La nostra splendida residenza cittadina dell'orso nero (Unità 90) si trova direttamente di fronte al Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatorio) ed è un campo base perfetto per le vostre vacanze, indipendentemente dalla stagione.
La residenza dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni. La cucina gourmet con ripiani in piastrelle di granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile comprende un bar con posti a sedere e si apre sullo spazio abitativo principale e sulla zona pranzo, offrendovi molto spazio per rilassarvi.
Goditi una splendida vista sulle piste da sci da entrambi i balconi o fai una breve passeggiata fino al gazebo della comunità con spazio per mangiare all'aperto, nonché un pozzo del fuoco e un'area barbecue all'aperto.
La casa si trova vicino alla testata del Purgatory Flats, una delle escursioni più belle e panoramiche della zona, nonché uno stagno rifornito per la pesca.

Overall positive. Management staff was very responsive and tried to help. We did have a communication error. The single queen bedroom bed IS built into the three walls, so two people sleeping DO have to crawl over each other to get out. There is no AC. Ceiling fans, one box fan and one desk fan were not enough. We never cooled off upstairs past 72 degrees at night. And we had to keep all doors open to have air flow. Traffic noise from Hwy 550 is loud with windows and doors open in summer time. Trash must be loaded in your car and driven to a parking lot down the highway. So don’t pack your car to leave until you have done that task! Its location was our primary request. We made it work.

This condo is absolutely amazing. Clean, directly across from ski lift with a well stocked kitchen.
The pictures do not do this place justice. The master suite was delightful with a fireplace and seating area. It was the perfect spot to ring in the new year with our family. We hope to be back!

Well started out great but thus property is basically sitting next to busy highway no peace in quiet here road noise allday & night very loud then the fire place did not work in living room then the floors on the first floor hallway to kitchen had not been moped or cleaned properly in awhile dirty plus the upper & lower balconies were completely filthy unusualable chairs & floor deck areas completely covered in filth sad 😔 not able to enjoy them other than that the property was ok

We are a family of 7 with 5 kids. House was decorated for Christmas! Ski bus picked us up within 5 minutes of calling. 2 fireplaces keep the house warm. Love the keypad access so no fumbling for keys. Crockpot and griddle were a plus. Wish there were 9x13 casserole pans.

The condo we had reserved was not available.. Luckily I checked my email that morning and saw where they had changed our unit. The condo they gave us didn't have two king beds which is specifically why we had reserved the one we did. We paid the extra 4% fee to use the hot tub but it was a drive aross the highway and then quite a walk from parking lot. The patio was very noisy with highway traffic.

The kitchen is nicely appointed with great knives and cookware. As someone who cooks a lot, it’s awesome to have higher end items in a rental spot. There is a gorgeous pond, walking trail and playground nearby, which was awesome for our pups and kids. The Nugget was a fabulous find with a super fun atmosphere and fantastic food. Great location and property. We all loved our stay. Could see beautiful fall colors from the patio. Girls love the bunk bed. Fully furnished with all supplies. Only thing to note. there were food crumbs on floor and dishwasher was full. had to run it and empty to load ours.

The master bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Location and neighborhood were quite nice although would have been nice to know about ongoing construction.

Great vacay!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. All rooms were nicely furnished and was a good size for our party of 6. Location is directly across the street from Purgatory Resort entrance, so perfect for anyone wanting to visit.

This is our second stay in this unit. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much, we chose to stay again this year. The townhome is in an excellent location (a bit of a drive to Durango), has plenty of room and is well equipped for a family stay. We highly recommend this location.

This was a great place to stay. All the luxurys of home. We didn't need to take anything but our belongings and food.
The only thing we weren't aware of was the additional fee for pool and hot tub.
Also be aware that they are across the road at Pergatory.

Beautiful, Spacious, Well Equipped
This is our second stay in this unit. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much, we chose to stay again this year. The townhome is in an excellent location (a bit of a drive to Durango), has plenty of room and is well equipped for a family stay. We highly recommend this location.

Very nice, homey condo. Easy to access and communicate with the very helpful property managers. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were there in the summer. Would be perfect for winter ski trip with the resort across the street.

Beautiful
Had trouble finding the pool! I had to ask a security guard how to find it! It’s not near the condo! You also have to pay extra to use the pool! Would of been nice to kno that info before hand! One of the toilets was clogged. The one in the upstairs master. That wasn’t that big of a deal because there were two other bathrooms. The property was perfect besides those small things. Absolutely beautiful home! The location was perfect! I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!!! ❤️

Spring Break adventure
The condo was everything advertised and more! We have stayed at so many different Putgatory condos but never at the Black Bear location. The three bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms were very spacious and very well decorated. The two fireplaces, especially the one in the master bedroom, were an added bonus. The view from both decks of the ski resort and mountains were perfect. Having your own garage and driveway to park and unload and load all your luggage and gear made moving in and out so much easier. The “on demand” being free and so easy to use made this location just as nice or even better than being slopeside. The rental agency was very easy to work with and answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend this property and the rental agency!

We have been skiing in Durango for over 10 years . We have rented from Premier Vacation Rentals for several of those years. Keith always finds us the perfect condo for our group needs, which seem to change from year to year. We stayed in Black Bear across the street from the main entrance this year. I was a little concerned at first because it wasn’t a “ski in ski out” unit but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. We simply walked across the street, hopped on the lift and took off. Keith has always been so easy to get in touch with and is super helpful with everything. Our unit in Black Bear, as all of our rentals have, far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and very well stocked! We’ll be back and will always rent from Premier Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Scenery
We had an excellent time staying here. My teens were very comfortable and entertained, my husky and I loved tromping through the snow and exploring the area, and skiing next door was awesome. Additionally, we rediscovered how much we like putting together jigsaw puzzles together :) Thanks so much
