoy the local offerings of Pagosa Springs. A close walk to city park and cotton trail.
Only wish parking was a little more accommodating. It’s a little small for a full size SUV.

Cute little house only 1 block from restaurants, shops, and the river. We had minor issues with a couple of things, which the owners jumped on quickly and had fixed.

This was probably the most charming place I've ever rented in decades of renting vacation homes. There was so much rustic charm (brick floor in kitchen--amazing!) but all the modern amenities: dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, etc. The river is across the street. There's a riverwalk where you can walk in less than 10 minutes to the center of town. The amazing Pagosa Baking Company is 3 blocks away.

The location was amazing and the house was cute and clean. The details are what made this house so great: comfortable bed, luxurious shower head, cozy porch on a quiet street. And major kudos to the owners for getting a turf grass lawn to look so healthy at altitude!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house is super comfortable with all the modern amenities but also refurbished to protect the historic character. The location is ideal -- just a few blocks from downtown but well enough off the main drag to avoid noise and have a sense of peace and quiet. Wild turkeys wandered through the yard! Excellent sledding on Reservoir Hill is just down the road. I will definitely want to stay here again.

We had a great time in Pagosa and this was the perfect place to stay! The location is perfect to head up the mountain or to walk to the restaurants and shops. The yard is large and was nice for the kids to run and play in the snow. The hot springs and a park are also very close, walking distance or short drive. We will definitely stay again!

Two girlfriends and I rented the house for our annual girls trip and we loved it!! Comfortable and very clean. Having the second bathroom was perfect. Set the tone for an amazing weekend.

We are a family of five and stayed for four nights. The cabin was very well appointed - rustic but stylish and comfortable. My son loved the airstream and we all enjoyed hanging out on the deck every evening listening to the river and enjoying the scenery. Great beds, comfortable sheets and walking distance to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay. Owners were attentive and helpful at every turn.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Hermosa and did not want to leave. CH is so charming and in a fantastic location. Our kids loved running around in the front yard and being steps from the river was an added bonus. Nicki and Pete are easy to get in touch with and super informative. We loved making memories here and we'll be back!

We loved every aspect of our stay at Casa Hermosa. The owners have done an incredible job with this little house. The kitchen is so well equipped and designed for people who like to cook. The bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas are well thought out with great linens and details that you rarely see in other vrbo's we've stayed in. The location is just right as well. Short walk to all the best dining options in Pagosa but well off the main street. The sound of the San Juan river could be heard from any room in the house. The shady, large front porch and picnic area were added bonuses that we made use of. The entire property was perfect for our stay with another couple and we hope to stay at Casa Hermosa whenever we come to Pagosa. We also hope the secret doesn't get out too fast. Thanks for everything, Rich and Wren Zimmerman

The house was great ! My family enjoyed it very much. My daughter is 3 and said " bye house " we will be back next weekend so I can eat my breakfast outside. Perfect location to walk around town .
