The staff were extremely helpful. They stored bags for us for multiple days while we visited other locations, allowed very early check-in for a small fee and helped organize taxis. The food was quite good and the decor was lovely.

Don’t let the construction outside distract from the lovely inside.

Расположение удобное, номер отличный, свежий ремонт, хорошая ванная комната. Тепло. Очень приветливый персонал, все просьбы незамедлительно осуществлялись. Хороший завтрак, вкусно, только хотелось бы чуть больше разнообразия и свежих фруктов.

Замечательный отель! Очень красивые чистые номера , оснащенные всем необходимым, новая мебель , удобные кровати, теплый пол в ванной, чайный набор. Ресторан работает круглосуточное. Отель, набор услуг и персонал - все на высоком уровне, на все вопросы и просьбы с получением информации всегда исчерпывающие ответы. Очень рекомендую выбирать данный отель для проживания всем путешественникам

Расположение отеля недалеко от аэропорта с одной стороны большой плюс, но в тоже время несколько далековато от некоторых достопримечательностей города и мест посещений туристов.

Everything, Had spacious room. Internal facilities and furniture were simply what a fours star hotel should have. To add to it, even the restaurant was great and the staff was friendly and cooperative.

В номерах было жарковато из-за отопления. Окна с откидным механизмом открывания помогли бы сделать климат в комнате более комфортным.

Comfortable, practically located near the airport, which suited our purposes of an overnight transit perfectly. Staff were very friendly and polite, organised airport transport in both directions. Particular compliments to the waitress in the restaurant who served both at dinner and breakfast - very friendly and professional. We were all round very pleased!

The location of the hotel was very good, so was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got an upgrade for free from the reception. The rooms were were big and comfortable.

Ok distance from Train station and airport They were helpfull with reserving transport from train station, but ir was all to expensive Room ok.

It took them very long time to find our reservation during check in. Spa opens first 8 in the morning, so we couldn't use it

We booked hotel because it is near the airport. Finally it is revealed to be a good hotel, much more than we expected. Will stay here next time. BTW restaurant in the hotel is very good, you can try local cuisine of very good quality (much better than in some restaurants in the city center)

We hear some sounds from the street even with windows closed, but it was not noisy.

The service is great! Very considerable, they only took 3mins to finish our check in. Instead of keep us waiting, they collected the passport and give us room card immediately for rest. what surprises me most, they didn't charge room fee or ask for deposit when check in. I only have to pay when check out. The reception guys are so handsome! The swimming fool and sauna sitting in B1 floor, only for personal use, maximum 2 people, need to reserve. Definitely will stay next time! And I strongly recommend to my local friends.

The hotel combines authentic look and exotic touch with the modern technologies to comfort any kind of guest. Reception guys and the housekeeping lady were super friendly and helpful all the time. Location is great, just about 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes to most destinations in the city. Currency exchange machine in the lobby is of great help 24/7, so you don’t need to search for and go to a bank to change your money.

Its located close to the airport and the two railway stations in Tashkent. But since taxis are easily hailed and cheap moving around to and fro is not an issue. 10mins away is a marketplace where there are eateries, shops including liquor and Korzinka (supermarket chain). Room was adequate, slightly constricted to open a suitcase, with no luggage rack. Bathroom is slightly on the small side, especially the wash basin, very little space to keep your own toiletries. The closest Metro Station (Chilonzor) is some distance away - need a taxi. Metro rides are SOM 1400/person and its more like an entry into the Metro, you can go wherever on that fare as long as you don't come out. So Chilonzor to ROyal Mezon could vary between SOM1000 to 23000 depending on peak/surge. The front desk had good English-speaking staff who were helpful. Breakfast was a buffet which was good, nothing over the top. It had everything that one would want. Largely international fare with some local dishes too. Surprisingly they didn't have any potatoes in any form. Fruits were plenty. Staff at breakfast was very efficient.

We arrived from Bukhara by train late at night, when we find that our room wasn't cleaned properly. Most disgusting was that the TV remote had some sticky substance all over, next morning we spent some time getting the housekeeping staff to do a proper cleaning (the remote was cleaned twice). An unique problem with this hotel which wasn't so for the others (Samarkand & Bukhara). There seems to be a Tourist Tax, which the hotel did inform me about thru Booking.com messaging service - but the others confirmed that the amount shown in the booking was the amount that would be charged. On searching the net, the maximum charge found was $2/night/person however here they charged about $4/night/person. This was confusing to us. I did get the receipt with breakup mentioning so. However, the cost ended up being $100/night for a Twin Room. I had booked this hotel primarily because I wanted a pool - and it turned out that it doesn't have one. It has a Spa which you pay for extra and in that there is a small pool for basically cooling off. So even if you wanted to just dunk in the pool you would need to pay. Anyway the learning is to confirm the final bill amount during free cancellation period, which I had done for the others but not this one.
