Ocean Vistas 406 Direct Oceanfront Huge Private Balcony
Premier Luxury Direct Oceanfront Condo 406 con ampio balcone privato. Le viste spettacolari iniziano non appena si scende dall'ascensore privato e si cammina attraverso l'atrio. Si estende attraverso il soggiorno finendo sull'enorme balcone privato dove potrai goderti il caffè del mattino mentre guardi il sole sorgere sull'oceano. Il quarto piano significa che puoi facilmente osservare l'azione della spiaggia a partire dai camminatori mattutini e continuare per tutto il giorno mentre le famiglie godono della spiaggia. Che si tratti di cucinare sulla nuova griglia elettrica all'aperto Kenyon o di guardare i delfini nuotare al largo, tutti concordano sul fatto che il balcone è il cuore del condominio.

Everything was amazing during our stay when we moved our son in to Embry-Riddle last week. The condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The view of the ocean from the covered balcony was beautiful. We had everything we needed, from beach towels & chairs to a well supplied kitchen to make meals. We would love to stay again and plan to next time we’re in Daytona. Gary was great to work with, very informative and helpful and Chere was great at check in and available if needed during the week. If I could I would give it more than 5 stars!

This condo was not as shown on VRBO...it was BETTER!! The layout was perfect for 3 families. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together in the common areas with enough space for everyone to retreat to their room. We had 2 grandparents and 2 couples, one of which have a 3 year old. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating, and they even had 2 kid chairs which my granddaughter loved. There were several beach towels. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever used in my many years of vacationing in Daytona. Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Gary, was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

The building is very secure, and the unit was very well appointed. The property manager is very communicative and was always available.
We were fortunate to see turtle tracks one morning and to see the Turtle Conservation Team stake the nest the turtles made.

The condo was a great place for three couples to spend four weeks without feeling crowded. We watched sunrises overs the ocean from the balcony and sunsets over the horizon on the west balcony. Each bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom with the common living areas large enough that we never felt on top of the others. The kitchen had all the cooking ware and utensils needed for every kind of cooking. We watched rocket launches 40 miles away right from the balcony and could see the aerial festivities over the Daytona 500 from the west balcony. This place is centrally located and is the epitome of what we wanted in a rental.

The moment we walked in the condo, it took our breath away. Everything was as shown, and then we walked out on the balcony...... and that view!!!! This condo is so much better than what the pictures show! It is breathtaking to walk in and see the inside as well as step out into the balcony! They thought of everything when supplying the kitchen. The decor is amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to have all of the beach/pool supplies. The owner Gary was awesome to communicate with as well as the property manager, Cherie. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Daytona Beach!

We have been coming to Daytona Beach every year for over 20 years…we have stayed at several different condos at Ocean Vistas over the last 10 years and this is by far our favorite! Everything was perfect!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and it was the easiest check-in we have ever had!
