Completamente ristrutturato, 2 camere da letto con letto king size, 2 bagni completi, a soli 2 isolati dalla storica piazza di Santa Fe e dalla strada del bacino da sci. Questa casa indipendente è dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere le vacanze nel cuore di Santa Fe. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, mobili in pelle dappertutto, camino a gas Kiva ad angolo, wifi, lavanderia completa *, portale anteriore arredato per godersi la gente che guarda mentre sorseggia una margarita, cortile pieno con una griglia a propano e pranzo all'aperto per 4 sotto uno straordinario albero da ombra, Sistema di osmosi in 5 fasi fuori dal rubinetto della cucina, libri, giochi e un'esperienza complessiva sorprendente. Cammina verso TUTTO! O no, perché c'è un parcheggio per 2 auto nel vialetto! ;)
* Di recente abbiamo aggiunto una lavatrice e asciugatrice al livello inferiore di questa casa originale degli anni '40. Le scale sono un po 'ripide e abbiamo avvertito gli utenti del gioco della testa in alcune aree. Detto questo, è una grande lavanderia con un sacco di spazio per riporre i bagagli extra e per far scongelare lo sci dopo una lunga giornata in montagna.

We have traveled to Santa Fe for over 30 years and have stayed in many places. This one is on our short list of places to stay again. Alana was immediately attentive to any questions we had, she is an awesome host. All of us staying there talked every day how much we enjoyed the house. We sat out on the patio and night to visit and the front porch in the morning with some hot tea. Super clean! Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Filtered water. They spared no expense to think of anything you might need. We will definitely be back and actually already looking at the calendar for our next trip! We would rate this place 10 Stars if we could!!! PS…there is some construction next door but we wanted to add, we never heard them! The neighbors are so kind and it is a quiet neighborhood too. Top notch place and hosts!

The place is great. The hosts have thought of every amenity one needs and the home exudes a classic Southwest charm. If you're wanting to explore old town Santa Fe you don't need to use your car. Great location.

. . . Just so I can stay at the Laughing Llama! Lovely decor that was homey without being cluttered, spotlessly clean, and everything one needs for a perfect Santa Fe experience. Easy walk to the plaza, comfortable beds, and much higher quality of dinnerware, lines, and appliances than we expected. I used to stay at a great hotel when I visited Santa Fe, but it’s the Laughing Llama from now on!

We've visited Santa Fe many times over the last 20+ years and stayed in numerous vacation rentals. This home is by far the nicest we've stayed in. Every detail and need has been thought out and implemented with care. The location is ideal if you plan to walk around the Plaza or up Canyon Road. Perhaps the best compliment is that the home looks exactly like the photos in the listing. Very enthusiastically recommended!

Spotlessly clean. It sparkles. Lovely art and handmade crafts from the area. New appliances. Very walkable and the neighborhood is quiet at night, great front porch and back patio. Getting in and out of the driveway can be a challenge, but we mostly walked where we wanted to go. The gas fireplace is pretty and provides heat. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need. Great place!

My husband and I traveled to Santa Fe 25 years ago and wanted to return someday. (We live in Pennsylvania.) In July we finally returned and brought our 15 year old daughter to see the Southwest US.
We had a lovely stay at the Laughing Llama! When we first drove up to the property, the lights were on in the home and everything was set for a wonderful stay. The home was immaculate but very comfortable. The outdoor space in the back was private and perfect for morning coffee. There were hummingbirds each morning in the garden.
The property is super close to the Plaza, restaurants and museums. Very walkable to downtown Santa Fe. This home has been completely redone in the Santa Fe style. It's in great condition and loaded with charm.
Alana and Bridget were wonderful hosts and thought of every detail! My daughter is still using the Laughing Llama water bottle. :-)

The Laughing Llama is in a prime location and the accommodations were excellent. We especially liked the heated floors in the bathrooms and all the attention to detail..art & furniture.

Best host ever! Alana was so responsive to our needs; she went way above what she needed to do! We had a walker shipped to her, she put it together, and had it waiting for us! The house is beautifully decorated and there’s something special every where you look. Also so clean you can’t tell if the windows are open or closed! Beds are super comfortable! Can’t recommend enough! Stay here, you won’t be sorry!!

Best Vacation Home Ever!
This home was perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and has the most comfortable beds/bedding ever. The kids loved running around the yard and people watching from the front porch. We had no issues other than a loose bathtub stopper, which Alana and Bridget came out and took care of immediately. We were also within easy walking distance of The Plaza, Canyon Rd, and Museum Hill. We are already looking for a date to come back next summer!

This cute house is definitely a re-do. It is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. We had two couples and both bedrooms had king beds which was so nice. The place is cozy and so clean. We loved everything about it. Also, the restaurant recommendations that the hosts gave us were on point. Every meal was delicious. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a great stay for 4 nights in this lovely little adobe within walking distance of everything near the plaza. Easy in/out access, shaded outdoor table for our breakfasts, and an added treat of baby birds in a nest in the front porch light! Highly recommend.
