We had the best time. We also met a few people from Missouri and it was nice. Will definitely recommend to others.

This is the perfect location to stay when we visit my in-laws who live in Freedom Plaza. This unit was very nice, had everything we needed during our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Also, very nice to have a view of the canal to watch the dolphins swim by.

The property was very cute and perfect for a couples getaway. The dolphins out front were excited to see. The little beach nearby was great for sunbathing. The restaurant on the beach was great for drinks and appetizers. 2 pools on the property. Overall a very fun time.

Me and my Best friend stayed here on this property and it was very nice very clean very conveniently located we will return again.

The condo faced the slipway so we could see birds of all kinds and it was quiet. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and the beach. The sunrise grilll and Hooks had amazing food . Thank you to the owners for making the place so comfortable and affordable as we were celebrating our 36th anniversary a little early. Just what we needed.

The perfect place to put all your worries away and just relax for a weekend, week or longer!! Love sitting on the patio watching amazing boats and the beautiful dolphins several times a day. There really is everything you need including a couple restaurants, beach, pools and fishing dock! You can go into town for breakfast which is only a 5 min drive. Unit was very clean and the air purifier is a special bonus to this unit. Check in has always been very easy and communicating with the owners/manager has also always been great! We’ve been going to Little Harbor for 3 years and the last 2 have been in this unit. We’re so grateful to have such a nice place to escape too and wonderful people to communicate with.

the size was perfect for us two. Clean, comfortable and nice view. Bed was super comfortable. Could have used some shower soap. And just a suggestion, a coffee table would have been great to eat at while watching TV. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing property we even saw dolphins a couple of the days we were there. We enjoyed sitting outside our room and just looking at the water. The sunset restaurant was decent food with entertainment nightly which was nice. We were there with family and other unit so it was kind of nice that we were all together. The condo itself was great head anything that you needed to use coffee maker microwave stove toaster. Everything about our state was fabulous thank you so much

Perfect vacation spot. Peaceful and calming. A special gift to awaken and see the sunrise every AM reflecting rays unto the water. Will definitely return.

Close to restaurants and great view!

This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. Little Harbor is an amazing resort area that is pretty well hidden from the normal traffic and all amenities are an easy walk from the unit. The unit looks directly at the channel and you can enjoy beautiful sunrises right out the front door from the patio. We had a fabulous time here and will be back.

This was a perfect little condo for my husband and I. Everything was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was a breeze!

My overall impression of unit 305 is outstanding. The unit was very clean. The linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. The bed was very comfy. For it to be a studio type unit, it was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. We loved the the restaurants, the sunsets, and the overall atmosphere. It was sad the "Red Tide" kept the dolphins away, but maybe we can visit again and see them. The location of the resort is perfect for exploring Sarasota, St Pete, and Treasure Island. We even made our way to Clearwater. So, we were on the go. The onsite pools were nice for a relaxing evening dip after a hot sweaty day of exploring. We ran into a small plumbing issue which the owners immediately took care of, and the on site laundry was temporarily out of order (not the owners fault). Overall, we loved the "little harbor" and would highly recommend this vacation spot.

The property is clean, comfortable and has great restaurants. If your looking for a beach and ocean experience you will need to drive 45 minutes away. If you are boating this place is perfect. The view is great and the resort is quiet and peaceful.

Very classy clean and comfortable - I don't think I've ever slept so good either. Can't beat it for the price. The veiw was pretty too. The pool and beach was closed most of our stay but that has nothing to do with the room. As for the room it was great

This was our second stay at this property will definitely stay again.Had a great time will recommend to friends.

Too many flies at the restaurants. Parking permits were not enforced and caused us some problems with vehicles parking in front of our door, so we could not easily sit in our chairs, drink coffee in the early mornings, and see the sun rise, the fish skimming the surface of the channel. We saw dolphins swimming in the channel in front of us, snook and tarpoon jumping on the far side of the channel. We really enjoyed ourselves. Either the light on the bottom of the kitchen cabinet over the sink did not work, or we couldn't figure out how to make it work. Perhaps the bulb needs to be changed. The unit was nice and clean. It was close to restaurants and the marina docks. Flies were everywhere in the restaurants, Florida health officials or the legislature needs to deal with that problem. Didn't have the flies at the unit.

If choosing between this owners 2 units, choose 305; we're glad we did. Both are nice, but 305 is nicer IMO. Close proximity to pool and beach. Bring all your food and drink you'll need, as there are only 2 restaurants and a longer stay may get costly and boring. A short ride to stores but we didn't have a car. We'll definitely go back. Saw a dolphin so it's real too!

Very clean, very affordable, great communications with all questions answered. Pods of Dolphins within 30 feet, great fishing, within 15 minutes of any store (7 min to grocery stores). Absolutely the best vacation we have had in 10 years. Will absolutely come back.

unit satisfactory could have been cleaner heat and cooling unit continuously blew dirt in to room when fan ran after it was serviced unit should be cleaned in off season

This is our 3rd year coming to Little Harbor and I believe we’ve found the perfect place!! We have everything we need right here in a secluded little hide away and still close enough to explore Tampa & Sarasota. Our unit was just the right size, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. We loved seeing the dolphins & fishing outside our door daily & also fishing on the pier! Everything is within a 5 minute walk. The two restaurants have great food & Sunset Grill has nightly entertainment which made our evening walks that much more special! Amazing sunrises & sunsets!! Last but not least Diana, Phil & Sarah were all wonderful to deal with!! Thank you all for making us feel at home! Can’t wait for next year!!

Easy check in process, was a little tricky finding after dark but beautiful view for sunrise! Had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed for only a few days and really enjoyed the facility.

With everything at my fingertips, there wasn’t a reason to leave the property!

Property was quiet, clean and in a great area near the marina, Bahia beach, and two good restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay again!

Good experience

This place was perfect for us. We're from Boston and wanted a quick cheap getaway during the cold winter months and this place nailed it. If you're looking for a clean inexpensive place for a quick weekend of Florida sun and fun beach time then this is your jam. The condo overlooks the intercoastal which is 20 feet from your door or you can walk 3 minutes to a beautiful fine sand beach. The bed was SO comfy and the towels are wicked nice. You can quickly tell this is privately owned and in a good way. Tough to beat and many thanks!
