La pianta spaziosa si sente molto più grande di 1700 sq ft. Ha splendida vista sulle montagne con ponte posteriore privato e barbecue grill, circondato da alberi e vegetazione. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, con un cappuccio completo per qualsiasi gourmet di godere. La casa è una delle poche ad Avila che è una casa individuale con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni che può ospitare 8 persone. Completare con un pieno 2 box auto, e centro di lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice pieno. Le camere sono composte da una grande suite matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, lui e per lei armadi, collegato ad un bagno completo con doppi lavandini, vasca e doccia. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con armadio pieno. La terza camera ha due (2) letti gemelli arredati con diversi giocattoli per bambini e libri! C'è anche un divano letto pieno nel soggiorno e un materasso ad aria. Altri articoli di lusso che conserviamo per il tuo uso sono seggiolone, passeggino, pack n 'play, boogie boards, giochi da spiaggia, ombrelloni e sedie a sdraio.

1.) UBICAZIONE, location, location. Siamo situati nella città di Avila, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ristoranti, golf. The bedrooms downstairs were tiny. The bathroom very small . Not really a good place for 6 adults. Also, the windows in downstairs could not be opened and that is not acceptable

It was our first time to Avila beach and we loved it! Such a cute beach town and lots of fun activities to do as a family and of course, great times on the beach! The house was in a pretty good location and on a quiet street. The WiFi didn’t work upon arrival which was stressful, as we had to set up baby monitors and had work calls/emails to make. The response time about the issue was decent. They requested no shoes in the house, which we agree is a great household rule. However, the floors were so dirty and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of the day of walking around with no shoes. Clearly the floors weren’t cleaned before our arrival. The house provided some beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella which was awesome. The kitchen was super underwhelming. They didn’t have any basic cooking supplies, storage bags for leftovers, etc. if you do decide to stay here, bring these kinds of things with you, the amount of kitchen supplies was pretty limited. Overall, if you want a basic place to stay, this will work for you!

The condo was very conveniently located. The beach equipment was very welcomed. The furnishings were spartan and that was fine with us other that the master bed. The mattress was dated and uncomfortable with the bed frame on wheels so the bed shifted through the night if you turned. Also it needed a headboard as it was positioned under a window with window blinds for a head rest.The condo seemed clean but as they ask you not to strip the beds??? Parking a 2023 SUV was challenging especially if the bay opposite the garage was occupied.

For being a dog-friendly home (which I was thankful for), it was very clean. It was set up very well for guests, we had everything we needed. We loved it all. Downstairs has two rooms and bathroom. Main floor has another room and bathroom plus kitchen. Everything was clean. Windows were cute and opening them allowed the perfect breeze. Washer dryer worked great. And so nice to have pods and dryer sheets! Upstairs shower = cool. Everything spacious. Location = 🙂🙂🙂🙂. We took daily walks - 2 blocks to the ocean and stores and restaurants. Driveway is quite steep. Not a problem for us. No grass area for pup but our pup isn’t picky and used the top of driveway - narrow patch of dirt.

Lovely property inside, the bathtubs are pretty tall so if you have someone who will struggle with stepping over, plan ahead.
The pull out bed is right in the kitchen/great room so I am glad that we didn't actually need that bed for our party.
The biggest surprise was that the home was set way down from the street, none of the pictures reveal that aspect.

No place to park!
We picked this place because it was dog friendly and had two parking spots. The parking spots are VERY tiny, if you need two spots and your not driving a small car don't stay here. The other reason was dog friendly, there is only a very small weedy spot for a dog. There were also black ants in every room. This was probably one of the worst Vacation rentals I have ever rented. :(

Beach House on a Hill
This property was excellent for 3 couples or a small family to hang out together. Because it has a very steep driveway and is situated on a hill, it is not really within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach. The tubs are very high and could prove to be a problem for children and older adults. The balcony was very small and the furnishings in the downstairs bedrooms were very sparse (lacked mirrors and dressers). Generally, however, it was a very comfortable spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Avila Beach community.

The beach house was perfect for our family get away. My family was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ease of walking 2 blocks to town and the beach.

We had a wonderful week-long stay. The property is at the end of a street and Avila beach is a short walk from the property. The property was exactly as described with plenty of beach toys, a nice big kitchen with almost everything you could need. We would definitely return!

Nice getaway
Wanted to escape our home and the bad Northern California air. This home gave us a nice respite from all the upheaval that has surrounded us since March. The place was super clean, we appreciated the TV in the very large master bedroom; and the fact they accepted two dogs. Perfect location for a visit to Avila Beach. We had 5 people in our group and we all fit comfortably in this home. It was very clean, had comfortable furniture (including the beds) and we would be willing to stay here again.The parking is a little tricky with this location. The home is at the bottom of a rather steep hill and the garage is a tight fit, especially for two cars. There are two parking spots adjacent to this garage that belong to the other home. If guests were parking there at the same time as your visit, it would make getting in and out of this garage VERY difficult. The home does have two floor fans to assist with air flow, but since they do not have air conditioning, the upstairs got extremely hot in the afternoon and evenings. If a few more fans were made available it would be helpful.
