Condo was clean, well decorated and in a great location. Walk to pier/village area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Close to beach, 5 minute drive. Would recommend and stay again!

This place was pretty nice. It was spacious and centrally located on St. Simon’s. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenience to being less than a ten minute drive from anywhere. It was interesting to be sort of part of an apartment complex? But I guess that makes it safer since it’s full of locals. East beach is very close but still necessary to drive or bike. I would highly recommend bringing bikes or renting them for the week.
The place itself was nice. The beds were not great and could use better mattresses. The tv in the second room wasn’t hooked up but we didn’t tell the host, we just didn’t use it. On site laundry was great. Couch is very uncomfortable but we made due. Host was very responsive on our first night.

Highly recommend! The complex was quiet and tucked away, the inside ambiance set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were cozy and spacious while the living area was tastefully decorated and provided a great space for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Location-wise, this beach house was unbeatable. We walked to the pier and playground each morning, then drove to the public beach access for the afternoons. We enjoyed the pool area in the evening, that was a must for our kids!
The host wears incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, this beach house met our expectations and provided a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was great. There was an issue with the booking however. When I initially booked it I made a mistake and entered 2025 instead. I recognized it immediately and reached out to VRBO. The agent was able to change it to 2024. However, the night before we were leaving on our vacation, I reached out to the owner because I hadn't heard from anyone with the details for check-in. Somehow the reservation said 2025 again! My friend who made the booking with me clearly remembers checking to see if it had been corrected to 2024 after my initial mistake. It had. Somehow it reverted to the original date of 2025. Fortunately the owner was very accommodating and was able to accommodate us.

The condo is located in a great area, with about a mile walk to the downtown. It is perfect for our trip, with the fantastic communication from the owner. Would recommend.

Close to the beaches. Great proximity for a day to Florida or Savannah. It’s about a mile to the dining and shopping area which translates to a wonderful evening walk. Very clean.

Spent 4 nights in the condo while attending a painting class. It’s cute and comfortable, very clean, fluffy towels, and the Queen sized bed is very comfortable. Didn’t evaluate the twins in the other bedrooms. Everything was a short drive from the condo and getting around wasn’t a problem. My only complaint as a 70 plus person was that the bathtub was very slippy and providing a rubber mat for the bathtub might be a good idea. All in all I heartily recommend it as a place to stay on St Simon’s.

We just spent 5 nights here and we had a great time! My husband, myself and our 3 kids (4, 10, and 11) stayed in the condo. The location is awesome, super close to restaurants and the pier. Check in and check out process was super easy. The kids loved the pool and so did I! The pool goes from 3 ft to 7 ft. We also spent a day at the public pool off the pier which was a lot of fun. We ended up having some car issues and asked Fritz if we could extend our stay by a night. Fritz was very responsive and let us extend the stay which we are very appreciative of. Also, the kitchen had the supplies we needed to cook meals at home and we used the laundry machine to clean some clothes as well! Overall a great time in St Simons!

This condo is in the perfect location for everything! It's walking distance to the beach and to the cute little downtown area. The host was easy to communicate with, and he fixed a slight problem for us (a clogged drain in the bathroom) in record-breaking time! We would rent this space again! The only thing we would suggest is that the kitchen be a little more stocked. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee, not too many dish towels, and the water/ice maker on the frig did not work.

No fault of owner but a dog with non stop barking was on one side and on the other someone coughing. With very thin walls the TV was set to loud! Water pressure for toilets and shower very low. Proximity to everything was good. Queen mattress made it hard to sleep. Not a place for large people.

Location, location, location. We played golf at Sea Island every day of our stay and it was just 6 minutes away. Downtown St. Simons was only 3-4 minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as advertised.

Located off of Mallary St., the condo is an easy drive to downtown restaurants for breakfast/dinner and also a quick drive to the beach. Condo was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet, so you can sleep with the windows open.

This property was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants or the pier area. We biked to breakfast one morning- there are sidewalks but it does tend to be busy with traffic once you get nearer to shops, so it was a little tricky for my 4 year old, but fine for everyone else. It was a short drive to the beach where there was plenty of parking. There is a big playground just a few minutes away. The unit had everything we needed for our short stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here in St. Simones Island and this rental was perfect. Charming place within walking distance to downtown. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels/extra bedding, & the kitchen was well stocked.

Great fall weekend!
Perfect location for being close to Brunswick to see friends as well as to attend the RSM Classic! We enjoyed eating at Fiddler's, Barbara Jean's and Palmer's Village Cafe. Would highly recommend staying at this charming condo!
